Hey, It's me Jane! A girl in her twenties. This podcast is my journal where I capture my thoughts and feelings, ideas, and dreams. You will notice that I am focused on self-development. I love making people laugh, I have cringy stories, and of course, I will talk about love, happiness, pain or wave of anger, relationships, drama, arts, education, mental health, and much, much more. I will record the rollercoaster I call my life and the rollercoaster of thoughts I have!

Hey Journal! Today I will be talking about why I am okay being alone. Ultimately why you should feel more secure about being alone.  The benefits include: 1. I can do what I like to do. I can go to the movie theater alone, I can go to an art gallery, I can sit in a café alone. 2. It helps not to get attached to people. 3. Time alone gives space for reflection.
