In this episode, Joni discusses three words to get what you want faster and more effectively. The first is authenticity. Being authentic has to do with being honest with ourself. Oftentimes, we aren't honest with what is going well and what isn't. If we want to get results in our lives and the current methods aren't working, we need to be honest with what isn't working or we will never see the result we desire. Once we are honest about our situation, we can be real with what we actually want. From a young age, most people are conditioned to think in small and limiting ways. After being authentic, we need to put our limiting thoughts and beliefs aside so that we can see what is really possible in our lives. We need to dwell on the best things in our lives rather than the worst things - the best-case scenario rather than the worst-case scenario. Once we start living in the best-case scenario, we need to have someone who will hold us accountable to what we want to do. We need to have someone to keep us committed to reach the level we are aiming for. 1:15 Authenticity 8:00 Possibility 18:00 Accountability https://www.instagram.com/jonirae.co/
What does it mean to Marie Kondo your mind? Just as Marie Kondo declutters people's homes, we need to declutter and organize our minds systematically. There are four steps in this process. The first is to take an inventory of our minds - to get everything out of our minds and down on paper. The second step is to put things into categories. The third step is to take the list of things you want to keep in your life and put it on the calendar. The fourth step is to get an accountability structure so others can hold you to what you intend to do. By continually applying these steps, we will be able to achieve what we want to more effectively and with less stress.
LEAP is meant to help you learn and develop over time, it stands for Learn, Evolve, Accountability, and Processes. Before we actually make the decision to take the LEAP, we need to have the faith and the courage to act. The purpose is to change our lives mindfully. In this episode, Joni discusses the various aspects of LEAP. 3:00 The L in LEAP: Learn7:45 The E in LEAP: Evolve 10:10 The A in LEAP: Accountability 14:20 The P in LEAP: Processes
