So many women long to “just eat intuitively” and avoid meal plans because they feel too much like dieting. But the truth is, a meal plan isn't bondage — it's infrastructure. It's the God-given path that helps you stay steady and succeed. Without structure, confusion takes over. With boundaries, you walk in true freedom. In this episode, I'll show you why diet is bondage, but boundaries are the path to freedom. You'll see how the diet mentality keeps you enslaved to worry, doubt, and fear, and how the Kingdom mindset sets you free to live in obedience. Christian freedom doesn't mean “anything goes.” It means you can finally obey — not in your own strength, but through God's grace. When you invite Him into your weight loss journey, dieting ends and transformation begins.https://www.sherriekapala.com/seeker

On this episode of Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson, we confront the horrific attack at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis. The shooter, Robert “Robin” Westman, once walked those same halls as a student. Years of unchecked mental illness and spiritual rebellion ended in bloodshed.America is in denial. We refuse to face the truth: the transgender movement is built on a Satanic lie. No one can change the sex God gave them. Pretending otherwise doesn't heal broken souls, it destroys them and puts others in danger.Christians must speak plainly. Love does not mean affirming sin or confusion. Love means pointing people back to Christ, who alone gives us our identity. Until our nation repents and turns back to God, tragedies like this will only increase.Pray for the victims and their families.--https://policecoffee.com/collections/coffee

From Daniel to Acts, the Bible's central message is the kingdom of God — before Jesus came, during His time on earth, and after He ascended. The kingdom is not just a concept; it's an encounter with the King that transforms how we live and what we do. In this teaching, discover how to: - Experience the kingdom through the life of God and the Holy Spirit - Align with God's will through faith, obedience, and intimacy with Him - Walk in your true identity without blending into the world - Expand the kingdom by overcoming fear, surrendering to His plan, and loving with purpose The kingdom of God is in you — now is the time to live it, proclaim it, and advance it.

We live in a time where many carry the title “Christian” but have strayed far from the life of true believers. In this message, we're reminded that we are citizens of God's kingdom — a people called to carry His nature, live by His laws, and extend His culture wherever we go. Drawing from Genesis 47:9, Matthew 6:33, and other kingdom scriptures, this teaching unpacks the origins, priorities, and mindset of the kingdom of God. Learn how to: - Align your life with the King's will and purpose - Speak with authority, knowing your words carry power - Cultivate a kingdom mindset that transforms your actions - Represent heaven on earth in every space you enter Your calling is bigger than making a living — it's about enforcing the King's agenda. Fix your eyes on the kingdom, embrace its culture, and let your life announce heaven to the world.

From self-rule to family and national leadership, we explore how God shaped His people to be a model for the nations — and why Israel's premature request for a king revealed a misunderstanding of His heart. Drawing from the lives of Saul and David, we see the contrast between a leader after the people's heart and one after God's own heart. We also discover how the Kingdom of God operates not just in power and glory, but in righteousness, peace, and joy (Romans 14:17).  This message challenges us to embrace God's governance, align with His purposes, and understand that the ways of a kingdom citizen

Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?' or ‘What shall we drink?' or ‘What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 1. The Root Of Worry vs. 25-27 2. The Character of God vs. 28-30 3. Today, we're taking a look at the unraveling mayhem situation in California, where Governor Gavin Newsom's failure to lead has allowed chaos to run absolutely wild. Violent riots involving illegal immigrants (most of whom are military-aged men) are breaking out across the state. These individuals are not assimilating, they are disrupting, demanding, and waving foreign flags while burning ours on American soil. As California spirals, it's no surprise that federal intervention has become necessary. President Trump has stepped in where state "leadership" would not. This really isn't about politics, it's about preserving order, protecting citizens, and upholding the rule of law. We are a people who serve a God of justice, not disorder. What's happening is not compassionate, it's destabilizing. California deserves better, and America must wake up before this becomes the norm nationwide. God forbid. Pastor Travis Hearn brings a powerful and cinematic message to Impact Church titled “Living a Life of Sacrifice.” With raw honesty and heartfelt storytelling, he invites us into the legacy of his mother—Toni—a woman who gives up her own dreams, works four jobs, and sacrifices everything just to be present for her son. But this isn't just her story—it becomes a mirror for all of us. In this message, Pastor Travis calls you to something deeper: not just believing in Jesus, but fully belonging to Him. As he unpacks Romans 12:1, you'll be challenged to offer your life—not in part, but in full—as a living sacrifice. Worship, he says, isn't just what happens on a Sunday stage, it's what happens when your life hits the altar on Monday morning. If you've ever felt unseen, broken, or out of place, this message reminds you—you're not overlooked, you're set apart. Through the promise of Psalm 91 and the boldness of Daniel, you'll be inspired to stop conforming and start transforming. Because when you see God's mercy clearly, giving Him everything won't feel like loss—it'll feel like the only thing that makes sense.

Today, we're discussing the recent controversy surrounding Shiloh Hendrix, who called a black child a racial slur at a playground instead of taking the concern to the child's parents. This behavior is not only unacceptable—it's unchristian. As followers of Christ, we are called to be above reproach (1 Timothy 3:2), especially when dealing with the next generation. God will not judge us by our skin color, so why are we so quick to judge others by theirs? We can simultaneously be aware of the statistics about certain cultures within particular races, and realize that this is not how we handle those problems. We'll explore the biblical approach to conflict resolution. When there's a problem with a child's behavior, the godly route is to speak directly with their parents—not to attack the child. Christians must hold one another accountable. --https://policecoffee.com/collections/coffee

What if your season of waiting isn't a setback, but a setup for something greater? In the final installment of The Book of James series, Pastor Travis delivers a powerful and hope-filled message: waiting time is not wasted time. When we're waiting—on healing, breakthrough, purpose, or a promise—we often feel like nothing is happening. But the truth is, God is working behind the scenes, refining us, strengthening our faith, and preparing us for what's next. Just like a farmer patiently waits for the harvest, trusting the unseen process, we too must trust that God's timing is perfect. Through the stories of Joseph, Habakkuk, and Hannah, Pastor Travis reminds us that every great move of God is preceded by a season of waiting. And just like lifting heavy weights builds strength, the weight of trials is actually building us up, not breaking us down. Jesus Himself carried the ultimate weight—the cross—showing us that even our heaviest burdens have purpose. You don't have to carry them alone. There is power in trusting God, in community, and in prayer. If you're in a season of waiting, don't lose hope—your miracle, your breakthrough, your harvest is coming. Don't miss this message. It might just change the way you see waiting forever.

Pastor Darrison's sermon, The Book of James Part 4: ANYTHING YOU CAN DO I CAN DO BETTER, is a powerful call to step beyond the world's standards of success and into a life fully surrendered to God. Instead of chasing “better” to impress others, he challenges us to choose different—the kind of faith that stands out, not for recognition, but for transformation. Drawing from James 4, Ephesians 2, and other scriptures, he reveals that our struggles often come from misplaced desires, but God's grace is always greater. True fulfillment isn't found in striving but in surrender—dying to self, as Galatians 2:20 and Philippians 1:21 remind us, so that Christ can fully live through us. Though choosing God's way may bring criticism, it also brings an unshakable identity, purpose, and the kind of faith that changes lives. The altar isn't just a place to cry—it's where we lay everything down and step into the anointing God has prepared for us. This message is a bold reminder that when we stop fighting for control and let God lead, He takes us places we never imagined.
