Hey everyone. Welcome to another episode of MLM hackers radio. This is Aaron Cournoyer and I have a special episode for you. Um, in today's episode we're going to talk about how to outspend your competitors and how you can literally outspend entirely entire MLMs. A doing this one trick that I learned. If you're like me, then you know, MLM is a great opportunity to grow a lasting asset. But the real problem is, what do we do when we run out of our warm market and how do we succeed without pitching to just family and friends. This podcast is here to answer the growing questions about MLM as I learned, apply and scale my very own MLM business and document how to in this podcast. I'm Aaron Cournoyer and this is MLM hackers radio. Cool. All right, so today's episode, we are talking about outspending our competitors and how to outspend entire MLMs. And there's a super cool way that I learned how to do that. And, but you don't, when it comes down to it, when it comes down to with and with MLM space, you've got to really understand that MLM is literally the same exact as affiliate marketing. It's the same exact principle because you don't control the cart. You don't control the checkout process, you don't control none of that. Um, so when it comes down to it, that's why a lot of these internet marketers and these, you know, there's people that, uh, they come into MLM and you don't even know who they are. Um, and they explode and they know they, they kill it. Um, you know, there was, there's a guy in my last MLM that I was part of and I remember being at the, the, um, one of the conventions like that, the national events or whatever you want to say. Um, and this guy, literally, you hit RMD in three months and everybody's like, how in the heck did he do that? And I thought it was just amazing. And that's where really kind of put me on this journey and to try to figure out a different way with MLM, especially the Internet. And then I started learning some things. And long behold, you know, this guy has got a podcast and he's got this and he does a lot of lead generation things that we all we talk about in this podcast about how you can actually, um, acquire customers and, and gain leads, uh, by publishing and having funnels and things like that. Now, um, when it comes down to how to outspend your competitor, um, cause you gotta remember, you know, you, if you in, in the Internet marketing world, there's a principle if you can spend the most who, who can spend the most, so acquire customers gonna win. And there's also a way to do it without actually spending money out of your pocket. And there's, there's two ways. There's, there's using, um, money, VC funding, which I'm totally against. I don't, I don't like that. Um, but actually like spending money out of your own pocket. Um, and then there's also self liquidating offer. So self liquidating offers. What we're going to really talk about today and a self liquidating offer is something that allows you to recoup your ad spend. You don't take anything for profit, um, from your ads and, and, uh, your, you know, marketing, um, you basically itself will go dates. What's your, what's your ad cost is, and there's a few ways I'm going to talk about doing that. Um, and uh, so let's get into it. Let's break it down. So to create a self liquidating offer, um, you're going to have like, like what we just talked about, you don't control the checkout, right? You don't control the cart. So your cart, um, has whatever. There's the price in this, what you get. So your self liquidating offer, and this is a way, obviously I talked about without actually getting in trouble with your MLM, is how do you talk about MLM or how do you talk, um, how do you bring people into your world basically? And using a self looking offer is something like creating, um, see you, when you, when you, when somebody signs up for MLM, when somebody signs up for your network marketing company, whatever you wanna call it, you know, the basic mean, the same thing. But when somebody signs up, you give them a solution, but you also give them a problem with something. And when you give them a problem, you gotta really think, okay. So most of the people when they get into MLM, they have a couple issues. One is now, you know, some people will talk to friends and family and that's totally fine. I'm not against that. As long as you know, as you're finding people that people that you want to talk to actually want it, not that they need it, you know, don't worry about, you know, some about who needs this. It's about who wants it. And you're gonna you'll find that out because in your, in your team you're going to have lot more success and a lot more, um, you know, a lot more. Yeah. Success in general. Like, you know, there's, you're going to have a lot more people actually doing something than people that want it. Just want to sign up because you know, the, Oh, you think they need it. Um, you'll just have a lot of people that actually do a lot more. So that's very important. Um, but when it comes down to it, let's talk about it. Um, MLM, now, there is a problem and a solution that you gave him. Okay? You gave him a solution by, you know, okay, here's a vehicle that you can actually, you know, live out your dreams. You can do this. But then the problems to come in, okay, well maybe they don't want to talk to friends and family well then how do I find leads? Okay? So that's the first one. How to find leads. Um, I'm writing, I'm writing this down here on my whiteboard, so if I've kind of like legging and a little bit, that's probably why. Uh, but okay, so how to find leads. That's a problem. Second is, well, um, I'm, I'm not techie. How, how do I build a recruiting funnel? How to build funnels. Okay, sir. Is, um, what about product funnel? You know, how, how do you build a product funnel? Okay? So you got that. And then fourth can be, um, let's think about, um, how to, how, what do I do when I actually get somebody to sign up? What, how, how do I duplicate this? Cause it's all about duplication, right? And remember we talked about in the other podcast that you want to do duplicatable time. So excuse me, how do I duplicate this? So those are three, there's a, those are four problems right there. And even before that problem, you got this, you got another problem. How do I use the Internet? How to use the Internet for your MLM without blasting on Facebook and all that stuff like that. Hmm. That's a huge thing. That's like, it was this podcast about. So that's why I encourage you to kind of publish and do some kind of publishing. And now when it comes down to self liquidating offer, think about this. Your problem is how do you use, how do you use the Internet for MLM? Okay? So let's put together, um, a three day course, five day course, whatever, um, of how to actually use the Internet for your MLM. And we talk about what we're going to talk about prospecting, right? Prospecting, the difference between pulling people to you and pushing, right? All right. And let's say day two, we're going to talk about, um, we're gonna talk about sales funnels, right? Sales funnels and automation. Okay? So sales funnels and automation. So now we have some kind of a just, okay, well this is how we start to understand this, how we can actually use the internet. And then maybe in day three we talk about, um, how to, like we're talking about in this podcast, how to outspend your customers. Um, and out spend entire MLMs as your customers, but your, your, um, your, you know, everybody else, you're your competition. Okay? So how do you outspend your competition? So we'll talk about outspending competition and self-liquidating offers, right? I'll spend competition and SLO's. K, so that's three right there. And then talk about maybe on day four, we talk about how to duplicate it. How would you duplicate it? And basically when you're gonna talk about how to duplicate it, yes, we're trying to do, you're going to talk about the same thing you're doing right here. This whole system we just put together is a duplicatable system. It's something that someone else can actually do. The same exact thing. So you like you to understand is there's so much information out there ready? So why reinvent the wheel? Just go and find stuff. Like take the stuff that I do, take the stuff that you're upline does and, and just just make it your own. You don't make it, you don't want to make it better. You just want to make it unique. All right. I'm not about competition with that. It's more like just making it unique. Use these same principles and actually like build yourself a circle itself. Living an offer. You can do a CD, like you can literally go and try to interview a bunch of people that are in MLM, whether they're doing it a certain way on the internet or they're doing it a different way, but their tactics and what they've been able to learn in and just interview them and they're there on Skype for 15 minutes or 10 minutes, five minute video put together in a course using click funnels. By the way, um, you know, you use click funnels and you put together a whole membership membership site and then what you're able to do, you able to sell that or, or you can give them for free whatever you want to do, you know, but at least what you're doing is the biggest thing which you want to understand is you are gaining a list, On the Internet, the list is probably the most it is, is the most important thing because at the end of the day, that's the only thing you have. If a Facebook Zuckerberg or once you shut down Facebook and say no more ads, um, or changed our algorithm, whatever it is, Google, you know, the Google slap, whatever it is, the list of the biggest thing. And that's, that's the one thing that you want to keep going after your list is what your list is, your leads. Okay? So just think about that. You can build something so simple and so small and you don't have to sell it for, you know, Ashmont you know, a $1,000 or something. You can sell it for something so small. $5, $6, $14, $37, whatever it is. Um, you can definitely sell that and recoup called self liquidating offer, recoup your ad costs, right? Then you don't take this money as profit, you put it right back in the ads and you are able to grow it a little bit faster every single time. You know, if you, you're gonna have to crunch your numbers by the way, but you know, if you look in and go, okay, so we're putting in a, it's costing us $2.50 cents to gain a customer a, but yet we're with our, with our, um, say with our self, looking at your offer, we're getting for $4.33 cents. So you're making profit right there. That's a winnable funnel. And You keep going. And that's how you recoup your ad costs. And you put, you don't spend anything. You don't take the two 50 bucks back out and put it in. Then you take the $4.33 and put it right back in the ads. And then when you do that, when you do that, guys, you're able to outspend MLMs. Like, it's nothing, and you got to understand is the reason why these people aren't doing it is because a lot of them don't understand that. I see a lot of um, network markers. Uh, you know, some big network marketers, they have a lead Gen, right? Like I told you, a lot of them, you know, as soon as some of them have done a it with friends and family, you know, and they, they've, you know, a small percentage of them have really built a huge team on friends and family. But at the end of the day, what happens, you run of people who talk to, so what, what do you have to do from there? You have to create some kind of magnet lead magnet and that's what giving a, a course three, three system course or like we talked about the five video course. All these are lead magnets and, and in ways that you can actually in the front, maybe you can sell it or you can give a free, which I actually recommend in the beginning that, you know, give something for free. Um, whatever. I have them opt in, opt in for a free video, a free free, um, ebook, report, whatever it is. And then what are you going to do? Oh, since they like this and your thank you page, you're going to go, oh, hey, um, by the way, I have this free course, this course right here. It costs you, you know, $8, $14.95 to get it. I'm just going to teach you this, this, and this and that. And this is the value you're gonna get out of it. Do you want this or no thanks. Cool. If they say no thanks cool, you finish, you finish it out and then into your pdf that you have at the end, what are you going to do and do it again. You're going to promote the same thing again. Hey, I have this, this, this and that. Um, through email. File up the same thing and you know, I'm telling you at some point, you know, the people that are really interested, which are the ones that are gonna actually have buy and when they buy yourself looking at an offer, guess what? You put those in a different category and guess what happens? They are your dream customer, your dream customer. And guess what's going to happen? They are the ones that you are going to give them. You can say, Hey, you know what? I got a bunch of stuff going on here. Why don't you apply to join my downline? You know, you're going to send them through your application. You're going to, those are the ones you're going to try to recruit into your MLM because they get it. They see it, they understand it. And uh, that's the best way to outspend all your customers, all your, uh, your, your competition. You know, you can outspend entire MLMs by doing this because they have no clue how this works. Why? Because they're not from the Internet. You know, they, they do the normal way. Friends and family, like I said, I saw, I see people, like I said, I see network markers all the time. They have some kind of lead Gen, but guess what they're doing? They're still teaching the old fricking way. The own junk tactics, you know? Oh yeah. Oh look, we're going to do is we're going to say the three things to get anyone to join your downline no matter what. That's a bunch of junk. No Way, no way. You know, actually that's why you give real value and say, hey, guess what? There's a different way. There's something way better. Um, and I'm telling you guys it will change. It would change your business in once you get that in and publish like a maniac, whatever it is. I would definitely do that. I would publish a lot and I've been actually really thinking about taking this and I'm creating a, I have a youtube channel, but I'm going to actually start publishing on that youtube channel a lot more and then with this podcast, so it's more visual to uh, actually draw it on my whiteboard and stuff like that where I can kind of show you guys, but then you guys can see my face and, and uh, we can interact a little bit more than comment and stuff like that and talk back and forth. Um, I got a lot of stuff coming. Uh, Facebook group. There's a lot of things I'm, uh, starting to put a, put it in, you know, put into, um, into a system here, uh, because I think it's important for all of us to be around and in all of us to learn off and feed off each other. So that's definitely what I'm, what I'm getting into and that's why it's been a little bit since I've published, but I, I definitely apologize for that. But, uh, um, at the end of the day it'll be all worth it and I'll be able to give you guys a lot more value. Uh, so, but go, go install this principle and try it, you know, literally go out there and make something, something complementary to your MLM or, um, to MLM in general and actually create some kind of self love, great offer and sell that, sell them your back in front end, give them something free, give them a little snippet of it, you know, give him a little free couple of videos. You know, you don't have to go create this elaborate course. And this huge, huge course where it's like, oh my God, you know, it took you eight months to do. You don't have to do something so simple. You get, you can literally use your iPhone, use your phone. You don't need, I mean, if you have, um, camera equipment or video equipment, whatever, cool, you know, that's even better. You got advantage. But if you don't need it, just literally do it on your iPhone. Get a little stand for, you know, 10 bucks, 15 bucks at, on Amazon in, and record, in front of it, and just talk and literally tell them and because of what you found, you know, look, look up things and fine, take the things that I talk about and make it your own. Make it your own. You'll take the ideas and make it your own and put your own little spin out and be unique. Um, and guys, I'm telling you that people are going gonna come to you and flack to you. Um, just stick with it. It'll happen. Uh, but all right, cool. Uh, that's all I got in this, in this episode. Thanks for tuning in guys. And I will see you guys in the next episode. Have a good week. Yeah, that was awesome. Hey everybody, it's Aaron Cournoyer. And welcome back to another episode of MLM Hackers Radio. Today we're going to talk about why you gotta publish. If you're like me, then you know, MLM is a great opportunity to grow a lasting asset. But the real problem is what do we do when we run out of our warm market and how do we succeed without pitching to just family and friends. This podcast is here to answer the growing questions about MLM as I learn, apply and scale my very own MLM business and document how to in this podcast. I'm Aaron Cournoyer and this is MLM hackers radio Okay. So I've been putting off publishing for a long time until I started the podcast. Um, I started doing some, a little bit of Instagram and stuff, but I would, I'm telling you this, this is one of my biggest fears was one of my biggest fear is publishing. Um, you know, I just always thought that I wasn't good enough and I wasn't, I'm not a speaker or anything like that. And, um, I told myself, I told myself that I'd be coachable and I will do whatever's necessary, you know, to win, but I will never published at least until like I established some kind of authority, um, or be some kind of influencer. But the funny thing is is to establish authority and awareness and influence. You need to publish. Like people have to see who you are. Like if no one hears you talking, then no one knows who you are. And um, it's funny story is one of my, my mentor Steve Larsen, he said to me, he goes, if you want to dominate your market and become a category king, you have to publish. He said, I'll promise you it'll change your life. And that was one of the first thing you said. He's like, you guys got to get out there. He got it published. And I was like, CRAP!!! I was like, no. I was like, I don't want to publish. Like I'll do anything else but I will not publish. I was so afraid of like feeling like I'm not an expert and like I wasn't good enough. Like, I can't, I'm not a presenter, I don't know how to speak. Um, and you know, like, he goes, it's okay though. Cause you got to realize like in the beginning you're gonna suck. Like you're not gonna be good. But the beauty in it, he said is nobody is listening. At first. You have time to really sit there and try to find your voice. You have time to find your voice. He said you want to document your journey because you become more relatable to your audience. And I say, hmm.. I was like okay. I guess that makes sense. You know, like I look at people that are like huge, like, you know, Grant Cardone and, and just be Russell Brunson. And I look at and go, man, like, I could do that, but not on his level. You know, like, this guy is so much, so much bigger and better than I am, you know. And, but once again though, he started somewhere too. You know, he wasn't this magnificent speaker in the beginning. And, um, you know, the best thing about it when you're publishing it and you're starting off and people are listening to you and they see you as like a normal person, they can relate to you. Cause a lot of your, you know, a lot of your audience starts off in the same way. Like they, they don't, they're not huge influencers. You know, like, it's so scary to look at somebody big like Russell or somewhere and you look at how much he publishes and how much he pushed puts out there and you're like, oh my God, I don't know. I don't think I can do that. Like it's hard. It's hard to do because you just, you're not that person yet. You know, you don't, you haven't had time to develop and learn and get the skill set and like being on camera just like it's a, "whistle".. that's another thing that's kind of difficult to do. I'm trying to get, I'm trying to push myself into doing that a little bit more. Um, but I still, you know, I still get the jitters. Everybody gets the jitters even during this podcast. Like you listen to me, like I'm not the greatest, but like I said, it's just about me documenting my journey so you guys can relate to me and hopefully, you know, you guys are going through some of the same things. Um, you know the, like I said, your, your audience get to see that you're human. They get to see that you're a normal person and that you started somewhere too. And if they think about and go, well, we'll look at him, look at him like he wasn't, he wasn't the best either. Do you know, you believe that you can do it too? Um, like some of the big shot marketers out there, you know, it's hard to see through and what they did and, and you know, and how that they actually have become what they have become. Because sometimes, like I said earlier, like publishing the journey is important because if you look at them now and even see where they were and how they did start, it looks like almost, it looks like it's impossible. Like you're climbing this huge, huge mountain and it's hard to how to get there. And I talked to a lot of successful people and in the MLM, in other, you know, industries and they use the internet and they say, I asked them about publishing and they say it's extremely important, but they also say that they wish they would have started publishing before they blew up. Um, just because like I said, they will become more relatable. They, they feel like they would have, they could help more people and establish more of a true following. So my advice is just published most possible. You don't have to do every platform either. You can just pick one, one or two do Facebook live, Instagram, you know, youtube podcast. You know, I chose podcasts cause it's a little easier for me to talk. Um, instead of trying to entertain the camera too. I'm not that comfortable with that yet. Uh, so, and also because at the same time, still trying to find my voice, but I feel like it's something that I need to get comfortable with. If I'm going to become a leader and a top earner and helped thousands of people. Maybe you're not sure what to talk about. You know, like sometimes I, I kind of feel like I run out of things to talk about. That's why I asked guys, give me feedback so I can actually talk to you and, and uh, you know, relate to you a little bit more. Um, but once again, like I said, it's just, it's telling stories and, and what's your learning and your journey. Um, do the best to solve the problem that they're having. Hint, that's the same problems that you're having a MLM. Majority of the people are having that same exact issue. So just try to solve the problems, try to talk about the things that you're learning and how, you know, document what you're doing every week or whatever. Whatever that you think that can help them and solve a problem. That's what you want to publish about. And for the longest, like I said, sometimes it's hard to figure out which one are published, but that's why the beauty is it just, you'd go with what you're learning. It's so much easier. Basically becoming, you know, coaching through and trying to help them cut down the time and save time by doing certain things and showing them different things that they can do to help, um, you know, them succeed in their business instead of going through the pitfalls and the failures you did. And people will love you for that. They'll, they'll respect you and your journey and understand like, okay, this guy is actually, he's, he, he is out here to actually help me. So, um, that's, that's the best thing I can do. That's the only thing I can say about publishing. I think that it's crucial for all of us. Um, and like you said, the best thing is in the beginning, no one's really paying attention. Um, you'll watch your Facebook lives, you know, you might say, oh, I, they got 20 likes on this video or I got 10 likes, but that's, that's 10 likes. So that's 20 likes that someone actually is saying that they enjoy it. What you're saying and they liked you and they respect you for publishing and that they feel like you can help them. I mean take it a different way. You know, say there's, there's only 20 people liking your video, but yet 20 people got into a plane crash and 20 people died. It's a different way looking at it. So 20 people still 20 people, all right, they still matter. Still makes a difference. You don't have to get thousands and thousands. You build yourself up to that. So just get out there and publish, do whatever Facebook Live, Instagram, live, you know, youtube, podcast, whatever you think you're going to be comfortable at first. Just get out there and publish, do something, you know, talk about your journey, help people, publishing helps people and um, and they, they really, they see it and it's, it's knowledge base that they can learn and helps them push forward. So get out there and publish. Guys, thanks for listening to this a episode and I'll catch you in the next one. Get out there, have a good week, crusher week. See Ya! Yeahhhh, that was awesome! Hey, what's going on this is Aaron Cournoyer, welcome to another episode of MLM Hackers Radio. I'm super excited for today's episode. We're going to cue up the theme song and then we're going to get started. If you're like me, then you know MLM is a great opportunity to grow a lasting asset. But the real problem is what do we do when we run out of our warm market and how do we succeed without pitching to just family and friends. This podcast is here to answer the growing questions about MLM as I learn, apply and scale my very own MLM business and document how to in this podcast. I'm Aaron Cournoyer and this is MLM Hackers Radio. Alright! Woo!. Okay, so today we're going to talk about how to leverage like manage your time and leverage your time when we all have a 9 to 5 schedule. Cause I think most of us when we started our MLM, we all have a scheduled, well, you know, we don't, I mean a good, some of us start and don't have like a normal 9 to 5 job or part time, whatever it is. Um, so a lot of us start and we have a 40 hour week and how do we leverage our time and how do we like really manage our time to actually be able to use it efficiently to actually build our MLM. And I think this was one of the biggest things that I struggled with in the beginning is, and I think a lot of people struggle with this in the beginning is because, you know, some of us when we get started, you know, we have a family or we have, um, we just have life in general. You know, there's, there's a lot of things going on, you know, um, and you think about right now, like especially this time of the year where you got birthday parties, graduations and all different things like that going on festivals and there's a lot of distractions and a lot of things to do. Um, because of the summertime. And I think this was the hardest things that I like I dealt with for, for awhile because how did I, how to like really, how do you like leverage your time for one, and how do you really manage your time for two uh, like how, how do you, how do you really do it without getting burnt out and being all over all over the board and actually still finding time to actually have, you know, somewhat of a normal life. And I think that was one of the biggest struggles I had with the long, for the longest time. And you know, we look at a lot of these other people that are succeeding and are actually like, you know, getting recognized on stage and things like that, which we all want. A lot of them are able to do this full time and, but a lot of them didn't start full time, you know. And I think that's one of the things that, um, we look at and go, man, well if I had this much amount of time to dedicate to it, I would, you know, I'd be there, I'd be there. But I'm not saying that's not true, but there's a way that you can actually help you leverage your time and use it wisely. Uh, so, um, I think I found out a little thing that works for me. You might have to find, you know, I'm going to let you know what works for me and you can try to apply it in your business and see how it works for you. But, um, you know, you might find something different that you can use or a different way you use and that's totally fine. Uh, so definitely, but I just want to give you what's been helping for me. So like this is what my schedule. Looks like I work a normal 40 hour week as well. Um, I only worked Tuesday through Friday though. My, my hours are, my days are four tens. Sometimes a little longer, but, so I work till about 3pm 3:30pm. And then when I come home, I clean, you know, I do my things around the house and I need to, and then I uh, make, you know, I eat, make dinner or whatever. So about 6pm, 6:30pm then I come up into my office and then, um, from about 6:30 or so till about, you know, 9:30, 10 o'clock before I get ready for bed, I'm getting ready to go to sleep, I'm working on the business. And I think what's helped me is like every week I take one day off, like I'll take a Sunday off and I started planning out my week. I started planning out like, what are the three things I'm going to get done every single day that is gonna, you know, help leverage my time and manage my time the right way that I can actually move forward in the business and get things done without feeling burnt out or feeling like, you know, I think for a while there, I, I think a lot of us as entrepreneurs have this issue. Like we, we tend to try to get everything done at once when we should take it one step at a time sometimes because sometimes we get so distracted with trying to get everything done at once. You know, you start one thing and then you don't finish and you move on to the next thing and then you keep going and keep going in that cycle. And Ha! I, for the longest, I had a problem with that. I would always like, I would jump around and I would never, I would come back and be like, oh my God. And I had nothing finished. You know, and it just, now that you have a hundred tasks open that, you haven't even finished one, and then you feel like you're stuck and you're not getting anywhere, you're just stuck in the mud. And it a, it becomes frustrating. And, and especially in the beginning when like a lot of us, you know, when you first started, you don't see the big amount of money or anything coming in. And I think that's, it's, it's, um, kind of demoralizing and frustrating, especially when you're trying to get everything up and going and running. Uh, it really, it really gets frustrating. And I had a problem with that for the longest and that bothered me because I would couldn't get one thing done at a time. I, I, I needed to focus on getting one thing at a time. I just would kept jumping around going to this and that. So what I do now as I plan out my week, what I'm going to do are the three things I'm going to do Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and so forth. And that's how I plan my weekend. It's been helping a lot, a lot, a, a lot easier because, you know, cause then I can take about an hour, you know, cause I, I'm able to spend about three hours or so a day on the business. So like I take, okay, so if I take three hours, I got an hour for this hour for that or for that. And now that's my three hours. So that's three things that I can do every single day. Tell to help move forward. And um, there's, there's inside of MLM, there's three ways that you use your time. Okay. And there's three different costs of, of um, you know, in your MLM and the different costs are your time, money and repeatable time. And I figured out like, okay, so time, time was like you use in your time as far as like you're going, you're going in, you are, you know, doing presentation after presentation after presentation. So then you have money cost. Okay. Now, then after money costs, there's also another way it's called repeatable time costs. And, and that's what I focused on the most is repeatable time, time activities. Like the way I'm able to do that is instead of, like going in like the normal way and selling a traditional ways that MLM teach. Do I decide to make and build sales funnels? Sales funnels are my way to automate it. Instead of me having to sell, sell, sell, sell, sell. It's all set up that I can just do it automatically. It's something that I did once and not again, it's the, excuse me, it's there over and over. Um, same thing, like making a youtube video in, um, you know, making a course, whatever it is, it's something that's there that will always be there. Instead, of having to take your time and go over and over and over again and keep saying the same presentation over and over and over and over. And it really gets really ah, you get burnt out with that. So those are the three things that I focus on that I understand is there's different costs. Okay. So I bought, I only focused on the one I was focused on the one repeatable time activity. Okay. Those are the things you've got to look at and see that's the best way you're going to be able to leverage your time. And if you can figure out how to do that, um, using your sales funnels and using, like being able to leverage your time better, uh, it would make it a lot easier for you and you'll be able to get a lot more things done and not have to focus on certain things so much and going through those traditional methods with that MLM teach you. Um, so, but like I said, you plan out your week. I plan out my week every single week. I figured out this. What I'm going to do, it's okay I have a schedule. I know there's some something coming up on the schedule. Okay? So I got to work around that and figure things out. But use the things that are actually gonna make you leverage your time easier. Okay? And that right there is going to help you dramatically in your business. I promise. You promise you start applying things that are going to help you to help you leverage your time. When it comes down to it, rich people understand something. It's about leverage time. And that's why MLM is big too is because it's about leveraging other people. Okay? Like leveraging the team. That's why you're able to build so big and get so much more commission because you're helping other people build in. And so spending 80 hours a week on something, you get one, you get 80 people to do one hour a week and then you're able to leverage your time. That's the biggest thing that you know you need to learn in MLM is how to leverage time and how to manage your time wisely. That will help you move towards your goal. And don't get me wrong, you, you can sell the traditional way that it's taught, you know, parties and, and presentations and, and weekly meetings and all that stuff. You can do that. Trust me, it works. People have gone in and made multimillion dollar companies that way. Our businesses that way, no one in their MLM. But how many people have done that and how easy is it for the, for the average person? And that's one of the biggest things is that that's why I use a sales funnels because it's easier to different way and I don't have to use all my time going after and trying to build these things that way. And you know, if you want to do it that way, that's fine. I'm just telling you this is a better way to leverage your time. I think it's a lot easier. At the end of the day, what you're doing is you're cutting down speed. Okay. So if you're able to cut down the speed of the time and the process takes to actually build your MLM, you're going to get to the finish line a lot faster. And that's, you do that by cutting down the time and leveraging the time the right way. Um, and that's the way I found to be able that that actually allowed me to cut down time and leverage my time a lot easier as using the funnel using a sales funnel. Guys, I'm telling you, it's huge. It's huge, huge, huge, and in business. And if you are using a sales funnel, it's going to help you dramatically because you're gonna be able to be able to pull people in and you're not gonna have to worry about sitting there constantly doing over and over. Like even if you run into someone and a, whatever the street or whatever, you start pitching, hey, go here and have them look at your sales funnel. Have them go through the sales funnel instead of you trying to sit there and pitch them and say, okay, well I'll meet you on a Tuesday. And, uh, we'll meet up there and I'll spend it and spend an hour talking to you about it. Like, no, you don't have time for that. You have, you just, you have them go through the funnel and right there we'll explain everything they need to know and you'll be able to by using an application funnel as well, you'll be able to decipher through it. Like, okay, this guy's good fit is not going to fit. So you didn't spend an hour and a half sitting there doing a presentation to them and guess what? At the end of the day he goes, well I don't think it's for me. So you know what I'm saying? That's how you're able to leverage your time, use a sales funnel, use, use it, use different ways, use repeatable time activities. Those are what's going to change your business and those are what's going to help you leverage your time and and really manage your time a lot better. Especially when you're building an MLM and you don't have so much time and we all have a schedule. We all have a life. And also don't forget to actually like plan out your week, plan out your week, plan out the three things are going to do every single day. All right guys, so that's all I really got for you guys. What's going on everyone. It's Aaron Cournoyer and welcome to another episode of MLM Hackers Radio. If you're like me, then you know, Mlm is a great opportunity to grow up lasting assets. Hey, welcome back guys. Um, today in this episode I'm gonna talk to you a little bit about why it's important to actually build a relationship with people before you start pitching them or reach out to them, whatever it may be. Um, so quick story. A few days ago I had one of my upline's from my old, my old MLM. Um, he reached out to me like he was upline, upline. Like he's a number one income earner in the state of Wisconsin where I'm from. And he reached out to me and just, it, it really frustrates me how he reached out to me and it was like, you know, there was no rapport build or anything and, and uh, he basically just just went straight to the point and you know, a guy of his stature, I think he should know a little bit better that that's not the way you reach out to it. That that's a terrible way of trying to get somebody back into your opportunity. And, uh, so it, it just frustrates me that this is what they're teaching and this is obviously what he's teaching. And that's obviously why I had such an issue inside that Mlm anyways. Um, and people are actually having them same issues. So, um, it, it's funny, this is what he says to me. He goes, um, "what's up Aaron? Are you ready?I" Hahaha, I just thought it was hilarious. Like, what do you, what do you mean? Am I ready? What am I supposed to be ready for a, I mean, what kind of relationship or what kind of, you know, rapport. Have you established with me? Do you even care about how I'm doing? Do you know what's going on in my life right now? Like those are the things that, that right there is why MLM gets a bad rap and then why people think that mlm is not necessarily a scam, but people are so salesy in so pushy. I don't want to be a salesman is because exactly how he went at it. There was no relationship established. And know, imagine I haven't talked to him in about two, three, maybe four years. So why would you reach out? And this is not been the first time, and this has been, he's, he's done it like every year, year and a half. He's always reached out to me and said something like that. And it's like, you are not, you are missing the point. There's a reason why I didn't say anything back. I didn't say anything back to him. I completely ignored him and I'm getting real close to just deleting him. Um, because it's frustrating. Like you don't that, and I know that's not the way you recruit. That's not the way you build a relationship with someone. Um, you know, I honestly, I was thinking about should I, should I message them back and say, ready for what?... What am I supposed to be ready for? And then really be like, whoa, oh what kind of relationship did you try to, um, build with me first? So obviously what I'm going through, what's going on with me or anything in my life is none of importance to you. You're only cared about me to try to work through me and build your business. Think about that... That's the reason why I was so frustrated with it. And that's what they teach you in the normal MLM is how to work through someone else's network. You're working through networks, through networks, you're, working in building through people instead of actually like, you know, bringing your own people to you. And um, that really just frustrated me and I, the whole point of this podcast is to let you know, like, that is not the way that you build rapport with someone. And now here's the difference. If he would've came to me and said, hey, Aaron, how's it going? Haven't talked to you in a while. How you been? I would've said something back to him and then I would have had a normal conversation, like have a conversation with someone first before you start trying to force them into something. Um, obviously if I wanted to and if I was ready to be in that Mlm, I would've been, I would've done it already. And he knows that. So, and that, that's the frustrating part. And so, like I said, make sure that you establish a relationship, make sure that you don't take the human out of it and you actually be genuinely concerned, uh, of how your person or the person you're trying to talk to and what their life is and what's going on with them. You, you, there's an old saying goes, "people don't care what you know until they know how much you care." And that is very true, especially in the MLM space. Like people don't care what you have to offer unless they know that you actually care about them and that you care about their goals and what, what they want. And I just felt like that was just the wrong way for him to approach me. Um, even though that I was in the business before and he's really not pitching me, but it doesn't matter, it's been three years, so you have to repitch me. You have to Redo it. You'd have to rebuild a rapport with someone. So he totally did it wrong in that. That's really frustrating and that's why the point I wanted to make this podcast and let you guys know like that is the wrong way. Make sure you build and establish a relationship, um, before you start and make sure it's okay that you gotta kind of like warm them up before you sit there and just try to go, you know, really aggressive towards them. Um, you know, I just felt like, you know, with that, the way he did that is like, oh, I'm just another number or I'm just another, um, you know, he just trying to make money and work through my, through my contacts again. And it's like, dude, that right there, you know, I'm not trying to be mean or nothing, but that right there tells me two things that they're running out of a market or they ran out of their market already, which I believe they already have because I am still part of Facebook groups with them and I, I don't see anybody signing up anyone. So, or maybe they deleted me off. I don't know. But I don't see anyone getting being signed up. Um, and that, you know, that's, they're trying to go back to their old, they're old clients or the old, their old prospects their old team members. They're trying to go back to them and recycle again. And that's where the biggest frustrating is. Like, I wish I could help them and teach them like, hey, there's a different way to do this, like using the Internet. But the problem is they wouldn't listen anyways. And I already know that. And if they would listen and it probably changed your business, they won't have to go back and get ignored and get blocked and, um, you know, get yelled at or whatever. And by creating no rapport and just trying to force something down someone's throat without actually getting, you know, having some conversation with them established first. Um, it just brings you back to the point is that they're just teaching the stupid BS, junk tactics and it's frustrating to see and, um, it, it's literally killing, killing people's business. So please don't be that guy. Don't be that girl. Do not be the one out there trying to force it down someone's throat. Um, make sure that they're, they're ready and you have established a relationship and, um, do something like, you know, make sure you like have a soft ask, you know, hey, do you mind if I share with you what I've been doing? You know, do something like that to the lines instead of just how are you ready? Are you ready to join? I ready this, oh, this and don't really talk too much about the product. Talk about the opportunity and, and how, um, it's changed your life. Um, and build a story into that. Stories are huge inside of a selling. It's a big selling point. Um, big marketing point. Is a story. Um, so that honestly if you do it the way he did it to me, that is the easiest way for you to get yourself blocked. Uh, or in my case, no response and on the verge of deleting him as a frame. Um, and not to mention this, wasn't he, this was a message through Facebook messenger. This isn't, wasn't a reach out through text message when I'm pretty sure he still has my number and if not, he should have built some rapport to do it. So, uh, don't be that person. Don't, don't go out there and try to jam it down your throats and say stupid things like he did. Um actually build a relationship and get to know your, your, your person. Doesn't matter how long, you know, you guys could have been good friends for years and haven't had a connection in the last couple of years, year, three years, five, 10 years, however long it is. Don't be afraid to reconnect and actually have a relationship. You've got to understand like these are your team members. You're going to have to work with them anyways. So if these are the ones that you want to vacation with and do all these things, and these are the people that want to work with, then make sure you establish relationship right away before just saying something stupid like, are you ready? Dude, if I was ready, I would have reached out, I would've did everything else? Um, if I wanted to do that and do it your way and be part of that Mlm. Um, so that's all I really got for you guys. Go out there and ah, make sure you establish relationship and rapport with someone that you are trying to recruit first. Do not just jam it down their throat. And thank you guys for listening and I'll catch you guys in the next episode. You guys have a wonderful day. Crush your week! Now that was awesome! If you like what you're hearing, please don't forget to rate and subscribe. Thanks for listening to MLM Hackers Radio, and I'll catch you in the next episode.
What's going on everyone. Aaron Cournoyer and welcome to another episode of MLM Hackers Radio. If you're like me, then you know Mlm is a great opportunity to grow a lasting asset, but the real problem is what do we do when we run out of our warm market and how do we succeed without pitching to just family and friends? This podcast is here to answer the growing questions about Mlm as I learn, apply and scale my very own MLM business and document how to in this podcast. I'm Aaron Cournoyer and this is MLM Hackers Radio. What's up it's Aaron Cournoyer! And and welcome to another episode of MLM Hackers Radio. In today's episode, I'm going to talk to you a little bit about how you handle rejections by breaking false beliefs. Now, this is something that is super key that you need to learn is about how breaking false beliefs will handle objection or rejection. I'm sorry. But what it'll do is if you're able to break down the false beliefs that every everybody has, your prospect has, you won't get the rejection. And by breaking down the false beliefs, you'll already have handled those objections and put out those objections that they're going to say. Because most, most people have the all kind of the same objections, you know, is this gonna work for me? Am I gonna make money? You know, I don't know how to sell. I don't know how to do this. I don't know how to do that. And you know, or they have some kind of other objection that's like deeper, like I don't want to fail and stuff like that. And we're going to talk to him. I talk to a little bit about how learning these skills, like learning these false beliefs and then how you can actually like apply them, um, to, uh, your prospect. Excuse me. Um, and how you need to really sell them on one big, one big. The one big idea, um, that will knock down the rest of the dominoes. The one big domino that will knock the rest of them down. The rest of them down or the one big thing that they need to a know before actually signing up or yeah, well before they actually do sign up, um, before they even take the opportunity to have you break this false belief for breakdown this, there's one big thing you'll uh, you'll break down all the rest of the objections that they have. So, um, I want to first start off by like, if you do like, uh, this concept of you want to know more in like a super in depth training on this concept. You got to pick up the book Expert Secrets by Russell Brunson. (Expert Secrets Book: http://bit.ly/expertsecretsfreeurl) I'll have a link below where you can get your free copy. It's like you just got to pay for, for, uh, for shipping and handling. And it's, I think it's something like seven bucks, but the copy itself for the book is free. So, um, but I want to start off as like, there's a, there's a book called the four hour work week by Tim Ferriss and ah, in this book he talks about what he does on a weekly basis, um, for, for what, what he works. And it's the four hour work week. And there's a group of people that were like, you know, they wanted to follow him around for like two weeks and like we want to see what your day to day life is, what, how is it, what do you do? And they finally said, okay. He's like, but it's going to be pretty boring. And uh, so they follow around and in for the two weeks, you know, he would like one day he would do yoga for a while and then he would, you know, meditate and walk around, go on walks and stuff like that. And they're like, how do you get so much done when you're just doing all this? And he goes, now this is key. Here this is key. He goes, when I sit there and I meditate, I think about the one big thing that standing in front of my prospects way that I need to knock down and all the rest of the chips and all the rest of the dominoes just fall over. Hmm! That's huge. So that's what I'm talking to you about today. That's why I said you the one big thing you need to figure out like for Mlm it's is this opportunity going to make me money and is this going to help me make money? That's what people want to know. That's the one big idea that they all have but it all still comes down to them having objections based on the vehicle, the external and the internal false beliefs that they have. And we all have these same exact false beliefs. Are these, yeah, these all he's seen false beliefs and you know when it comes down to it, some of us, some people are here that we got to really realize like what is the reason people are here? And that's something you've got to like Kinda like sniff out a little bit when you are prospecting. But the reason why we're all here is ultimately to make money now because some people want to just make a little bit of money. They want to supplement some kind of income so they can pay a little bit more or you know, make an extra 400 bucks, 500 bucks a month or 100 bucks a month, whatever it is. Some people like to have the culture be around, um, be around the people and the energy and they liked the product and, but they also want to make a little bit of money too on the side. And then some people want to be like super filthy rich. Like me. I want to make $1 million so I can help tens of thousands of people and give back. And that's the only way I can do it is by making that, you know, making that money and excelling in the business. Um, so we all need to realize all, at the end of the day, it all comes down to they want to make money. Everybody gets into MLM to make money. I don't, it's not about the product, it's about them making money. So the one big idea I have to you have to sell on is is this going to help me? Is this opportunity going to help me make money? And by doing that, you have to kick down the one big thing, the one big domino that is holding them back. And you have to show them that this business, this MLM or MLM, the industry is the solution to their problems that they're having. And if you guy, this is the big thing, if you can knock down that one big domino, the rest will follow. Now you also have to understand that this comes down to three different false beliefs. This is a vehicle, false belief, the external false belief in the internal false belief. Now let's dive down, dive in a little bit about what these all are about. Now your vehicle, uh, false belief is like is this, can this really helped me make money? Can this vehicle that you're presenting me, this opportunity you"re presenting to me. Can this really help me make money? And you know, sometimes it comes down to like people have had a bad experience in MLM, some people have done it before. Some people you know, have heard stories about MLM or um, saw people that went through, went through MLM and are never marketing company and they failed and they didn't, they, you know, like they've seen something or they've heard something. Those are more of the vehicle base objections and you have to really break it down and be like, that's why I said you have to show them that this business and the industry is a solution to their problems. That's how you break down the vehicle more the vehicle. Um, false belief. Now then let's move on to the external. Now, external false beliefs are like the reasons why they don't believe they can do this. And that comes down to like, I'm not good at selling or uh, I'm not a good marketer. I don't have a big network. And you have to break that down and say, you know what? That's okay. I'll show you how to talk to unlimited people without family and friends. And you don't have to be good at selling and you don't have to be good at, you don't have to be tech techie and know a bunch of code and all that stuff. I'll show you a way that you can do it without that. And that's how you can break down an external belief on internal belief is like something like why they don't believe they can do it. Like deep down in their gut and deep down their stomach, they have a reason, like they don't believe they can do it. Like they're afraid of failure. Like we're all afraid of failure. Like they're afraid that they're going to fail. They're afraid that someone's going to know that their peers are going to judge them or they're going to be looked at weird, uh, for doing it on the Internet. Those are all internal false beliefs that we all have as humans. Cause it's natural, we're all, we don't want to get hurt, you know? And that's why when you do talk to your family and friends, sometimes they tell you like, no, that's no good. You don't want to do that. That's, you know, you don't do that stuff. I heard those things don't work I heard they're a scam. Like you know, we don't always necessarily like realize that are, you know, our our family and stuff, they're just trying to protect us from being hurt. They don't want to see us get hurt. And that's why they bring up those things. And that's an internal belief, a false belief that really, um, that, that when you have to dig deeper and know like the external ones are easier but the internal ones are a little harder. Those are the ones you have to like really dig and understand. Like how do we break that down? Like how is it that we can actually say we understand, you know, we understand how you feeling. I understand that's the way it's been and the only way you can break down, I believe the internal belief is by showing them it works. That's the only way it's showing them it works. And that you have a system that you're going to give them, that they can follow, that will help them succeed. And I think that's the only way you can really break down the internal belief. Um, but you can really also always say like, yes, I get it. I, I, I felt the same way. Like you have to let them know that it also was okay and you know, or that it's okay for them to feel that way because you've been through that, you've done that, but you have to show them that it works. Um, so that, that's really what it comes down to is breaking down the three false beliefs, the vehicle, the external, internal, once you're able to really master that like take some time and really think what are the big problems, uh, with the vehicle based objections, internal base objections, the int, uh, the external base objections. Like what are the objections that you are constantly gonna get and how can you a break bring, you know, bring that to the one big idea and each of those categories, vehicle, external, internal. How can you bring that one big idea? And knocked down all the rest of the dominoes, the rest of the rejections by that one big thing. So that is your homework.
