    In this episode, I talk about something that may be a bit of a heavier topic than usual, but I felt like it was something that needed to be discussed. I talk about what to do if you see someone who is blind, or visually impaired in a crazy environment, because sometimes, those of us who are blind, or visually impaired, can get very overwhelmed, and very overstimulated if we are in an environment that is very crazy and chaotic. so I wanted to let cited people know what those environments are like for those of us who can't see.     In this episode, I mentioned different experiences that I had as a participant of the summer orientation and adaptive, living resources program, which is a program that is sponsored by lighthouse for the blind and St. Louis society for the blind. This is a program that teaches daily living skills to those who are officially impaired, and I wanted to share what it was like for me as a participant. I participated in this program back in 2015, and it was definitely a very crazy experience. I also share a few more experiences of what it was like when I first went to the Missouri school for the blind back in 2009. Hope you all enjoy.
