Jacqueline hosts Neal as he shares about speaking in Rome at the Course on the Ministry of Exorcism and Deliverance sponsored by the Sacerdos Institute. Neal presented a non-confrontational approach to deliverance, which is Unbound ministry, to 195 people from 46 countries worldwide. His talks were translated into four languages.“It was a very different atmosphere for me. They were all professors and they gave me the title professor.” Asking about this, Neal was told, “You're a professor this week!”Encouraging listeners to be open to a new way, Neal offered questions to consider: Is it possible that many people are receiving a confrontational style of deliverance or exorcism who do not need one? Is there another approach to help people? The Unbound approach addresses the person needing help, not the evil one. “We need to understand a person's heart,” said Neal, adding the necessity to uncover past traumas, responses to traumas, the enemy's lies, and unforgiveness. “If we give too much attention to the demonic element, we're going to miss the person. We see Unbound more as a model for evangelization than just deliverance.”From there, Neal offered numerous testimonials of individuals set free through Unbound ministry, one being himself!Overall, “It was well-received and I made a connection,” concluded Neal.Trivia Quiz1. What surprised Neal the most during his trip to Rome?2. How long have Jacqueline and Neal known each other?Find out these things and far more in this fascinating episode!Sjoquist, B.S. (2021) “The virtuous use of private exorcism by laypersons,” Antiphon: A Journal for Liturgical Renewal, 25(1), pp. 63–90. It is not intrinsically immoral for laypersons to issue such commands, and, if done rightly, it is virtuous for them to do so. Moral theologians and canonists writing after the Council of Trent up until the Second Vatican Council referred to this practice as “private exorcism.” A close look at the writings of these authors reveals a nearly universal understanding that no ecclesiastical positive law prohibited such actions. When current laws and instructions related to exorcism are read within the context of this tradition, I believe it is also the case that no ecclesiastical positive law categorically prohibits such actions today.Bradley S. Neal hosts the Open Doors podcast and shares a first for Unbound – prison ministry!Joining Neal are Dan Gahagan of Unbound Maryland and Jakob Kerlin, a pastor at Victory Church. Both were part of the Unbound team that recently ministered inside a Pennsylvania maximum-security prison.Invited there by the prison chaplain, it “felt like it was a divine appointment,” said Neal. “It had a profound effect on each of us.”Neal, Dan and Jakob describe their experiences and offer their personal take-aways from within the prison walls.A core team of inmates, well- trusted men who had studied Unbound materials in preparation, were dubbed “The Magnificent Seven.” They felt excited to shed their bondage through Unbound prayer on day one of the team's visit. On the second day, twenty more prisoners received prayer. After Unbound prayer, one inmate declared, “I got my identity back – now I know who I am.” Another prisoner ditched his negative nickname and assumed a new, more accurate name for himself.Dan, Jakob, and Neal all testify of inmates who found freedom and hope through Unbound ministry most beautifully expressed by the one who said, “I'm freer now than I ever was on the other side!”“There was no holding back of forgiveness,” stated Dan.You won't want to miss this riveting episode of Unbound unbarred!See our upcoming eventsRelease: May 2024Music by Christian HarperArtwork by Rosemary StrohmProduction by Henry Aquino
He's Right Here!!Jenn hosts Neal and Lisa for a distinctive discussion during Week Three of our Free to Be Holy book study.Free to Be Holy means being “free to walk in holiness,” says Neal and “free to grow in holiness,” adds Lisa. One reason we fail is because we aren't free. Hear Neal's story about a prayer recipient exclaiming at The Father's Blessing, “He's right here! He was always right here!”Even when we mess up, Jesus is with us. He respects our free will, but is always there with the hope and the knowledge that we will yield. We discuss Matt's list of what God will do and won't do, followed by a beautiful story surrounding the one question God may ask at life's end: “Did you learn how to love?”Growth in holiness looks different for each individual, like spring flower bulbs that push up through dirt towards the light, each one displaying unique beauty.Trivia Quiz from this episode:1. With the American Thanksgiving holiday coming up next week, we thought this would be a great time to talk about gratitude. We love our Thanksgiving tradition , but the heart behind it is really taking time to be grateful and to express our thanksgiving to the Lord.Have you ever considered that gratitude is a profound response to God's love and goodness? Join us as Neal and Jacqueline reflect on significant experiences of giving thanks. Neal mentions 1 Thessalonians 5, highlighting that it is God's will we express thanks in all circumstances.Neal and Jacqueline touch on several other scriptural passages: Psalm 136:1-3Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His love endures forever.Give thanks to the God of gods. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the Lord of lords:His love endures forever.Give thanks in all circumstances. It's at the heart of our personal relationship with Him.Neal then offers suggestions for ways that we can grow in that act, in that discipline of giving thanks. Psalm 50: 23The one who offers thanksgiving as his sacrifice glorifies me; to one who orders His way rightly I will show the salvation of God! Colossians 3:17And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Philippians 4:6Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.God's word makes it super clear that a thanksful heart is a heart that pleases Him. The gospel is the answer to the deepest questions of the heart. In this episode, Jenn and Neal discuss the power of the gospel as a transformational proclamation, one that carries a personal invitation to respond from the heart. It is the fulfilment of a promise, in the form of Jesus Christ our Savior. The power of the gospel is the love of God. When a preacher of the gospel desires to communicate the love of God, this self-giving love accompanies the speaker's words and actions. The presentation of the Five Keys is a presentation of the gospel. Unbound's mission is to help people generate a heart response to the gospel and experience the transformational power of the Holy Spirit. How often have you heard the gospel, but had no response? Consider the good news that you have heard, and how you might seek to surrender to Jesus.Scriptures from this episode:Luke 2:10-11: "But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.'"Mark 1:14: "After John was put in prison, Jesus went to Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God."Ezekiel 36:26 "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh."1 Corinthians 2:1-2: "And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified." Romans 5:5: "And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us."Acts 4:33: "With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God's grace was so powerfully at work in them all."1 Corinthians 1:17: "For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel--not with wisdom and eloquence, less the cross of Christ be emptied of its power." In today's episode, join Neal as he and ChristLife's Dave Nodar (Neal's longtime friend) reflect on this Holy Thursday gospel passage in John 13:1-15. Here we find that Jesus, the Son of God, rose from supper, laid aside His garments, and girded himself with a towel. His service was based on who He was in the Father. This is God who becomes man, humbles Himself and becomes a servant. Jesus says, "I came not to be served, but to serve and to give my life as a ransom." Jesus tells us that this is the way He wants us to live. But Jesus was able to serve from His identity as the beloved Son. He has won that for each of us. We are called to serve like Jesus, to wash oneanother's feet, but that giving of ourselves comes from knowing who we are in Christ.Come and be moved by His desire for you! Listen as you hear Peter's struggle to understand. Find out just how much you are LOVED!Dave Nodar is the founder and senior leader of ChristLife, a ministry that equips Catholics for the essential work of evangelization, so that all people might personally encounter Jesus Christ and be transformed into His missionary disciples. In today's episode, Rachel and Neal reflect on Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan woman at the well, found in John 4:5-42. A beautiful story of conversion, this passage illustrates the intentionality of Jesus when He encounters the Samaritan woman and the same intentionality He has for each of us. He knows our hearts and is always waiting for our response, just as He waited and revealed Himself to the truth-seeking heart of the Samaritan woman. This passage is read in the middle of Lent, a sacred time of preparation for the renewal of internal faith through external practices. Fasting, almsgiving, and prayer are powerful reflections of our internal conversions and gratitude for what the Lord has given us. These things are fulfilled with a deep connection to Jesus, with a heart in pursuit of God. What is going on in your life as you listen today? Through the saving power of Jesus Christ, Unbound ministry is changing individuals, marriages, families, churches, and communities. "Bring them here to me," He said. And He directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, He gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then He gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The Our Father is for everyone, anytime, anywhere, NOW and FOREVER!The Lord's Prayer, also known as the ‘Our Father,' comes from the Gospel of Matthew, with a shorter version in the Gospel of Luke. It continues to be one of the most popular Christian prayers. But have you ever taken the time to reflect on it, line by line, and consider how it could transform your life? Looking for a kairos moment?Well, isn't Advent that sort of time? The birth of Jesus, the Incarnation- could there have been another kairos moment like that? For hundreds and hundreds of years, people were waiting for a Messiah. But they didn't just get a Messiah. They got God Incarnate! So they got more than they hoped for, more than they imagined, more than they could expect, and they almost missed it because He didn't come in the way they expected. We don't want to be those people that miss the moment during Advent. We don't want to miss out on the best Christmas celebration. We want to draw near to Him because we're not just hoping for a Messiah. We're not just hoping for a nice celebration; we're hoping for a deeper encounter with Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.He has been born among us, lives among us, and by His Holy Spirit dwells in us. As children of a loving God, we were created to live in relationship with Him. Yet often in our daily lives, we struggle with knowing who we are called to be. Why are we here? Where are we going? What is this all about? 1 John 3:1: "See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!"How good to know His great love and how important to bring our children into a deeper knowledge and experience of God's blessing. Join Rachel and Jacqueline as they reflect on the captivating children's book Will You Bless Me? and the powerful impact it had on their children and themselves. Listen as they share about creating a culture of blessing in their families and more deeply knowing the blessing of the Father for themselves. Written by Neal Lozano and illustrated by Ben Hatke, Will You Bless Me? is a book for all ages that helps parents speak blessing over their child's identity. The book teaches both parent and child to ask for and receive blessings from their Heavenly Father through the gentle stories of Anna and Jesus. The belief that who we are is determined by what we do is a lie from the enemy and the world--parent or child, we come down hard on ourselves if we fail to meet expectations placed on us. It is important that we are able to receive the words of encouragement that the Lord has for us and for who he made us to be. Whether for children to receive blessings from their parents or for adults to meditate on the Father's encouragement, Will You Bless Me? illustrates the significance of speaking honor over our identities so that we may hold close the life God has for us and hold loosely that which does not define us.Be filled with love and hope!ON SALE till DECEMBER 2nd, find Will You Bless Me?, Can God See Me in the Dark?, and What Can I Give God?Enjoy the whole Will You Bless Me? trilogyUse this link or the coupon code "Christmastime" at checkout. In this episode, Neal and Jacqueline reflect on two pillars of Unbound Ministry through their own stories of how the Holy Spirit has revealed to them the hidden love of God. First, knowing God's delight—when we encounter the Lord we encounter His love. He desires deep fellowship with us but His heart breaks when we step away from Him. Whether we have always known His love for us or we struggle to feel worthy, Unbound focuses on removing the obstacles to knowing God's love for us. The second pillar is the necessity of the Holy Spirit to experience God's love. Neal shares his own personal revelations of who the Holy Spirit is as a companion. St. Paul encourages us to have companionship with the Holy Spirit. The mission of the Holy Spirit is to reveal the love of God through Jesus Christ for the glory of God. When we lean into that and receive it, we can experience deep fellowship with the Spirit.Experience the Love of God and go DEEPER in your walk with Him!Mark 1:11 “And a voice came from Heaven, ‘You are my beloved Son; with you I am well-pleased.'” 2 Corinthians 13:14 “May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” Find the Unbound Ministry GuidebookJoin us for the Freedom in Christ Conference November 4 & 5Visit our websiteSupport the mission of Heart of the Father!Your donation directly supports and enables our evangelizing mission. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.Give online or call us at 610-952-3019 to change lives today!Find us on FacebookFollow us on InstagramExplore with us on TwitterRelease: October 2022Music by Christian Harper.Artwork by Rosemary Strohm at Command-S.
Mornings with Radio Maria - Unbound Ministries Sue Walsh shared with our listeners about Unbound Ministries. She says, "I am the team leader of the Lincoln Unbound team and, together with Alice Hall from the Sion Community, co-organised the highly successful Unbound Conferences with international Speaker Matt Lozano in 2019 in Sheffield, Brentwood and at Oscott. I have a heart for bringing the Healing and Freedom Ministry of ‘Unbound' into the mainstream of the Catholic Church. I continue to work with Unbound teams across the UK to help them become established under the Magisterium of the Church. It is a beautiful, non-confrontational, safe and gentle deliverance ministry which focuses on the person and Jesus, and not on evil spirits. The model is a wonderful tool for evangelisation as, in its essence, it speaks the Kerygma into the heart of the person who reads the book and requests prayer ministry. The model has been developed as a result of 40 year's experience in healing and deliverance ministry by Neal Lozano, a faithful Catholic man from Philadelphia, PA.. What is spiritual authority? Authority is such an important part of our Christian life. Yet, many of us don't have a good or clear understanding of the authority that we carry as followers of Christ. So what is authority in the context of the Christian life? Why is it important for us to walk in it?John 1:12 says, "but to all who receive Him, who believe in His name, He gave the power to become children of God." The word translated power there is literally translated authority. So, He's given us power and authority. Jesus has restored our identity as sons and daughters of God, and now we can use this power and authority to live in the freedom of who we are, the children of God. But wait, there's more!Authority is also given to us so that we can share in His mission- and two things about this mission.Jesus has come to reveal the Father and to advance the Kingdom of God. Remember the Prodigal Son story? His father saw him and ran to him. He ran to him and he hugged him and he kissed him and he put a robe on him, put sandals on him, and he put a ring on his finger.Join us today and get a deeper understanding of the "ring on your finger!"Learn about the Unbound Catholic Priest RetreatVisit our websiteSee more upcoming eventsSupport the mission of Heart of the Father!Your donation directly supports and enables our evangelizing mission. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.Give online or call us at 610-952-3019 to change lives today!Find us on FacebookFollow us on InstagramExplore with us on TwitterRelease: July 2022Music by Christian Harper.Artwork by Rosemary Strohm at Command-S.
We're excited to introduce to you our good friend, Fr. Antonio Ritaccio. Fr. Antonio grew up the youngest of five children in an Italian Catholic family in Bedford, England, entered the seminary in 1990, and was ordained a diocese and priest for the Archdiocese of Westminster in 1999.Since then he's had many chaplaincy roles, including Westminster Cathedral College of Chaplains, Diocesan Youth Chaplain, and more recently has been assigned Pastoral Director of the Archdiocesan Seminary in London among others. We're grateful he will be the Spiritual Director for the Catholic Priest Retreat: Training in Unbound Ministry this July 25-29 in Wichita, Kansas. Hear how the Lord profoundly made Himself known and touched Fr. Antonio's heart as a young man. Listen as he shares his journey to the West Indies, and as the only Catholic priest around, got called upon to do deliverance ministry there. Upon returning to London, he dove deep into learning all he could about deliverance, hopped on a plane to an Unbound Priest Retreat, and has been ministering using the Five Keys ever since. "And I got a bit of a reputation...(people started showing up at my door) and I would find that I would go out in the morning and there would be people waiting for me to get prayer ministry. So I had to start hiding at one point because I just couldn't manage the amount of people coming to me daily."Don't miss some powerful stories and profound insights."Unbound is really a very simplified synthesis of what the church teaches on baptism and the catechumenate."Learn about the Unbound Catholic Priest RetreatVisit our websiteSee more upcoming eventsSupport the mission of Heart of the Father!Your donation directly supports and enables our evangelizing mission. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.Give online or call us at 610-952-3019 to change lives today!Find us on FacebookFollow us on InstagramExplore with us on TwitterRelease: June 2022Music by Christian Harper.Artwork by Rosemary Strohm at Command-S.

And since then my mom and I use it all the time and this has just built a beautiful relationship of trust between us…Our doing Unbound together has really helped me pinpoint things in my life that I need to get rid of like unhealthy attachments and such…Carolina: In praying together, Unbound has basically created a very special bond between us because sometimes I'm the problem. I haven't realized it is something I've said or the way I've said it or the timing has just been so wrong. And then I offer Hannah (or my other children) prayer and as we pray at some point, it will come out…and it's this safe place where our Lord is so present, and they can really open up and just say exactly how they feel, without feeling shame or feeling afraid…we can truly open our hearts for Him to heal.Whether you long to grow in listening, desire more healing in your family, or just want to be blessed, join us today and be filled with hope!Visit our websiteSee more upcoming eventsSupport the mission of Heart of the Father!Your donation directly supports and enables our evangelizing mission.
Quite often at an Unbound conference, we're asked if Unbound Ministry can be used with children. Neal's first response is always that parents should receive so they really understand the Five Keys, but there's so much more to say to help parents minister to their children in this way. Meet Sandi Lebel, an impressive servant of God and powerful force in the church. Hear some incredible stories of how the Five Keys of Unbound have significantly impacted her, her family, and her ministry. Among many things, Sandi is on the National Service Committee for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and in the Archdiocese of Miami and served as Program Director for Respect Life Pregnancy Help Centers. Later Sandi served there as an education coordinator, and she has spoken to thousands of teens in Catholic high schools on issues of life such as chastity and abortion.Sandy is zealous for God and always joyful and enthusiastic and ready to serve. And those early years, when we at Heart of the Father were developing our training materials, she helped us transcribe leaders' training talks and transcribed and translated the Unbound Freedom and Christ DVDs into Spanish. In this fun and enlightening conversation with Neal, you'll hear how it's just the most natural thing in the world to listen to your child and help them to respond to the truth of the gospel.“(At my first Unbound conference) I was blown away by how profound the self-awareness without the self-condemnation in such a short amount of time that the Holy Spirit was doing.”Shortly after, she had an opportunity to help her young son through a challenge. “So I just told him, okay, sometimes when things like this happen, you have feelings that are stuck inside of you, but in Jesus' Name, we can kick them out. So then we started to renounce anger and sadness and guilt. Without me prompting him in any way, he started to just exhale and say, ‘Mommy, Mommy, they're leaving.'Truly out of the mouths of babes. He even said, ‘I feel lighter.' I mean, this was unbelievable to me to have been at a conference for three days and have read an entire book, and here's an eight-year-old child instinctively knowing the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit.”What's most incredible is how even now, as a young adult, her son sees the fruit of Unbound in his life and encourages all families to learn and use it with a heart of compassion and a posture of humility. Come experience freedom and learn more about bringing greater freedom to your family, in a simple way, as you learn to listen to your child and help them to respond to the truth of the gospel. Is renunciation new? And what do you mean by authority?Well, actually, renunciation is an ancient practice in the church, where since the third century at the time of baptism, candidates before baptism would declare, "I renounce Satan, and all of his works, and all of his empty promises." This liturgical formula has been repeated through the years in many Christian traditions. Even as current as the Catholic Catechism is, we can learn about the importance of renunciation as its related to the spiritual battle. Renunciation is an important aspect of ongoing conversion. So it's not new! (In section, 2015, it says "there is no holiness without renunciation and spiritual battle").We're all in a battle to walk faithfully with the Lord and both speaking renunciation and walking in the authority given to us in Christ Jesus can be powerful weapons in the path toward holiness.Join Neal and Jenn as they take a deep dive into these keys and grow in your understanding of your inherent dignity as a child of God!Check out our Freedom in Christ ConferenceJoin our enewsVisit our websiteSee more upcoming eventsMake a donationFind us on FacebookFollow us on InstagramExplore with us on TwitterRelease: April 2022Music by Christian Harper.Artwork by Rosemary Strohm at Command-S.

Invitations are great, whether an invitation to dinner, a birthday party, or even a wedding. But did you know that God is always inviting us to go deeper, to know His love more fully, to enjoy a richer feast with Him? He longs to bless us beyond our expectations! In Mark 1:15, when Jesus leaves the desert, he begins His public ministry with this proclamation, "The time has come. The kingdom of God is near! Repent and believe the Good News!"What do you think about when you think about repentance? What did Jesus want us to know when He said, "repent and believe the Good News? " When Jesus said those words, He tied together repentance and faith as one act of conversion. Repentance is a change of mind that is not focused on going back, but it's focused on going forward.Jesus was presenting the Good News of the Kingdom. Jesus is offering us this opportunity, this invitation, to change our minds based on the reality of the Kingdom of God.But what if we've already the Lord? What if we've already "believed the Good News?"Did you know Jesus is always calling us to a deeper conversion, an interior repentance, and a continual returning to Him where he takes our pain and sorrow and the hardness of our hearts and gives us NEW HEARTS! Come take a fresh look at repentance & faith with us and encounter Jesus in a new way today. Do you hear His voice calling you? Join Neal and Jacqueline as they welcome Donna Drennen, LCSW and mother of six who runs a busy private practice in Philadelphia. Listen as she shares her experience of how Unbound and therapeutic counseling often go hand in hand. "The more I continue to explore therapy and practices, it's more and more clear to me how psychologically sound the Five Keys are. They fit well into therapy in terms of listening and really hearing and honoring a person's dignity and their story. The power of forgiveness is so essential and is being talked about more and more in therapeutic settings. 'Negative thought patterns' might be the way we as therapists would refer to lies and making vows. Then identity issues, which are so central, again as I shared, if I saw myself as an orphan-that was going to affect my entire perception of myself, my relationships... if you're believing something about yourself that's so wrong and untrue, it's obviously going to affect your whole life."Be blessed as you hear personal and clinical testimonies of God's incredible healing power- you won't want to miss this episode!
What exactly is freedom? What is deliverance?Deliverance is one of the great themes of scripture. Israel was delivered out of bondage to Egypt and under Pharaoh's authority and brought into the promised land. This is the foundation for us because it's really a picture of what happens to all of us in Christ - we were delivered out of slavery, out of bondage, into freedom. It's really summed up for us in Colossians 1:13 where the bible tells us says that He has delivered us from the kingdom of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Beloved Son. We've been delivered from the Father of Lies and his influence, and we've been brought under the Father of the Beloved Son.The Lord longs to give you the victory! Join us today to learn more about how deliverance is a normal part of every Christian's walk; indeed, deliverance is a GOOD WORD!Join our enewsVisit our websiteFind the book Unbound and moreSee more upcoming eventsRelease: January 2022.Music by Christian Harper.Artwork by Rosemary Strohm at Command-S.
In this episode Sr. Andrew speaks a little more about deliverance prayer. Focusing on the quotes: "Deliverance prayer is a bridge between exorcism and the Sacrament of Reconciliation."~Neal Lozano "What are the Church's greatest needs at the present time? Don't be surprised at our answer and don't write it off as simplistic or even superstitious: one of the Church's greatest needs is to be defended against the evil we call the Devil." ~Pope Paul VI Resisting the Devil by Neal Lozano

Smile as you learn of Neal's running to the outhouse in the dark of the night in Sudan or Janet's rescue from a flaming truck in Haiti. What does it mean that the human heart is the same throughout the world?Neal describes that though each person and their story is incredibly unique, the human heart is the same wherever we go. "Well , we really think of the Five Keys as presentation of the gospel and an invitation for people to respond. We've met people all over the world and they all have unique stories... what's happened to them in times of darkness, in times of abuse, in times of neglect. Everyone has their own story, but we find that if you look past the story, it's basically how the human heart has responded to these situations. The gospel is there to meet them!"Join our enewsVisit our websiteFind info about our Leadership ConferenceFind the book Unbound and moreSee more upcoming eventsRelease: October 2021Music by Christian Harper.Artwork by Rosemary Strohm at Command-S.

Happy Mother’s Day to all those who have built up and nurtured others as either physical mothers or spiritual mothers. On the heels of our 2 episodes about the occult and New Age, we decided that it was a good idea to go ahead and release this episode a week early. (We may take the whole month of June off, haha :)) We heard from so many of you telling us how those previous episodes had helped you and are now looking for the next step. Of course, as we have said so many times, Confession is your Sacrament of healing. But we also want to talk about a beautiful ministry that is an absolute jewel for us in the trenches of this world. This step is one to be used over and over in our daily lives and also is a valuable tool to use with children and friends. UNBOUND Ministry is an approach to deliverance and healing prayer developed by Neal Lozano. The focus of the UNBOUND model is on an individual as you deeply listen into their story and heart. UNBOUND is a safe, loving, effective prayer model that helps people to respond to the good news of the gospel. UNBOUND applies the truth to our lives by using five basic responses called the Five Keys .The Five Keys are: Repentance and Faith, Forgiveness, Renunciation, Authority, and The Father’s Blessing Please consider supporting our Podcast Our Guest: Matthew Lozano serves as Director of Leadership Development for Heart of the Father Ministries. He has twelve years of teaching experience and holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Villanova University and a Master’s Degree in Theology from the Augustine Institute. Unbound the book Call to Action – Is there an area of your life that is making you feel a little more irritated or angry and reacting in harsher ways than normal? Let us all consider what area or areas in our life that may be bound by the lies of the evil one. Let us all pursue freedom in Christ. Scripture – “10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” – John 10:10-11 Saint Quote – “Whoever does not seek the cross of Christ doesn’t seek the glory of Christ.” – St. John of the Cross

The seventh and final talk in the Walking in the Spiritual Gifts class, given by Dr. Mary Healy, associate professor of Sacred Scripture at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. This talk was given on Friday, April 11, 2014, at Christ the King Catholic Church as part of the Upper Room Ministry. This course is designed to inspire and equip participants to walk in the supernatural charisms as a way of life, especially to evangelize and to build up the body of Christ. It expands on last year’s Advanced Charisms Course. Dr. Healy speaks of prayer for healing of the heart. As part of the talk, she discusses Pope Francis' vision of the Church as a field hospital, as well as the steps of healing and freedom laid out in Neal Lozano's book Unbound. Following her talk, the class engaged in an exercise of prayer. Key words: healing, deliverance, spiritual gifts, charismatic, charisms, Holy Spirit, Upper Room
