In order to grow in business, we must be able to learn from our mistakes. Taking the time to look back and reflect on those moments, those conversations, or even the whole transaction and dig into what went wrong and what we can do better for next time is key. If you have the mindset that you wouldn't have done anything differently and that you did everything perfectly, you are going to get in your own way and limit yourself to success. Don't make the same mistake twice.
Starting a business can take time. It takes a lot of work to gain that momentum and really take off. Once you have built that business, it doesn't come without stress. Being mindful of our mindset and knowing what works for you to overcome those slumps will be intrical in your success. Remember you are in control of your success and failure.

In this episode I am going over the 5 foundational pieces on how to have a successful full-time career in Real Estate. I get this question a lot. I started in Real Estate in early 2017 after quitting a corporate job. I was not in real estate before I left behind a great salary, paid time off, stability + lots of benefits, including health insurance. While starting my own Real Estate business, we were also trying hard for a family. Today, my husband Jordan and I are in our second home, we have two babies 15 months apart and I have a Transaction Coordinator, an Executive Assistant, and one agent under me. Don't forget to grab your cup of coffee and something to write with! Let's dive in.
