After a very long break we're back to pray a Novena to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Please share your prayer intentions in the comments and we can all pray for one another! Remember, Jesus Heals!
Jesus said to Saint Margaret Mary: “ Behold this Heart which has so loved men that it has spared nothing, even to exhausting and consuming itself, in order to testify its love.”
“Most sacred heart of Jesus, teach me an entire forgetfulness of myself, since that is the only way one can find entrance into you.” - St. Claude Colombiere
“Do not be afraid to present to Jesus all the intentions of our suffering humanity, its fears, its miseries. May this heart, full of love for men, give everyone hope and trust…I invite you to discover the riches that are hidden in the heart of Jesus.” -Pope Francis
Sorry for the delay in this being shared today! Something happened with the scheduling.
“In the Sacred Heart, every treasure of wisdom and knowledge is hidden, in that divine heart beats God's infinite love for everyone and for each of us as individuals.” -St. John Paul II
“ it is impossible to identify the Holy Eucharist too closely with Jesus Christ. The Holy Eucharist is the whole Christ with his human heart. According to Saint Margaret Mary, The Sacred Heart is the holy Eucharist. So it follows that the devotion to the Sacred Heart is devotion to the Holy Eucharist. It is infinite Love Incarnate living in our midst in the Blessed Sacrament.” -Fr. John Hardon
“Do not let the past disturb you. Leave everything in the sacred heart of Jesus and begin again with joy.” St. Teresa of Calcutta
This is an introduction episode for the next nine podcast episode which will be a novena. This will be a novena leading up to the sacred heart of Jesus. Each day the novena will consist of: an opening quote, a moment of silence to bring all of our intentions to the heart of Jesus, a prayer to the Sacred Heart for healing, Our Father Hail Mary Glory be and two invocations to the Sacred Heart Catechism of the Catholic Church #2563 The heart is the dwelling-place where I am, where I live; according to the Semitic or Biblical expression, the heart is the place "to which I withdraw." The heart is our hidden center, beyond the grasp of our reason and of others; only the Spirit of God can fathom the human heart and know it fully. The heart is the place of decision, deeper than our psychic drives. It is the place of truth, where we choose life or death. It is the place of encounter, because as image of God we live in relation: it is the place of covenant.
After a much longer break than anticipated this very short episode highlights some topics that are coming soon including: healing prayers of encouragement and blessing, the attitude and importance of abiding in healing prayer ministry and healing prayer and deliverance. Thanks for listening! Jesus heals!

I trust in your power and grace that sustain and restore me. Loving Father, touch me now with your healing hands, for I believe that your will is for me to be well in mind, body, soul and spirit. Cover me with the most precious blood of your Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. Cast out anything that should not be in me. Root out any unhealthy and abnormal cells. Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild and replenish any damaged areas. Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection by the power of Jesus' precious blood. Let the fire of your healing love pass through my entire body to heal and make new any diseased areas so that my body will function the way you created it to function. Touch also my mind and my emotion, even the deepest recesses of my heart. Saturate my entire being with your presence, love, joy and peace and draw me ever closer to you every moment of my life. And Father, fill me with your Holy Spirit and empower me to do your works so that my life will bring glory and honor to your holy name. I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

In this brief episode Sr. Andrew gives an introduction to a novena we'll be praying in preparation for the Feast of St. Padre Pio. For this novena we'll be using the Surrender Novena from Fr. Dolindo Ruotolo and the Most Powerful Healing Prayer written by Sr. Pio. The novena will start on September 14th.
Sr. Andrew Is finally back with a new episode! She discussing how we may search for healing in other places and how the restoration and healing we desire has already been given to us in our baptism but we can be unaware of it.
Now that we're in ordinary time do we recognize the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives or do we “put him in a box” and only expect his gifts to come in a certain way or specific time? Some quotes from this episode: “Peter's plans were not Pentecost” “Pentecost is still happening, there was no Ascension of the Holy Spirit.”
Welcome to Day 9 of our Pentecost Novena of Healing Opening Prayer St. Augustine's Prayer to the Holy Spirit Breathe in me O Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may all be holy. Act in me O Holy Spirit, that my work, too, may be holy. Draw my heart, O Holy Spirit, that I love but what is holy. Strengthen me O Holy Spirit, to defend all that is holy. Guard me then O Holy Spirit, that I always may be holy. The reading is from Fr. Cantalamessa's book Sober Intoxication of the Spirit Closing prayer Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful, and enkindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth Your Spirit, and they shall be created, And You shall renew the face of the earth. Let us pray. O God, Who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of Your faithful, grant that by that same Holy Spirit, we may be truly wise and ever rejoice in His consolation, through Christ our Lord. Amen. Cardinal Mercier's prayer O Holy Spirit, beloved of my soul, I adore You. Enlighten me, guide me, strengthen me, console me. Tell me what I should do; give me Your orders. I promise to submit myself to all that You desire of me and to accept all that You permit to happen to me. Let me only know Your Will. AMEN. Come Holy Spirit! Fill us and heal us!

In this episode Sr. Andrew talks about God's timing and healing sometimes feeling slow to us and how that can be an invitation to deepen our trust in Jesus. “I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. Now I am healing you.” -2 Kings 20:5 Also mentioned was the poem: Trust in the Slow Work of God by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin Also, for the 9 days leading up to Pentecost Sr. Andrew will offer a short prayer podcast novena each day. Come Holy Spirit!
As we near the very end of Lent we encounter the title of God- Jehovah Shalom and also intercede for our priests as we enter into the holiest time of the year.
In this episode Sr. Andrew shares about the title of God Adonai El Roi (the God who sees us) and how through His gaze we are healed. This title of God is only found once in Scripture in the story of Hagar in Genesis chapter 16.
In this episode Sr. Andrew discusses the beginning of Lent and how it can be a “Time of interior pilgrimage.” (Pope Benedict XVI) Lent doesn't have to be about what we do or what we're giving up but it's about seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus who heals.
In this episode Sr. Andrew is grateful for the one year anniversary of the Jesus Heals podcast! Thank you to everyone who listens! Sr. Andrew also shared about two two scripture passages: The Women at the Well (St. Photina) John 4:7-42 The Man with the Withered Hand: Mark 3:1-6 We all have things that hold us back from receiving Jesus and his healing in our lives. Don't be afraid to bring those things to Jesus and let the Divine Physician heal you.
Happy New Year! What resolution have you made for this new year? How about trying gratitude? In this episode Sr. Andrew talks about how gratitude can open us up to deeper healing found in the Heart of Jesus. Also talked about briefly was praying with the Psalms and how there are Psalms for every occasion! Psalms of Praise like Psalm 19 and Psalms of Lament like Psalm 88. What are you grateful for today?
In this episode Sr. Andrew talks about Advent as a time of hope, waiting and expectation. What are we expecting of Jesus as we prepare for his coming in our hearts? Do we expect his healing, grace and peace? What gift can we offer Jesus this Christmas and what gifts are we open to receiving from him? "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound." ~Isaiah 61:1
Happy New (Liturgical) Year! In this episode Sr. Andrew talks about the need for trust in Jesus to be able to surrender to Him. Find the Litany of Trust from the Sisters of Life here . And the Surrender Novena from Fr. Dolindo Ruotolo here.
In this episode Sr. Andrew speaks a little more about deliverance prayer. Focusing on the quotes: "Deliverance prayer is a bridge between exorcism and the Sacrament of Reconciliation."~Neal Lozano "What are the Church's greatest needs at the present time? Don't be surprised at our answer and don't write it off as simplistic or even superstitious: one of the Church's greatest needs is to be defended against the evil we call the Devil." ~Pope Paul VI Resisting the Devil by Neal Lozano
May we all find stability in Jesus Heart! In this episode we talk about what stability is and how we all want it and can find lasting true freedom and stability in the heart of Jesus. "Trust in the Lord forever. For in God the Lord we have an everlasting rock." ~ Isaiah 26:4 "It was for Freedom that Christ set us free, therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject to the yoke of slavery." ~Galatians 5:1
