Caleb Flynn's intruder story started with a frantic 911 call and an open garage door. Flynn told dispatch that somebody had broken into his Tipp City home and shot his wife Ashley. He also said their daughters were in the house, and he repeatedly directed attention toward the garage as officers were still on the way. That is where the state's physical case pushes back. Prosecutors allege Flynn killed Ashley, then arranged the scene to look like a burglary. Ohio BCI Senior Special Agent David Hammond testified that the garage side-door damage did not resemble the forced entries he had encountered in burglary cases. Flynn has pleaded not guilty, and the defense has criticized investigators for what it describes as a fast move toward Caleb as the suspect. The live discussion brings Robin Dreeke and Jennifer Coffindaffer into the same evidence lane: the words on the call and the condition of the door. The point is not whether a caller sounds emotional enough. The useful questions are concrete. What did he claim? What could police verify? On February 16, 2026, Caleb Flynn called 911 and told a dispatcher that someone broke into his Tipp City, Ohio, home and shot his wife Ashley twice in the head. He said an intruder came through the garage. He said his 9mm handgun was stolen from his truck. He said he was with the kids when it happened. Officers arrived in four minutes. They found Ashley in bed with two gunshot wounds. They found shell casings on the floor. They found the center console of Caleb's truck open in the garage.And they found a refrigerator sitting in front of the garage side door -- the only plausible entry point for the intruder Caleb described. The court affidavit says it would have had to be pushed to open that door. If nobody pushed the fridge, nobody came through that door. Within 82 hours, Caleb Flynn was arrested and charged.A grand jury returned an 11-count indictment. Aggravated murder. Three counts of murder. Felonious assault. Tampering with evidence. Witness intimidation. Bond set at 3.5 million. Ashley was 37 -- a volleyball coach, a teacher, and a mother of two daughters who were asleep across the hall. Caleb was a former worship pastor and American Idol contestant. His defense attorney says the government rushed to judgment. Both sides have forensic experts. The trial is expected to last two to three weeks.This is the full case before testimony begins. The prosecution's evidence. The defense's position. “MK Confidential” continues its deep dive into the murder of JonBenét Ramsey. It's March 1997, and veteran homicide detective Lou Smit joins the investigation expecting to prove the parents did it. After two weeks apart (yes, we survived), Karina and Mayra are BACK and immediately spiraling- in the best way.
