Ever since George Floyd was murdered this year, she and other students have gathered every weekend at Confusion Corner to protest racial injustice. Felecia described some of the challenges student advocates have had in promoting diversity at William & Mary, and answered our questions about what it's like to organize the weekly protests.

This week, we sat down with Jamie Holt '22, a talented student photographer whose photos have been published everywhere from the Flat Hat to ESPN. In a typical semester, Jamie would be taking photos at sporting events, or helping out at her internship in Admissions. But, with COVID-19 limiting in-person events, her role as a photographer has completely changed. Instead, Jamie has launched a photo project to explore how the pandemic has affected students on campus, highlighting student voices that are often overlooked or misunderstood.
With the 2020 presidential election rapidly approaching, voting is more important now than ever. We sat down with Maddi Nicol '21, a student fellow with NextGen USA, and Gail Conk '23, the face behind wmvote, a voter outreach page on Instagram, to ask them about how voting has changed in the age of COVID-19. Note: This episode was recorded before voter registration closed in Virginia, but there's still time to vote before election day on November 3rd!
