The spiritual realm is just as important as the physical realm and there is a real enemy who wants to take your future and take you away from your God-inspired goals.  I see so many people try to win spiritual battles with their minds. When you're fighting your mind, you're fighting your own thoughts.But then you have the spiritual fight which are thoughts that are not actually your own thoughts... they are the outside voice talking to you.This is a spiritual attack! So you have to be able to learn how to fight that voice, to fight in the spirit, and that's what I'm diving into in this episode. One of the most powerful things I've learned on this earth was how to fight spiritually.I had to fight for the plans that God had for me because the enemy does not want God to reveal His goodness. He wanted me to lose hope in God.That's exactly what the enemy wants to do. Oftentimes our own thought life is working against us instead of for us.There are so many mental battles for people that are going after their God-inspired goals and visions. You're dealing with high resistance, the voice of the enemy, your own doubt, and difficult relationships and circumstances…This is something that I dealt with and had to confront as a solo entrepreneur ...I began the simple act of journaling to get out the thoughts that were within me.Through this practice, the Lord revealed an exercise to me, a way to develop a beautiful mind.In this episode, I'm sharing with you my personal journal entries and how I began to recenter my focus point for the day to begin to create a beautiful mind.As I began to create a beautiful mind I have been able to create a beautiful life. Your true identity is that God has made you enough.The problem is that often although we might know this intellectually, we do not actually feel enough.There are a couple of things that make up your belief as to whether you believe you are enough and that is the feeling of being enough and the actual activities of being enough. As an entrepreneur or visionary, there is a real calling over your life and there are some real actions that need to be taken in order to reach the physical location that God has for you which is your destiny.And then there is this aspect of feeling enough where your actual emotions are in alignment with who God has made you to be. In order to truly believe that you are enough, you have to be able to draw from real evidence or else you won't believe it -- and that is ultimately what matters -- your belief that you are enough.In this episode, I will be going over the two things that make up your belief on being enough and how to define what is enough for yourself, get to a place of contentment, and make sure you reach your goals and your full potential that God has for you.I hope this message will encourage you and give you some clarity and perspectives shifts.. Because ultimately you want to be able to be enough, do enough, and feel enough and have those all in alignment. 

Are you too tolerant of things that are not of excellence?We all have this internal thermostat built-in and a lot of times as believers we are too tolerant of things that are not God's best for us. This often happens with your career or business but can happen in any area of life …You can become tolerant with your income, who you hire, a relationship, things that aren't producing fruit in your life...What you tolerate has a lot to do with what your identity is. Your identity is made up of two things: How you see God and how you see yourself. If you don't raise your internal thermostat which we all have inside of us, then we will always drop back down to the level where our thermostat is set at. You might have to go looking for a new career, you might need to raise your prices, you might have to cut off the old way of doing things to create new space for God to do something new in you…In this episode, we will be talking about those decisions that are sometimes extremely painful to make but that we have to make in order to live out all that God has for us… So, my questions for you today are:Where is your internal thermostat set at?What have you been too tolerant of that needs to change?What hard decision have you been avoiding that you know you need to make?

What in your life is going to be painful, but if you do it, is going to release hope and vision for new layers, new territories, new breakthroughs, new visions, new opportunities? The reality is if you are listening to this, you have a vision that you are going after and you're excited about.… but when you're going about your vision, you will get to a point where you need to make progress in areas that are painful to you... and you can't help but distract yourself and do other things that you actually like to do, only to have the things that you need to be doing stack up and hold you back from accomplishing your goals and visions.Whatever you know you need to get done to reach that God-vision -- there is a time where you have to just lay your flesh down and say, you know what, I'm tired of avoiding this, I'm tired of distracting myself, I'm going to get the thing done that I need to get done.We can easily go through the motions because we want to make progress, but it's not going through the motions that are going to give us the progress that we're looking for, it's being impactful that will allow us to have the progress that we're looking for. That's why the Word says that we need to consider our ways and consider the way we are doing life...It's easy to do work -- but how impactful is your work?It's easy to show up in your relationship but how impactful is your presence?It's easy to read the bible, but how impactful is your study time?It's better to have more impact than is to have influence.In order to live a fulfilled, meaningful life, there has to be some level of impact that is being created with what you put your hands to.When you identify those painful things that you have been avoiding that are holding you back from making the impact you want to make…You can then rely on the faith of God, God's power to overcome, and the promise that He has for you in the overcoming for the strength that you need.

We're in a culture that says that we can have everything now. The reality is when we go after what we want now we can sometimes sacrifice for what we want most.  God's plans are so much higher than our plans. He knows the intricate desires of our heart and in order to fulfill those desires, there's a process of refinement that we need to go through.When we follow the innate desires to follow the things we want now, we often make decisions we regret later and we begin to live an instant gratification lifestyle.In this, we can miss out on God's best for us because we have a now mentality. In this episode,I have a featured guest, Humberto Renovato, and he is sharing about what to do when your vision feels delayed.Humberto is a lead pastor of Revive Church in San Antonio, TX. Humberto is a total visionary, he's involved in real estate investing, and he knows everything about a desert season as you go after your vision.Vision will always be tested for authenticity. If the vision you received can be sustained through the wilderness, the desert, the warfare, then you know that it's authentic.Sight is a function of the eye, but vision is a function of the heart. When God gives you vision it goes contrary to what your eyes see. It's not where you are but it's where you're headed to. So vision will never agree with where you are. God will say you're going to be a business owner, but you're flipping burgers right now, God says you're going to own your own home, but you're struggling to pay rent right now. The greatest enemy to your vision will be your own sight. So you cannot afford to be manipulated or controlled by the limitations that you see at this present level.When God gives you the download and the vision, it's you coming into agreement with what He's already finished, but it becomes vision for you now.Humberto shares more in this episode on:What to do when you've been trying to go after your vision, you're putting in the work, but for some reason, your message is not being released, it's almost like God is not allowing the vision to happen and you're not being exposed fully to your potential and why your vision may not be coming to fruition yet.Whatever you do, it's important to understand that God gives you a vision and glimpse of what's already be done. God never begins without first finishing a thing… God never starts without the intention of finishing it first. God sustains you by giving you pictures of what's already been done so you won't give up in a temporary season. 

Today we are talking about how to never worry about money again. A lot of times as visionaries or entrepreneurs our income is variable. It can go up one month and you can have a great month and another month you may be trying to figure out how to make payroll or pay your bills or trying to figure out how you're going to cover the next investment you've made.Our finances are a little bit different because they're not as fixed as other's finances may be. With that, it can cause a lot of stress, a lot of worries, and a lot of anxieties. It can take over your mind and everything that you process is through the lens of how am I going to make more money today, how am I going to get this paid off, how am I going to find another client.That's just not the way that Jesus desires for us to live, to be in that mind frame. That used to be a big battle for me as I didn't have a backup plan. So, that might be you, where your back is up against the wall, you don't have a person to call, you don't have a backup plan.In this episode, I'm sharing the security of the Father's provision that you can have over your finances and how to be motivated by generosity and purpose instead of scarcity allowing you to let go of your anxieties and rest in the love of the Father and His provision over you.

When you're in a career that drains you spiritually, it's called Career Oppression… nothing will drain your spirit more than being stuck under a job or in a business that doesn't allow you to fulfill your God-given purpose.When you're in that type of environment there's no room for you to go after purpose, to feed your spirit because you're so drained from the work environment. You're not alone in this if this is you -- over 70% of Americans report to not being happy in their jobs. Then some of you have businesses that you've been putting a lot of time, money, and energy in, but it's really been taking away from your family and life, not adding to it. You're overworked and underpaid and you feel like something just has to change.What's cool is that God actually has a way out for you. He is the Father of being able to get you into purpose. That is what he has designed you for and that's what His Word is designed for. God is the foundation for the circumstance you're in. Psalm 34:18 says, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit” … if life has knocked the shout out of you, if your spirit has been crushed, if you are leading life on empty, if you don't feel alive in Christ and are just trying to get through the day… because you're so drained from your career… the good news is there is a way out!In this episode, I'm going to be sharing the steps you need to take in order to help you escape your career oppression as well as sharing with you some career oppressions I've been through along my journey.On the other side of this, it's going to open a new door for you to be more in alignment and that is what you're aiming for; to step into purpose, into what God has called you to do and that's when fulfillment is then unlocked, that's where you can move at God-speed, that's where you can lift the lid off of your God-potential and really getting fulfillment from the career you've been dreaming of.

A Poverty Mindset versus a Spirit of Poverty are concepts that have often been used interchangeably as if they're the same thing, but they are actually not the same thing. And what I want to be able to do in this episode is to reveal to you the differences between the two and I also want to give you the solutions between the two as well.Let's first start out with addressing the Spirit of Poverty. What the Spirit of Poverty is, is it's basically the inner voice of the enemy that attacks your identity and gets you focused on the qualities and resources you lack to be successful. It's the voice of the enemy that torments you, it can impact your ability to take action, it tells you that you don't have enough, you aren't good enough for God to use you, you don't have what it takes… it's not your voice or thoughts, it's an outside voice that is getting you to focus on everything that you're missing. It's the enemy's attempt to get you focused on what you lack.The solution is fighting the enemy with God's Word, knowing who God made you to be, and adopting your identity in Christ… and I will be sharing with you 5 powerful steps in order to do this in this episode.  In contrast, a Poverty Mindset is when YOUR perspectives and beliefs around a lack of money and resources hold you back from God's best. So, it's not the enemy that's lying to you, it's you, it's your thinking. A lot of times this is a generational problem... It's a lack and scarcity mentality. The good news is a Poverty Mindset is a lot easier to break because the solution is a Kingdom Mindset and I'm concluding this episode by sharing 5 additional steps on how to break a Poverty Mindset. My hope is that this podcast will have brought some clarity today on the difference between the Spirit of Poverty versus a Poverty Mindset. My whole purpose, life mission, and assignment from God are to break off a Spirit of Poverty and a Poverty Mindset off of His children. That's what I'm here to do. If I do nothing else on the earth but do that, my assignment is complete. My biggest prayer is that you get some AHA moments, the Holy Spirit revealed things to you, or you had some breakthroughs in your mindset, or confirmation landed on you.

Just knowing that you could miss God's plan in your life, that's where wisdom shows up strong -- if you don't acknowledge that, that's where you can step into your own wisdom and live foolishly.For that reason, you're constantly searching for God's best in your life, in your relationships, and in your business, in your health, and in every aspect.

The World's Way versus the Kingdom Way, and how this should change your life and your views on successBut first, I'm sharing my story on how Spirit Driven Success was founded and when God put it on my heart through a mentor's advice, to incorporate my faith into my business. The world's entire value system is surrounded around money, that's their focus, that's the end game. Matthew 16:26 says, “What is it to gain the whole world, but to lose your soul?” What is it to grow financially when spiritually you're dry and dead and separated from God and all you're doing is chasing money? It's a trap and we become enslaved to the money game rather than empowered to go after purpose.From a Kingdom viewpoint, money is a byproduct. We're focused on using our gifts, helping people, making an impact, and doing meaningful work that the Lord has told us to create, and out of that, God is providing for us.The world wants knowledge but without the relationship with God. As Believers, we are seeking wisdom, vision, and supernatural opportunities from God. It's not just trying to find a secret formula -- but it's God's process for us. The Kingdom way is continually seeking God on the relationship and the direction and path you should be taking and the world is missing the wisdom and relationship with God entirely.The world finds their identity and hope in being significant. We find our identity and hope in God.As Believers, we don't have to put our hope in that. We have the freedom in Christ to feel significance and purpose right now.Through viewing money and success in the Kingdom Way, we can release the expectation of the world because we have our identity in and our intimacy with God. Ask yourself, where is my heart at -- because that is where your treasure will be. Where are my motives? As you begin to see money as a tool and a resource and just a byproduct, then you will see that God will provide for all of your needs and that if he's given you a vision, he's going to provide the funds.
