Katie Martinez is the Director of Student-Athlete Development at the University of Memphis. She's had previous stints at Norfolk State University, Old Dominion University, and the University of North Dakota. She earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice at North Dakota State and a master's degree in higher education at Old Dominion. She is on the Membership and Recruitment Committee and the Student-Athlete Development Programs and Practices Committee within N4A, and she is the proud dog parent.
