Life can make you feel defeated or worried, especially with the current situation that everyone has nowadays. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t try and work your way out of it. There are six habits that you can try: sit in silence and allow your thoughts to come to you naturally, include affirmations, learning how to visualize your goals, start exercising, engage in reading, and start writing in a journal.
