3 years ago, Davey & Damian started on a journey. With their friends & special guests they wanted to have real talk about their mental health. They wanted to laugh. They wanted to get better and they wanted to inspire others to talk. MenTalkHealth grew and grew and a charity was formed. Something amazing came from their darkest moments. All good things must come to an end though. In their last podcast together, we say goodbye to Davey & Damian. As MenTalkHealth grew, so too did Davey & Damian’s mental resilience. Both in places they never imagined was possible and feeling happier, healthier and stronger than ever, it’s time for these best mates to say goodbye and enjoy their lives. They are proof that, no matter how hopeless it may seem, no matter how hard you have to fight, it can get better. Join them one last time. Their language is still crude, their jokes are still painfully honest and their love and support for each other is still inspiring to all. MenTalkHealth belongs to everyone, the podcast will continue but it’s time to hear different stories that get more people laughing and talking about mental health.
