Speaking the truth in love is how we fight for connection with one another in this age of isolation. Pastor Shaun continues our series "You Can..." by teaching us that we need to learn the balance of truth and love so that we don't hurt the people we care about!
Continuing our series, Pastor Shaun goes over another 4640 favorite "Take You At Your Word" by Cody Carnes and Benjamin William Hastings. Pastor Shaun takes apart the lyrics and explains the scripture the song uses and what it means!

Another hero we are taking a look at is King David before he was king. Pastor Shaun dives into the story of David and Goliath and explains not only how he was a hero but also how David's story paralleled Jesus's life.
Well as promised, "chat with a pastor" is back and today we have one of my favorites, Pastor Shaun Howard. Shaun and his wife Annie are good friends of ours, and anytime we get the opportunity to sit and talk, it's such a gift. Today we talk about how to lead in a culture with such political division and pastors having moral failures; as well as a really good conversation about friendship. This is my first episode I recorded with someone else since starting back this year, and it was SO nice to ease back in with someone like Shaun. I pray you are encouraged, pointed closer to Jesus through our conversation. Grab a cup of coffee or your favorite drink and join us as we pour it out!*To hear my first conversation withPastor Shaun, listen here:https://open.spotify.com/episode/4CYzCrbuRK3QpSAXms9nm9?si=J6AebmMPRpCWcuycduBQBA
Faith For The Fight // Pastor Shaun Tatum by Fellowship Church
Pastor Shaun & Pastor Mike sit down with Mark and Joani Akers to discuss how Christians should respond to the refugees that are moving into our cities and neighborhoods.  Mark and Joani have spent the last several decades serving families seeking refuge in the greater St. Louis area through a ministry they founded in 1989 called Oasis Internatioanl. This organization was birthed out of a desire to live out their faith in Jesus in very practical ways by loving and welcoming our new neighbors who often arrive with very little. If you want to serve or give to Oasis, click the link below.  https://www.oasis4refugees.org/  Thanks for listening! Making friends can be quite difficult for some of us and having real friends you can trust can be even more difficult. Pastor Shaun teaches us about the different types of friends we can have and who we should trust more than others.
When life gets rough we tend to worry about a lot of things and we tend to keep that worry to ourselves. Pastor Shaun explains that bringing our worry to God in every moment is our source of refreshment, not the opposite.
