Tonda LInsey is a former police officer, female self-defense instructor, sexual assault advocate & entrepreneur. With over a decade of policing experience in metro Atlanta, Tonda witnessed up close the tragic effects of what can happen when women and girls alike are not equipped to deal with threats to their safety. While Transitioning out of law enforcement, she decided to officially do something about this issue and empower females around the country in self-defense. She initially consulted and trained with one of the nation's go-to experts, Steve Kardian, on issues of women's safety.
