Hi it’s Cherry (@cherry.adhd) and Emma (@mindovermatterwithemma)! We are both Mums with ADHD, with a healthcare and coaching background and now we jointly have a podcast all about ADHD and things related to being a parent with ADHD. This channel is there to raise awareness of ADHD and parenting with ADHD. We create a safe space and community for Neurodivergent adults and parents through our shorts and podcast episodes.
Its Christmas Time!! A lovely but also very demanding and stressful time of the year - especially for people with ADHD. Why? Because we are suddenly pressured even more to perform as if we were neurotypicals and otherwise face criticism from family, ourselves or society. This episode is here to make you laugh, maybe cry, feel better, less alone, seen, heard, and also to help you navigate through this time of the year without going into a burnout spiral. In short: we want to help you feel more at ease during this time of the year by talking about personal experiences combined with research, and tips and tricks. Timeframe: First: Little catch up Then: talking about experiences, symptoms, research and difficulties for ADHDers during Christmas Finally: Advice and tips and tricks.
