There are some conversations that are hard… but so necessary.Today on the Anchored by the Sword Podcast, I'm joined by Alisha Roth, author of the brand new book: Courageous Divorce: A Christian Woman's Guide to Healing, Rebuilding, and Embracing an Abundant Life (releasing this Tuesday!)In this episode, Alisha shares her deeply personal story—growing up strong in her faith, longing to do everything “right,” and then walking through a marriage that became unhealthy, painful, and ultimately unsafe. This is a conversation about the things we don't always talk about in the Church…The hidden struggles. The shame. The silence. And the feeling of being completely alone.Alisha vulnerably shares:✨ Her journey through marriage, brokenness, and divorce✨ The reality of abuse and the confusion many women face✨ The weight of shame—and how God meets us in it✨ The stigma of divorce in Christian spaces✨ Rebuilding faith after everything feels like it's falling apart✨ Finding authentic community and healing on the other side✨ Hope for women who feel stuck, afraid, or unsure of what to do next. One of the most powerful reminders from this episode:
ST PADDY'S HOLIDAY EDITION of Hoagie Mouth - sure you're hearing this today, nursing your Guiness hangover like you were beaten with a shillelagh...but we kept at it for you folks! We jump right in and discuss all things WBC - on the night of the championship no less (editors note - congrats to Venezuela!) . We discuss a NOICE performance by Nola, even if it was a traitorous appearance for Italy against the US and A. And we kinda basked in the postseason / championship vibe around the whole deal. Good to have exciting baseball in early March! And then it's on to the Eagles - who have been busy in making "little" moves here and there. An undisciplined but high upside corner? BRING HIM ON. Someone named MUNDT? You know I'm all about that. And of course, we are twiddling our thumbs waiting for the NFL draft. Join us for a very special episode that night! And we spent about 60 seconds on the Sixers. Time to get healthy or go home, buds. Next week I'll get the Flyers talk going. My prediction for the postseason? Flyers IN and Sixers OUT.Email: hoagiemouthpod@gmail.comIG: @hoagiemouthpod

What if the way we've been taught to hustle isn't the way God intended us to live?In today's episode of the Anchored by the Sword Podcast, I'm joined by returning guest and friend Erin Harrigan, who was previously on Episode 273 where we talked about redefining success and trusting God's timing. Erin is back to share about her brand new book, Redefining Hustle: Navigating Success with Jesus. So many of us live in a culture that tells us to work harder, move faster, and rely on ourselves to get ahead. But Erin reminds us that while God created us with ambition and purpose, He never intended for us to hustle the world's way.In this conversation we talk about:✨ The difference between pursuing success and navigating success with Jesus✨ Why hustle isn't the problem—but how we hustle matters✨ Learning to surrender control and let Jesus be the true captain of the ship✨ The struggle of self-sufficiency and trusting God instead of ourselves✨ Setting healthy boundaries in work and ministry✨ Finding harmony instead of “work-life balance”✨ Why abiding in Christ changes everything about how we lead, work, and liveIf you've ever felt the pressure to keep running, keep producing, and keep striving, this episode is a reminder that God never asked us to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders.Instead, He invites us to walk with Him, trust His direction, and allow Him to lead the way.You don't have to hustle harder to prove your worth. You simply need to stay connected to the One who already holds the plan.

In this episode, Anna sits down with Tracy Matthews, serial entrepreneur, Chief Visionary Officer of Creative Launchpad, and the creator of The Art of Reinvention. Tracy has spent her career helping creatives and founders build businesses that reflect who they truly are — not who they used to be.In this episode, we explore:What The Art of Reinvention is — and why Tracy created itThe patterns she kept seeing in creatives at every level, why reinvention is inevitable, and how letting it be conscious (rather than forced) changes everything. How Tracy personally knows she's on the cusp of a pivotThe physical and emotional cues, the intuition nudges, the discomfort, the boredom, the misalignment — and what she's learned about listening sooner rather than later. The “pre-pivot” stageHow this liminal phase shows up in her clients: the restlessness, the grief, the identity confusion, the craving for something bigger, and the exact moment when clarity starts to break through. The fears and barriers that keep people from reinventingTracy names the big ones she sees again and again:fear of losing what you've builtfear of disappointing othersfear of starting overfear of visibilityfear of learning new ways of workingShe shares how she moves through these moments herself and how she supports her mentees to do the same. What's on the other side of reinventionThe relief, the renewed energy, the alignment, the creativity, the freedom — and also the truth that pivoting isn't a magic cure. There are challenges, identity shifts, and growing pains even after you've said yes to your next evolution. Why reinvention is worth itTracy talks about the deep satisfaction that comes from honoring your growth, trusting your inner voice, and letting yourself become the next version of you — even when you don't have the whole map. This episode is a love letter to the creative who's standing at the edge of something new. We may have done it again...as a matter of fact we KNOW we did it again, dear Hoagie Mouth faithful. We covered all FOUR teams in less than 90 minutes. Why do it we do it? For the people, duh you dummy!First up - we cover the FLURRY of activity around NFL free agency. Not much on the acquisition front to report - but we have some fan favorites who are now former Eagles. Nakobe, Blankenship and Phillips are all gone. Still alive, but dead to me. Howie is planning some moves no doubt, but those will be in the draft and some salary cap sacrificial lambs. On to April's draft!Next up - the Sixers WIN but at what cost? Maxey out for three more weeks. Now Oubre out again. And Joel....man, who knows. Mike's not feeling good feelings about their chances in the postseason. If they even get there. The Flyers - similar. We miss Brink but welcome a BUMP...but let's see if we can keep a semblance of a season alive. Gotta win tonight - and it's a tough and improbable climb to the playoffs from here. Damn.We close out the show celebrating The Jesus Lizard signing with us for a few more years. Best rotation in baseball? FIGHT ME.Email: hoagiemouthpod@gmail.comIG: @hoagiemouthpod

In this episode, fertility expert Gabriela Rosa reveals one of the biggest blind spots in modern fertility care: many couples are pushed toward treatments like IVF before receiving a true diagnosis. She breaks down how fertility clinics often operate, why infertility is frequently misunderstood, and how underlying issues such as thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, and PCOS can significantly impact reproductive outcomes. Gabriela shares powerful patient stories, including Renee's own experience, to illustrate how personalized investigation and root-cause medicine can dramatically shift fertility trajectories. She also explains why fertility is a “team sport,” outlining her strategic approach to improving egg quality, hormonal balance, and metabolic health while interpreting key tests like AMH and follicle development timelines. The conversation concludes with practical guidance on nutrition's role in fertility, her “Three Rocks” framework for treatment, and a thoughtful decision tree to help women determine when egg freezing may or may not be the right choice. Gabriela Rosa, DrPH (Candidate, Harvard), is a Harvard-awarded fertility specialist, founder of The Rosa Institute, and author of Fertility Breakthrough: Overcoming Infertility and Recurrent Miscarriage When Other Treatments Have Failed. She pioneered telehealth-based, integrative fertility care, making evidence-based solutions accessible worldwide.Gabriela also created and hosts The Fertility Challenge, a free online program that reaches tens of thousands globally each year. Her F.E.R.T.I.L.E. Method® has supported more than 204,000 people across 111 countries, with published research demonstrating a 78.8% live birth rate among patients in her signature program—even after years of infertility, recurrent miscarriage, and failed treatments.SHOW NOTES:0:39 Welcome to the show!2:43 About Gabriela Rosa3:35 Welcome her to the podcast!4:47 The biggest blindspot in fertility9:05 How fertility clinics operate10:56 What does infertility mean?11:52 Getting a proper diagnosis12:36 Patient story16:26 IVF industry goals18:48 Miscarriage & Thyroid21:19 Renee's story23:35 IUI incentives & results25:19 Who benefits from IVF?27:50 *APOLLO NEURO*29:50 *CALOCURB*31:00 Who gets turned away from her clinic35:39 Who she does work with37:30 Fertility is a team sport40:05 Her strategy for improving fertility43:16 Timeline of eggs & follicles45:45 AMH testing & optimal ranges51:14 PCOS & Insulin Resistance55:04 Infertility and all-cause mortality1:01:03 Research on correlation between nutrition & fertility1:05:38 The 3 Rocks1:11:09 Egg Freezing decision treeRESOURCES:Apollo Neuro - code: BIOHACKERBABES for $90 offCalocurb - code: RENEE10Website: fertilitybreakthrough.comIG: @dr.gabrielarosa, @fertilitybreakthroughFB: FertilitySpecialistGabrielaRosaX: gabrielarosaTikTok: @gabrielarosafertilityPodcast: Talk Sex with Gabriela RosaSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/biohacker-babes-podcast/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

Expect real talk about emotional waves, the power of curiosity and doubt, and a powerful invitation to trust your own authority instead of getting swept up in collective fear. In this day and age, when you can google any darn thing, why in the WORLD would you or COULD you still test positive for PEDs? In BASEBALL fer chrissakes. The most steroid-y problematic league?!? Well whatever, Rojas. I guess it was sort of a good run with the Phillies. On Hoagie Mouth, we don't shy away from the BIG stories...and we give you our somewhat informed takes on those big moments. Looks like Rojas is gonna fight the suspension, but the Phillies really do have bigger fish to fry. Every time we have a problem like this, I turn to the farm system to focus on a solid prospect. Aidan Miller, looking at you now bub.Speaking of INFORMED and DENSE takes, Mike gets into loads of analysis regarding possible moves by the Eagles. We talk compensatory picks, the draft, salary cap - YOU NAME IT, we got it in that segment.Jeff ponders if the suddenly resurgent Flyers will be buying / selling at this week's trade deadline. The jury is out, but we just won 3 in a row at the right time. Let's storm the castle for a wild card spot. Vladar wants it, you can't deny him.Lastly, we unfortunately tune in to the Sixers / Spurs game. Another insane blowout loss at home. We have a wellness check going on Mike. Will keep you posted.Email: hoagiemouthpod@gmail.comIG: @hoagiemouthpod

This week I'm talking about something that's been on my heart for a long time. The way we talk to ourselves. The quiet thoughts no one else hears. The guilt. The second guessing. The “I should be doing more” loop that plays on repeat.I share how I've caught myself in negative self talk and what I'm doing to shift it. Not by pretending everything is perfect, but by choosing better words. Kinder words. True words. We'll talk about noticing your inner dialogue without judging it, dropping the harsh self criticism, and creating simple truth statements you can lean on when the hard days hit. Because your thoughts shape how you feel, and how you feel shapes how you show up.You deserve a voice in your head that supports you, not one that tears you down. This episode is your reminder that you can choose a different story.Website: https://www.splashofash.comIG: https://www.instagram.com/a_splashofash/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/asplashofashhEmail: Hello@splashofash.com
Hey friends, welcome back to Anchored by the Sword Podcast. Today's conversation is tender, honest, and so needed.I'm joined by Tiffany Stein, who just released a brand-new book: Mourning God: Grieving Loss, Wrestling with God, and Finding Your Way Back to Life. And let me tell you — this episode is for anyone who has ever walked through grief, felt disoriented in their faith, or wondered, “God… where are You in this?”In this episode, Tiffany shares: • Life in Austin, Texas, and how she now gets to disciple nine-year-olds as a 4th grade teacher at a Christian private school • Her background in church ministry (including serving as a women's pastor) and what it looked like to walk with people toward Christ • Her personal “freedom journey” — from fearing a “righteous and angry God,” to slowly discovering God as loving, present, and safe • How seasons of depression, questioning, and searching shaped her faith (and why asking hard questions doesn't mean you're walking away from God)Tiffany's story of lossTiffany opens up about the devastating loss of her son, David, who was born in 2018 with a congenital heart abnormality and spent 53 days in the NICU before he went to be with the Lord. She shares what it was like to grieve publicly while also serving as pastors — and how the hardest part wasn't only the loss… but the feeling that God's presence “lifted” afterward. That “double grief” became part of what birthed this book: • grieving her child • and grieving the God she thought she knewA word for the Church: please stop saying thiscatWe also talk about how well-meaning Christians sometimes use “quick words” that actually cause more harm — especially phrases like:“Everything happens for a reason.”Tiffany gives such a needed invitation for believers to learn the ministry of presence, and to normalize lament the way Scripture does (because yes… a huge portion of the Psalms are lament).Sometimes the holiest thing you can do is: • show up • sit in silence • bring a meal • remember the anniversary • send the Mother's Day card • and let people grieve without being correctedBecause grief doesn't need to be fixed — it needs to be witnessed.Friend, if you're grieving… if you're wrestling… if you're angry… if you feel distant… please hear me: you are not disqualified. God can handle your questions, your tears, and your lament.Bio:Tiffany Stein is an ordained minister and trusted shepherd with more than a decade of ministry experience. She currently serves as a fourth grade teacher at Austin Classical School and previously served as women's pastor and marriage and care director at Irving Bible Church in Dallas, Texas. Tiffany is a native Texan and a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and Oklahoma Baptist University. She has a deep desire to see individuals grow in the fullness and joy of Christ and comes alive when writing and teaching. She delights in one-on-one conversations with a cup of hot tea in hand and takes every opportunity to hike the Texas Hill Country. Tiffany is married to Jason, the executive pastor at The Well Austin. They have two beloved children: David, who is with the Lord, and Emma Ruth. The Steins live in the suburbs of Austin.Anchor Verses:2 Corinthians 1:3–4 Romans 12:15Psalm 27:13–14 Connect with Tiffany:Website: https://www.tiffanystein.comIG: https://www.instagram.com/tiffanyrstein***We love hearing from you! Send a textOn Episode 90 of The Plant Movement Podcast, Willie Rodriguez sits down with Max and Dawson, the founders of Floratrack AI, to discuss how artificial intelligence and AR smart glasses are transforming scouting, IPM, and plant tracking inside modern greenhouses. What started six years ago as a pest identification app has evolved into a full-scale platform built “for growers, by growers.” Floratrack now helps operations track thousands of plants, log pest pressure in real time, standardize reporting, and integrate directly with systems like Plantiful through API connections. The game-changing innovation? Hands-free AR glasses that allow growers to: • Log pests and crop issues while walking • Analyze sticky cards • Identify rows and fields instantly • Access reports without stopping workflowNo more clipboards. No more lost notes. No more relying on word-of-mouth.We also dive into: • Data-driven decision making • Standardization and accountability in the next 5–10 years • Reducing unnecessary spraying • Integration with future platforms • Data privacy and ownershipFloratrack offers user-based pricing and pilot programs for both the platform and glasses, helping growers test the system before fully committing. If you're serious about modernizing your greenhouse operation, this episode gives you a clear look at where the industry is heading.Innovation isn't optional anymore — it's the standard.FloraTrack AiEmail: dawson@floratrack.caCall: (250) 882-5229Web: https://floratrack.ca/ai-smart-glassesThe Plant Movement PodcastEmail: eddie@theplantmovementnetwork.com & willie@theplantmovementnetwork.comCall: (305) 216-5320Web: https://www.theplantmovement.comFollow Us: IG: https://www.instagram.com/theplantmovementpodcastA's Ornamental NurseryWE GROW | WE SOURCE | WE DELIVERCall: (305) 216-5320Web: https://www.asornamental.comFollow Us: IG: https://www.instagram.com/asornamentalnurseryThe Nursery GrowersCall: 786-522-4942Email: info@thenurserygrowers.comIG: www.instagram.com/thenurserygrowersweb: www.thenurserygrowers.comPlant Logistics Co.(Delivering Landscape Plant Material Throughout the State of Florida)Call: (305) 912-3098Web: https://www.plantlogisticsco.comFollow Us: IG: https://www.instagram.com/plantlogisticsDirected and Produced by Eddie EVDNT Gonzalez Disclaimer: The contents of this podcast/youtube video are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice. Alyssa just got back from snowboarding in Tahoe; Nadia's home from a gymnastics meet and a Connecticut trip. A casual comment—“Do you sleep?”—kicks off a bigger talk about busyness: when it's fulfilling, and when it's avoidance. They move into purpose. Nadia says immigration, immediately. Alyssa counters that purpose doesn't have to be world-sized—small daily rituals (like photographing a sunrise) can be enough to pull you forward.Nadia shares how she time-blocks everything, even dinner and showers, to manage anxiety and avoid losing hours to scrolling. Alyssa questions the belief that “productive” automatically means “good,” and that rest is indulgent. They compare extremes: Olympic athletes built around one goal vs. a retired couple living out of a van after hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. Both raise the same question: what are you chasing—and why?The emotional peak: Nadia admits she's searching for hobbies, and tears up talking about leaving gymnastics. She's ready to move on, but she'll miss the team, routine, and shared purpose.Alyssa ends with her own winding 20s as reassurance. Nadia lands on the truth: she feels a little lost—and still has a direction. Both can coexist.Takeaways- Staying busy can be fulfilling — or a way to avoid harder feelings.- Purpose can be small and daily, not just “big life goals.”- Scheduling basics (meals, showers, rest) can calm anxiety, not just boost productivity.- A “successful day” isn't always a “productive day.”- Most people live between obsession and total reinvention.- Busyness can help — and still not be a problem.- Picking up a hobby counts, especially in transition seasons.- Leaving a long-time sport can feel like grief, even if it's right.- What's missed most is often the community + routine, not the sport itself.- Movement doesn't need competition to matter; joy is a valid goal.- Progress is satisfying anywhere — work, training, learning.- A “scattered” path can still be quietly purposeful.- You can feel lost and still have direction.- Closing a chapter is self-awareness, not failure.- Hands-on work can replace the mastery/momentum sports used to provide.Chapters0:10–0:40 — Introduction: Holiday Weekend Recaps0:40–1:27 — "Do You Sleep?" — A Hairstylist's Honest Question1:27–2:50 — What Difference Do You Want to Make in the World?2:50–3:18 — Nadia's Answer: Immigration3:18–4:22 — Purpose Doesn't Have to Be a Grand Mission4:22–6:30 — Scheduling Everything: Control, Calm, and the To-Do List6:30–9:00 — The Spectrum: Olympic Obsession vs. Sprinter Van Freedom9:00–11:07 — Hobbies: Snowboarding, Skiing, and What You Do Just for You11:07–13:40 — Finding a Hobby Is the Hobby13:40–16:10 — Gymnastics Endings: Tears, Transitions, and Letting Go16:10–18:00 — Physical Goals That Have Nothing to Do with Competition18:00–20:25 — Getting Better at Things: On the Mountain and at Work20:25–22:56 — Keeping It Chill: The No-Pressure Philosophy22:57–25:54 — Feeling Lost vs. Having a Direction25:54–26:16 — Closing: Talk to You Next Week650.701.7686 (o)650.332.2739 (f)510.673.8712 (m)Sports & Dance Rehab|Pilates| Group ClassesOn the Move Physical Therapy501-D Old County Rd.Belmont, CA 94002web - http://www.onthemovephysio.comemail - alyssa@onthemovephysio.comIG - https://www.instagram.com/onthemovephysioPlease consider the environment before printing this email. The information contained in this transmittal may be confidential. In this fourth episode of The Skeptical Shaman podcast, host Rachel White (of TOTEM Readings) chats with Brian Maierhofer: a working therapist that explores myth, madness, meaning, and how our greatest wounds can become our greatest gifts with his incredible Liminal Means Substack. Rachel and Brian chat all about the myth of the Fisher King and his wound-- and how we, as a people, need to heal our collective wounds, too. But how can we heal? How can society start to right itself? Stop screaming at each other? Stop policing each others' words and thoughts or personal political or religious beliefs?Well, as Brian shares, we can start by understanding the mechanism at the root of this wound: a very particular shift in brain activity that comes along with long-term adrenal fatigue and the anxiety-inducing psychological thought reform made possible by social media and corporate news. But Brian doesn't just identify the issue-- he also walks us all through how we can do a simple, sustainable AND TOTALLY FREE exercise to put our nervous systems-- and our brain-- back into the driver's seat. We can all actually transmute our wounds into our medicine-- and our superpowers. But, first, we have to take a look at them-- and actually f*cking do something to heal them ourselves.LINKS:TOTEM Readings Website: https://www.totemreadings.comTOTEM Readings Substack: https://totemrach.substack.comRachel's Other Links: https://linktr.ee/totemrachPlease support the Sponsors of The Skeptical Shaman Podcast:TOTEM + PUCK HCKY Merch Drop: https://puckhcky.com/collections/totemThe TOTEM Flower Essence Deck: https://a.co/d/gw16LsGThe TOTEM Flower Essences: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TotemReadingsATXTOTEM Spiritual Transformation Coaching: https://www.totemreadings.com/coachingTOTEM Business of Woo Mentoring: https://www.totemreadings.com/business-of-wooBrian's Links: Substack: http://brianmaierhofer.substack.comIG: https://www.instagram.com/brian.maierhoferPlease note: The views and opinions expressed on The Skeptical Shaman do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of the podcast. This week marks a small deviation from our reshare series because I wanted to bring you something timely and special.I had the opportunity to sit down with actor and filmmaker Daniel Roebuck, whose new film The Hail Mary just released in theaters today and will soon be available on streaming platforms like Amazon and Apple.Daniel is a husband, a father of two, a practicing Catholic, and a man who is unapologetic about his faith — even in Hollywood. He shared openly about growing up in Catholic school, being shaped by the prayers of faithful women, and how this newest film is deeply personal to him. He describes it as a love letter to the nuns who believed in him when he was young.

In this episode of the Ageless Future podcast, host Cade Archibald sits down with Dr. Brandon Burke to explore his journey from building multiple successful orthodontic practices to stepping into a new chapter focused on coaching and personal development. Brandon shares how growing up in a small Utah town shaped his drive, what it looked like to build a practice from scratch during the recession, and the moment he realized his achievements weren't the same as fulfillment. The conversation dives into themes of identity, burnout, resilience, and “unbecoming”—letting go of external validation to reconnect with purpose, emotional awareness, and grounded leadership in family and community. Brandon closes with a message about choosing to live as a creator rather than a victim, and how his most difficult season became the turning point that helped him realign his life.BRANDON BURKE:Websites: gettinlostisbeingfound.com and more-than-love.comIG: https://www.instagram.com/gettinlostisbeingfound/FB: @safetobeseenTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@gettinlostisbeing/YouTube: Safe To Be Seen~ https://youtube.com/@safetobeseenPodcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/safe-to-be-seen/id1817823527AGELESS FUTURE:Book Comprehensive Labs: https://agelessfuture.com/longevity-labs/FREE copy of The Peptide Blueprint: https://agelessfuture.com/blueprintSign up for future Health Accelerator Challenges calls LIVE! https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_YZsiUMOzSyqcE8IinC5YEQ#/registrationBooks: https://www.amazon.com/Books-Regan-Archibald/s?rh=n%3A283155%2Cp_27%3ARegan%2BArchibaldArticles: https://medium.com/search?q=Regan+ArchibaldLIKE/FOLLOW/SUBSCRIBE:YouTube -https://www.youtube.com/@ReganArchibald / https://www.youtube.com/@Ageless.FutureLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/regan-archibald-ab70b813Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ageless.future/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AgelessFutureHealth/DISCLAIMER: This video is for educational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. How much of your life is spent performing a role versus actually inhabiting your own skin? For many high-achieving women and business owners, the "hustle" isn't just a schedule, it's a shield. Today, I'm joined by my partner in crime, Stephanie Singer, to pull back the curtain on our last BLSS retreat and why the "magic" people felt wasn't accidental...it was deeply somatic. We dive into the necessity of physical proximity in a world that has become overly digitized and disconnected. As a trauma expert, I see how often we try to "mind" our way out of core wounds, but true transformation happens when you are witnessed in a safe, high-frequency container. We discuss the radical act of valuing yourself enough to step out of your daily environment and into a space designed for your expansion. This isn't just about a "getaway"; it's about deprogramming from the societal expectations that demand women be everything to everyone while leaving nothing for themselves. We explore how vulnerability acts as a catalyst for leadership and why reclaiming your consciousness requires the courage to be seen in your most authentic state. What becomes possible when you finally place the highest value on your own soul?TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTSWhy the "magic" of BLSS was actually a somatic recalibrationThe irreplaceable frequency of being "in the room"The "percolation trap"How collective vulnerability accelerates trauma healingEmbodiment vs. PerformanceWhy high-achieving women refuse to invest in restorationIs "doing nothing" the most productive part of integration?Shifting the cultural narrative of what women owe the worldShedding the Ancestral MaskYour seat at the table is a choice, not an accident**WAYS TO ENTER MY WORLD** When you leave a review of the podcast, send us a screenshot and we'll send you a $250 credit, you can apply to anything else in my world.Practical solutions, breathwork sessions, journaling prompts, and more... We are BACK after a quick break (sure, let's say it's Olympic related, why not), and we once again delve into all things Philadelphia Sports. Whether the public demands it or not!First - we almost live looked in at the Sixers v the Hawks after the All Star Break. And things are...not yet up to game speed for the Sixers. Maxey is starting to plateau out, PG is still suspended, Embiid has a thing with a body part...but VJ wins MVP of the Rising Stars game! That last part is really the only good news. Maybe we shoulda kept Jared McCain. I refuse to look up his solid stats and minutes played on his new team lol.NEXT - we compare the seemingly similar strife striking squads situation in South Philly. The Phils have a Dombrowski / Harper problem, and the Eagles kinda have an overall AJ Brown problem. We discuss the similarities between to the two - is it really about questionable leadership on the coaching / GM side? Or is it just entitled diva season from the players end of things? Man, I just hope we hang on to these two anchor players, because we need em if we are gonna continue our winning ways.We promise to be more upbeat next week - if the NEWS ALLOWS IT TO BE.Email: hoagiemouthpod@gmail.comIG: @hoagiemouthpod
