Annie and Lauren went to SheVentures in Chattanooga again this year, and got to be team leaders. Despite being pretty drained from pre-event travel, both Lauren and Annie left the event re-charged and PSYCHED.
Annie and Lauren raced last weekend at the 6 hour Unbridled Women AR, put on by the tireless mentor and pioneer for women in orienteering and adventure racing, Stephanie Ross or Flying Squirrel Adventures. Great things happened and every racer had the opportunity to take their racing to the first or next level.
It's amazing what a difference two weeks make. Lauren and Anne learn lessons in asking for help, being brave and have a stellar race experience to boot.
