Jesus.... There is something about that name. It has been said that there is no other name that someone is saved by. The name is powerful and can change the temperature in any conversation. However, have we minimized Him to ancient teachings in a old book? Do we believe His name holds supernatural power? Is He just a philosopher, teacher, or the Son of God with all power and authority.

The book of Genesis 2:26 reads "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." What a profound statement... Is this something we have forgotten?! We discuss 5 reason Christians Should Never Masturbate because if it's sin, you do not want any part of it. Thursday 10pm EST/ 7pm PST
It's a commonly well kept secret from your loved ones. You've been involved with it so long it's become ritualistic worship. You want to stop but you can't, the urge controls your mind, body, and it's damning your soul. You've been praying that the Lord delivers you from it, you throw scriptures at it, and it's still there. ography is detrimental to the human mind. It’s addictive and self gratifying. Worst of all it is probably sending millions to hell. ography downloads images into your mind and stores them there. Who knows when they will leave, they could be there forever. The Lord wants us to keep our temple holy, not with filled ographic images. Join the conversation this Thursday as we discuss the dangers of ography.
We live in a sexually charged society with boundaries becoming erased everyday. What’s the deal with sex? Movies, Music, and Social Media all seem to have sexual messages. Marriages are ruined because of this, people are murdered over this, children are being introduced to sex at younger ages. Sex worship has become the norm. It went from being a sacred act between husband and wife to a meaningless weekend activity. The purpose now is geared more toward enjoyment but at the same time destroying the lives of the parties involved. Sex worship knows no limits and only cares about pleasing the flesh by any means. Sex worship can alter your perception of reality and even worse love. Join us this Thursday at 10 EST/ 7pm PST at www.TalkToJo.com
It's that time again! The last Thursday of every month we do a confessional show. The book of James 5:16 states: "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." These shows are a opportunity for us to do just what the scripture says. We call in and confess and pray for one another that we may be healed. We believe in the power of prayer and healing! We hope you call and join in! God bless you! Join Us Thursdays at 10pm EST / 7pm PST Want to talk to us? Call 516-387-1427
It's all about me, me, me! Self-love, self-hate, self-adoration, self-esteem, self-worship, self-entitlement, the list can go on. The enemy has been in the business of perverting God's creations. If slack, we may miss a crucial perversion... ourselves. We were created in the image of God, to worship God. But somehow, the worship has changed. Self-worship has taking the drivers seat in this society. Has the selfie gone too far? Join the conversation on Thursday at 10pm EST | 7pm PST. Call in at 516-387-1427
Secular Music influences the culture around us, but is it steamrolling us into a godless society? Secular music can be heard virtually everywhere. Music streaming services, television, and radio all showcase secular music with various messages. But the question we ask is... Is it just music? Or something greater. Should Christians listen to secular music? Is it harmless? Can we be on fire for Christ and listen to artist that blaspheme God while promoting a sinful lifestyle? What's the big deal... Right? Do Christians get their morality solely from the Word of God? Or do we infuse things we've picked up along the way. Why do we root for the bad guy when they represent evil? Why do we glorify sinful behavior on media everyday? Do Christians mistake media for truth in the material world? Where did this deception come from? Join us this week to discuss why Christians are to lean not on their own understanding but God's understanding Join the discussion every Thursday at 10pm EST/ 7pm PST. With Resurrection Sunday right around the corner we are eager to head to church and celebrate the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. But here's a question for you, have you gone through and read through the accounts of Jesus Christ's life? Have you unpacked the fullness of His ministry and what was accomplished? If not, it's not too late to check out Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. It is a great benefit to learn the Word of God by reading it with a humble heart and not merely go through the motions of a church service. Join the conversation.
What's the deal with divorce? You've had the wedding, thrown the rice, and cut the cake. You've said the vows, indulged in the first kiss as husband and wife, but now something is off. This goes on for a little while until you're being served divorce papers. "I'm leaving you... arrangements for the kids will be made later" Oh yes, I believe in Jesus Christ absolutely but I'm still divorcing. God hears all the excuses for it: 'Marriage is hard', 'I'm not happy anymore', 'I don't love you anymore', 'You deserve better than me', 'I just need sometime apart'. etc. Can the all powerful, all knowing, transcending, omnipresent God stop this divorce from happening?
Where do the fathers go? We've all heard the story, we’ve all said that it wouldn’t happen to us but some of us it has happened. It is so common in today’s society, nothing appears to be wrong with it. It goes something like this, man meets woman, love, kids, then something goes wrong. After enough hard times the man leaves his family and pursues a new one. But what happened? What about the children? There are some children that will grow up and never experience the joys of having a mother and a father in the home. Unfortunately the child is subject to this because of the parent’s choices. Why do the father’s leave? Where are the righteous men of God?
