Amy is the Head Coach of the women's basketball team at Truman. A previous player and alumnus ('01) who graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science & then pursued a Master’s degree from Ashford. The Bulldogs have set an all-time record for wins this year.
Elijah is a senior track athlete who will be graduating in May 2019 with a degree in Exercise Science. He's from Nixa, Missouri and was featured recently on a TEDx talk regarding his unique passion for stacking cups into fun and creative designs.
Emily is the current Equestrian Team Coach at Truman and an alumnus ('07). She has a B.S. in Biology and has been working for the University for 11 years. Emily mentors students working with horses on basic and advanced riding techniques.
Jonathan is an Academic Advisor for Truman who works on interesting projects with dedicated colleagues and helps new students make a smooth transition to college. Jonathan is an alumni from Truman who then got his Master's from University of New Mexico.
Head Coach of the Women's Soccer team since 1993. Alumnus from Truman who played for the Men's soccer team. Mike enjoys watching soccer, listening to music, reading books, and running recreationally.
John is a Professor of Chemistry at Truman who has been teaching here for 22 years. He has been married for 27 years and has 2 boys; one who graduated from Truman and one currently enrolled. Hobbies include woodworking and lifting heavy stuff.
Amanda is an Alumnus from Truman who studied biology & swam for the university for four years. She is a 200-hour certified Yoga teacher as well as an essential oils guru who strives to live a lifestyle of sustainability & simplicity.
John is the Director of Residence Life at Truman and has been working at the university since June of 2008. He is currently working on his PhD at Colorado State University. John enjoys to run and is a proud father of a 4 year old boy and 8 year old girl.
Zac Burden is the Missouri Hall Residence Director for on campus housing. He's an alumni from Truman and has been working here for 15 years. Zac is also our local amateur folklorist who leads tours around campus providing fun and insightful info.
Fred is a Professor of Psychology at Truman who began teaching in 1975. He has supervised the Center for Applied Psychophysiology for 39 years. Fred's PhD is in Social-Personality Psychology from Oklahoma State University. He specializes in biofeedback.
Janet recently accepted the position of Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost beginning July 1, 2017. She has been at Truman for 22 years with her most recent position serving as Dean of the School of Health Sciences & Education.
Ben is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Truman who currently teaches introductory biology series, ecology, & entomology. He is the faculty adviser for the compost project, bike co-op, and wildlife association.

Jamie works at Truman as the Institutional Compliance Officer/Title IX Coordinator. Her position focuses on civil rights; responding to complaints and concerns as well as doing prevention. She is an Attorney by training and started at Truman in 2015.
Marie is an Assistant Professor of Military Science at Truman. She is a Major in the Army and started working at Truman in June of 2016. Marie has a Masters degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor's degree is in Biology.
Gary is an assistant professor of military science at Truman. He's a Major in the Army and has been at Truman since June of 2016. He has a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration. He is also married with two kids.
Lloyd is a professor of philosophy & religion at Truman. He's faculty/sponsor and teacher with the Art of Living Club. He teaches exploring religions, mystical vision, yoga tradition, Buddhist tradition, & Hindu tradition. He's been at Truman since 1993.
Vayu is an associate professor of physics who also oversees the Truman Observatory. He teaches physics, astronomy, astrophysics, & astrobiology. This year he's particularly excited the upcoming solar eclipse on August 21, 2017, first day of fall classes.
Paul is a former middle & high school English teacher who works in the department of education at Truman. He's been here since 2006 and has a specialized interest in working with inner city and at-risk youth. Paul is also an Ironman Triathlon Athlete.
Ryan Ball is the Digital Marketing Specialist at Truman. He works in the office of Public Relations & Marketing and does video production for the university. Ryan moved here from Los Angeles with his wife Jamie who also works at Truman.
Tom Trimborn is a retired professor of music education after 21 years of teaching at Truman. Tom was inducted into the Missouri Music Educators Association Hall of Fame in 2016.He is also an artist known for his drawings and works on Abraham Lincoln.

Dr. Daschke has a Master's and a Doctorate degree in Divinity from The University of Chicago, specializing in the area of psychology & sociology of religion. In May of 2015 he traveled to Brazil to study shamanistic healing in the Santo Daime tradition.

Jonathon Waddington is a local carpenter, pantheist, libertarian, and visionary who enjoys thinking outside the box. John worked for the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies before moving to Kirksville. He now designs and constructs tiny homes.
John Manning is the Director of Intramural Recreational Sports at Truman State University's Campus Recreation Department. A native from the Chicago area and an enormous Blackhawks fan.
Kristina Palumbo is a mother of four and co-founder of Sunrise Farm. She is married to to Dr. Todd Palumbo who works at Truman State University in the Mathematics Department.
