What separates thriving medical practices from those that struggle to grow?It isn't better credentials. It isn't working longer hours. And it certainly isn't spending more money on marketing. In this episode of Limitless MD, Dr. Vikram Raya sits down with Limitless MD's Director of Marketing, Rohan Saxena, to unpack the marketing strategies that are helping physicians attract more patients, build authority, and grow sustainable businesses in the age of AI.Together, they discuss why many doctors unknowingly waste time and resources on ineffective marketing tactics, how artificial intelligence is transforming the industry, and why the future belongs to physicians who educate rather than advertise. From building referral networks and personal brands to understanding marketing funnels, data, and AI tools, this episode delivers a practical blueprint that physicians can begin implementing immediately—whether they're launching a new cash-pay practice or scaling an established business."The best marketing doesn't feel like marketing—it feels like education." — Rohan SaxenaIn This EpisodeWhy AI is making marketing more valuable—not lessThe biggest marketing mistakes physicians makeHow to identify your ideal patientWhy positioning matters more than advertisingBuilding authority through educational contentCreating a physician referral network that compounds over timeUnderstanding marketing funnels and conversion metricsHow to use data to make smarter business decisionsThe role of Google, AI search, and social media in patient acquisitionEssential technology every modern practice should haveHiring the right marketing agency or teamThe biggest constraints preventing practices from growingKey TakeawaysAI Is Changing Marketing—Not Replacing ItArtificial intelligence allows physicians and marketers to create better content, websites, presentations, and campaigns faster than ever before. The competitive advantage now comes from strategy, positioning, and execution—not simply creating content.Focus Creates GrowthMany physicians try to market every service to every patient. Instead, identify your highest-value services and build your marketing around the patients who benefit most from them.Education Builds TrustThe most effective marketing doesn't pressure patients—it educates them. Teaching prospective patients about their problems and available solutions naturally builds authority and credibility.Referral Networks CompoundOne patient referral is valuable. One referring physician can generate patients for years.Building relationships with other physicians creates one of the most powerful long-term growth engines for any medical practice.Data Should Drive Every Marketing DecisionWithout tracking your numbers, marketing becomes guesswork. Measuring every stage of your funnel—from leads to appointments to conversions—helps identify bottlenecks and dramatically improve growth.About Rohan SaxenaRohan Saxena is the Director of Marketing at Limitless MD and specializes in AI, marketing strategy, content creation, paid advertising, and business growth systems.Throughout his career, Rohan has built more than 1 million organic followers, managed over $400,000 in profitable advertising spend, and helped grow Limitless MD's annual revenue from approximately $700,000 to more than $2 million within his first year.He works with physicians and entrepreneurs to build scalable marketing systems that generate long-term growth through strategic positioning, AI implementation, and educational content.Connect with Vikram:

Twenty years of digital marketing created something of a monster: companies poured enormous investment into analytics teams, MarTech stacks, media capabilities, and data infrastructure—and then watched all those functions march off into their respective silos to work really, really hard at producing activity rather than impact. Rusty Rahmer, founder of Starize AI and author of Working As Designed, joined Michael, Julie, and Val to dig into why that happened, why it's still happening, and what it actually takes to flip the shovel over and use the right end. Along the way, Rusty—who Val correctly identified early as a spontaneous analogy machine—explained why customer journey maps on walls are basically the statistical average American life that literally nobody lives, why waffle fries are structurally superior to ridged chips (and what that has to do with cross-functional team design), and why the most important question a marketing leader can ask a room full of executives is also the one most likely to be met with complete silence. Laura Higgins spent a year pouring 80% of her time into a YouTube channel that generated about 5% of her results. So she killed it — and her business immediately had a record month. In this conversation, she breaks down how she thinks about content verticals, why the funnel isn't a line anymore, and the two-call sales process that took her from $40k to $120k a month in three months. We also get into why being vanilla is the fastest way to make content nobody cares about. Key Takeaways Audit your channels like line items. If a platform is eating your time and not producing, cut it — even if everyone says you should be there. Every content vertical needs a job. Short-form for attention, long-form for trust, and one consistent conversion point. Not eight. A fit call doesn't need a salesperson. Someone warm and friendly on your team can qualify leads, protect your calendar, and shift the whole energy of the sale. You don't need 500 episodes to have content that sells. Five to seven recorded answers to common questions will do the job. About Laura Higgins Laura Higgins is a leading creative business coach, 7-figure entrepreneur, and cult-brand builder. Paizo prepares to end its licensed partnership with the Archives of Nethys (AoN) on July 24th, affecting both thePathfinder and Starfinder ecosystems . Paizo stated that while the decision was partially influenced by a lack of generated royalties, it was also driven by the administrative burden of managing licenses and the need to clarify IP boundaries regarding artwork usage. Archives of Nethys plans to continue serving the community under the Community Use Policy, though this transition means the site will lose early access to books and must remove non-compliant artwork from its platform. At the upcoming Gen Con, actor and D&D enthusiast Joe Manganiello will debut a live play event for his new setting, “Death Saves.” This “Black Label” setting, which shares its name with Manganiello’s existing clothing brand, will be showcased in a venue occupied by Wizards of the Coast. While the exact nature of the “Black Label” initiative remains speculative, observers suggest it could represent a new moniker for “adult” D&D content or an imprint for externally developed projects, similar to previous partnerships between Wizards of the Coast and third-party creators. Modiphius Entertainment has announced a Wolfenstein TTRPG on Gamefound, which aims to capture the series’ high-octane, diesel-punk action. Mantic Games is launching an official Ghost in the Shell TTRPG, a long-term passion project from designer Alessio Cavatore. The game promises a custom narrative system and will include miniatures, aiming to translate the philosophical depth and visual style of the original manga into an immersive tabletop experience. Old Oak Games is preparing for the launch of Ink Ribbon, a survival horror TTRPG designed to emulate video games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill, complete with inventory management and “deadly bio-weapon” scenarios. Goodman Games is readying the DCC RPG Book of Funnels, a hardcover collection featuring over 10 new 0-level adventures. These funnels are designed to be easily adaptable across various “Crawl Classics” systems, celebrating the popular format where players control multiple characters through high-stakes, often lethal encounters. #paizo #deathsave #modiphius #mantic #dcc Pathfinder Second Edition: Bundle of Frogs! https://humblebundleinc.sjv.io/7XLLGg Wolfenstein TTRPG: https://gamefound.com/en/projects/modiphius/wolfenstein-the-roleplaying-game#/section/project-story Ghost in the Shell TTRPG: https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/mantic-games/the-ghost-in-the-shell-tabletop-roleplaying-game/pre-launch Ink Ribbo: Survival Horro TTPRG: https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/old-oak-games/ink-ribbon-a-survival-horror-tabletop-rpg/pre-launch DCC RPG Book of Funnels: https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/goodman-games/dcc-rpg-book-of-funnels/pre-launch Purple Sorcerer Website: https://purplesorcerer.com/ Mantic Companion App: https://companion.manticgames.com/ Use our Referral code: MCTXEE Support Us by Shopping on DTRPG (afilliate link): https://www.drivethrurpg.com?affiliate_id=2081746 Matt’s DriveThruRPG Publications: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/browse.php?author=Matthew%20Robinson https://substack.com/@matthewrobinson3 Chris on social media: https://hyvemynd.itch.io/ Jeremy's Links: http://www.abusecartoons.com/ http://www.rcharvey.com Support Us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/upturnedtable Give us a tip on our livestream: https://streamlabs.com/upturnedtabletop/tip Donate or give us a tip on Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/2754JZFW2QZU4 Intro song is “Chips” by KokoroNoMe https://kokoronome.bandcamp.com/

But now after committing to being an entrepreneur full time, Jessi is ready to level up!  She's looking for more reach, automation, scalability, and ultimately, enough income to retire her husband from teaching. High-Ticket Funnels vs. AI: Ben Chrzanowski's Personalized Engagement Strategy for Founders

Ben Chrzanowski's entrepreneurial journey demonstrates that success in modern business requires more than talent and intelligence—it demands the right team, aligned vision, and the willingness to pivot when circumstances demand it. His transition from Division 1 baseball athlete to seven-figure entrepreneur reveals how discipline and mental fortitude from competitive sports translate directly into entrepreneurial success. When his creator venture studio model collapsed under the weight of scaling too quickly with misaligned partners, he didn't abandon entrepreneurship. Instead, he extracted the lesson that partner fit and complementary skill sets are as critical as raw talent. This resilience and adaptability, combined with his commitment to maintaining quality relationships over chasing rapid growth, have become the foundation of his current philosophy and success. While many fear automation will replace human services, Ben observes the opposite: the market increasingly rewards outcome-based solutions delivered by humans over cheaper AI alternatives. Business owners consistently choose to pay premium prices for guaranteed results with human engagement rather than risk unreliable automated tools. This extends beyond any single industry—from video editing to business coaching to media relations. His personal approach reflects this philosophy: he limits himself to one client per month, structures partnerships around shared incentives and mutual success, and invests heavily in building proven systems before scaling. Ben Chrzanowski's insights offer a clear path forward: combine proven funnel methodologies with authentic human engagement, prioritize relationship-building over volume, and remain flexible enough to evolve when the market demands it. His work with Teachly and current ventures demonstrate that the future belongs to those who can blend technological tools with human insight, creating outcome-oriented solutions that genuinely serve their clients. If you're ready to explore how to build scalable businesses with integrity and human-centered strategies, connect with Ben and his team at https://www.teachly.ai/ to discover frameworks and education that can transform your entrepreneurial journey.  For the accessible version of the podcast, go to our Ziotag gallery. We're happy you're here! Last year she became a part-time product manager just to ship funnels herself. That meant learning Figma, coordinating designers, front-end developers, back-end developers, and analytics teams. Running QA. Shipping it. Then using AI to test faster than she ever could before. In this episode she talks through what the process actually involves, the three levers that move the needle in any funnel, the one benchmark she watches obsessively on landing pages, how she uses Claude to generate full funnel copy from screenshots of top-performing creatives, and why AI visuals are making consumers more suspicious, not less.Key topicsWhy web funnels are harder to build than most people think and what the process actually looks likeHow to identify the dominant funnel in a vertical before building anythingThe 40% page-one to page-two benchmark and what to do when you fall below itHow to match landing page copy to ad creative using UTM tagsHow Elise uses Claude to generate funnel copy and assessment questions from top-performing creativesHow AI helped her launch a male-specific funnel in two weeks for an app with 80% female usersWhy AI-generated visuals are creating consumer suspicion and what to do about it

What happens when a 20-year software developer jumps back into code after years away and finds AI waiting for him? James Curran spent two decades climbing the corporate software ladder before walking away to become a funnel builder. He helped hundreds of entrepreneurs migrate from ClickFunnels Classic to 2.0, built his reputation as the linchpin guy, and thought he was done with software forever. Then one call with Dave Woodward in Italy changed everything. Dave told him to build something with AI, and James had an epiphany: he could create the automated funnel monitoring tool he'd been thinking about for years, but this time without hiring a team of developers. AI bridged the gap between his old skills and the current landscape, and within months he'd shipped a product that checks funnels for speed, correctness, dead links, and invisible revenue leaks. But James isn't just building tools. He's helping funnel builders navigate the fear that AI will replace them by showing them how to add more value instead. He's using AI to generate multiple funnel designs in minutes, split test at scale, and connect ad data directly to landing page creation. In this episode, James breaks down how he's using Claude, the Model Context Protocol to pull Meta ad data into AI sessions, why ClickFunnels will always be the backend infrastructure even if front ends change, and why the future of funnel building isn't about replacement but speed and iteration. If you're a funnel builder worried about what's coming, or an entrepreneur wondering how AI fits into your marketing stack, this is the conversation you need to hear. ⭐ If you want to network, connect with future JV partners, find your next business partner, or just be surrounded by the sharpest entrepreneurs in the world… there's no better room than this one. Paid ads used to be simple: find the right audience, dial in your targeting, and scale. Now? It's where a lot of businesses quietly burn cash.  In this episode, we are joined by Hernan Vazquez, a paid ads expert with over a decade of experience. Hernan explains why so many business owners are spending more on ads and getting less back. The biggest problem is the math. What used to work at $3 leads or cheap clicks doesn't work when acquisition costs have doubled or tripled. But many businesses haven't adjusted. They're still running the same funnels, expecting the same outcomes, and wondering why margins are disappearing.  According to Hernan, platforms like Meta and Google now rely heavily on AI, which means your creative is doing the real work. If your message doesn't land instantly, your budget gets eaten alive. That's why more operators are shifting to low ticket offers. Instead of risking everything on a cold high-ticket sale, Hernan suggests using low-ticket products to test demand, recover ad spend faster, and avoid wasting months on funnels that don't convert. For years, growth has been built around a simple idea. Drive traffic into a funnel, move people through stages, convert, repeat. But that model was built for a different time. A time when brands controlled information and buyers followed predictable paths. That is no longer the reality. Today, people explore, pause, research, ask communities, trust creators, and make decisions on their own terms. They don't move in straight lines. They move in networks. That shift is exactly why funnels and pipelines are no longer enough on their own. In this episode, we break down what changed, where traditional models still work, and where they fall short. More importantly, we introduce a new way to think about growth through Conscious Growth Pathways™. Instead of forcing people through linear systems, this approach focuses on building environments, ecosystems, and connections that people naturally move through. It's about awareness, trust, culture, and community driving momentum. We also unpack a six-phase growth cycle that helps identify where your growth is actually breaking and how to fix it, from investigation and initiation to innovation and introspection. If your marketing feels heavy, inconsistent, or stuck, this will reframe how you think about growth and what it actually takes to win today. The funnels that are converting consistently are the ones that are thinking in terms of their ecosystem, not just one single funnel. I've seen many smart business owners pour energy into single-funnel strategies—landing page, launch sequence, wait for conversions—only to hit a ceiling. The funnel would work for a time, then the momentum would fade. New customers came, but they rarely came back. Revenue felt inconsistent.Destini Copp demonstrates a different way. Instead of pushing more launches or building more funnels, she teaches founders to start building systems that keep clients engaged, invested, and loyal. We're diving into why traditional funnels plateau, what actually replaces constant launching, where tripwires and upsells fit into a bigger ecosystem, and why the founders who win are the ones who understand that the best funnels don't just convert once. They introduce clients to your full ecosystem—tripwires, upsells, memberships—so they stay longer and invest deeper. If you've ever felt like you're one launch away from burnout, or if you've wondered why adding more offers seems to overwhelm people instead of excite them, this episode is for you.IN THIS EPISODE, YOU'LL DISCOVER:The "flywheel" framework that replaced Destini's old funnel model (and why single funnels stop converting after a while)Why the founders who win aren't rebuilding their funnels every 6 months—and what they're doing differentlyHow tripwires work when you think bigger than $7-$27 offersThe  email sequence that retargets people who didn't buy at checkout (and why timing matters more than you think)What "stacking" multiple upsells actually looks like in a real funnel (with numbers from her B2B and B2C brands)Why order bumps and strategic upsells feel less "salesy" when you frame them the right wayHow to diagnose which stage of your business needs optimization first (so you're not guessing)ABOUT OUR GUEST, DESTINI COPPDestini Copp is the founder of Hobby Scool and Creators MBA—two education brands that serve completely different audiences but use the same core growth system. I've watched coaches with perfect funnels stay stuck for years. And I've watched coaches with ugly funnels, basic landing pages, and iPhone videos get to $100K/month in 90 days. The difference isn't strategy. It's power — the internal certainty you bring to every conversation. When I stopped trying to prove myself and started showing up with genuine certainty, my close rate changed dramatically. Same offer, same price, same funnel. Why Certainty Sells There's a principle from neuroscience called co-regulation — our nervous systems sync up with calm, grounded humans. When a prospect is full of doubt and you show up full of certainty, they borrow your belief. That's what makes them say yes. But if you're nervous and second-guessing yourself, they co-regulate with that instead. Your uncertainty becomes their uncertainty. The 4 Pillars of Power Clarity — You can't be certain if you're fuzzy on who you help, what problem you solve, and how your solution works. If you can't explain it to a six-year-old, you don't have clarity. Proof — Nothing builds certainty like results. Each success compounds your confidence. Testimonials aren't just for your audience — they're for you. Capacity — Your business can only grow as fast as you can. If your nervous system can't handle the pressure of $50K months, you'll unconsciously sabotage yourself back to what feels safe. Detachment — The less you need the sale, the more sales you get. When you're not chasing, you're leading. And prospects trust leaders. The Two Energies on a Sales Call Energy one: "I hope they buy. I need this sale." Energy two: "I'm here to decide if I want to work with this person." You can say the same words with both. The outcome will be completely different. "You don't need more leads. You need more power."

Most businesses don't stall because the product is bad. They stall because the architecture can't handle scale. In Part Two of this live Scaling Online Q&A, I go deeper into the structural shifts that turn a working funnel into a scalable machine. This episode is a behind-the-scenes look at how I think through bottlenecks in real time - when webinars flop, when ad costs spike, when only 1% of visitors book a call, or when organic momentum is the only thing holding a funnel together. We talk VSL strategy, certification positioning, SaaS trials, bridge pages, continuity layers, and how to engineer predictable growth instead of riding emotional launch cycles. Key Highlights: ◼️Why certification often outsells coaching - and how to reposition your offer for career-driven buyers ◼️The difference between a Level 1 opportunity and a Level 10 opportunity (and why picking wrong caps your income) ◼️How to fix a funnel when only 1% of visitors book a call (and the exact VSL strategy I use) ◼️Why ad costs always rise over time - and how new angles and new VSLs reset your CPA ◼️How to structure SaaS webinars so prospects use the product live instead of just watching a demo ◼️How to scale paid workshops without depending on high-intensity organic pushes ◼️The real role of AI in writing, testing, and mass-producing new creative at speed This episode is about business architecture. It's about understanding that scale isn't luck - it's structure. When something stops converting, the answer isn't panic. It's new messaging, new angles, new front-end positioning, and smarter leverage. If part one was about identifying bottlenecks, part two is about redesigning the machine. ◼️If you've got a product, offer, service… or idea… I'll show you how to sell it (the RIGHT way) Register for my next event → https://sellingonline.com/podcast ◼️Still don't have a funnel?
