As sex can often be, this is an episode about trust. Trust in each other and trust in the listener. "Are you nervous about the release of it?" Phil asks Sarah. To which she responds, "No, it couldn't be any worse than what people say about me anyway." Does it all just come down to whether or not you're sleeping together, or is a relationship decided in more subtle ways?
