Being triggered in a relationship is a real thing. I wish I would’ve done the inner work to have the ability to recognize this ish and move on from it. But nooooo here I am some 30+ years still letting fools trigger me. Poor Jhene had to do a whole song about this. Listen to this episode and let me know if you can relate.
