The focus was “generating readiness through partnership” the intent is to link army reserve soldiers with career opportunities and increase the readiness of the army reserve units by matching skills sets between military and civilian jobs.

Troops competing in the 2012 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition charge out of the gate with the Army Physical Fitness Test at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 16.
