All good things must come to an end. And unless you unfortunately (and wrongly) believed our podcast was a bad thing, we have some bittersweet news to share. After two-and-a-half years of sharing our (incredible) thoughts and conversations with you, we have decided that it's the end of the road for this show. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable time doing it together as friends, and with you as an extension. We are so incredibly grateful for all of you who took time out of your day to join us for a half-hour as we conversed on every conceivable political subject you could think of within five minutes or so. Thank you for making this project such a success! We will most assuredly remain true to our patriotic selves as we journey forward, and encourage you to do the same! Don't ever abandon the conservative ideals that made this country great and don't ever stop fighting to preserve and protect it in whatever way you can.Cheers to the future!-We The Patriots, aka Nathanael and Elijah
If we were liberals and cared about people's feelings we might put a trigger warning on this episode. But we won't, because we're cool like that. In this episode of We The Patriots the guys are joined by Elijah's wife Noelle to talk all things feminism. They discuss relations between men and women, the value of marriage, the ways society views roles, the importance of responsibility, and the positives and negatives of the feminist movement. If you want to learn about what makes men and women happy, make sure to listen and find the answers to the questions that have bothered you and the rest of the world for eternity past. And raise a fist while you're at it.
Nathanael has a run-in with an interesting guy. He tells Elijah about it. They decide to have a conversation about it.Make sure to tune in to this episode of We The Patriots as the guys use an odd case study to talk about the weird (and weak) men in existence today and why that's a problem. Always the optimists though, the bros also discuss ways to go about fixing the issue (their takes are so based they're on a whole different level), and offer some personal insights into how that might be done (for starters, jettison the hand lotion). It's funky, but it's beautiful, and you won't want to miss it.
In their third annual special December episode, Nathanael and Elijah take some time away from the political scene and spend an evening relaxing and playing games. Headline-guessing, Would You Rather, a friendship test, a special guest, and a game with consequences are all in the works. You won't want to miss it!Merry Christmas and enjoy the holidays! We will see you back here in January!NOTE: Beware of the audio levels, especially if you are using headphones. They have been moderated to a large degree but there might be some moments of higher volume.
The midterms were supposed to be a smashing success for Republicans. They weren't. Nathanael and Elijah are here to figure out why. Join the two guys in the most recent installment of We The Patriots as they analyze why the red wave failed to materialize and how the GOP can do better in the future. Plus, listen in as the two bros break down the Trump vs. DeSantis debate and even make an early bet on who might win the upcoming primary. If you like talking elections and looking for silver linings then this is the episode for you. But never fear, as a patriot, there's always room for optimism. P.S. This installment deviated from the normal schedule because WTP wanted to insure they could offer coverage of the midterms, which occurred after the first Saturday of the month, when the podcast is normally posted. As a result of this and other imminent future planning conflicts, the next monthly episode will premiere mid-December, right before the holidays.
Nathanael's a conservative and Valerie's a liberal. So what was there to do but sit down together and have a good old-fashioned debate? In this unique, one-of-a-kind installment of We The Patriots, these two political junkies debate a what's what of political topics, including everything from abortion to gun control to America to free speech, and much, much more, plus their takes on Trump and Biden. In this special hour-and-a-half-long episode, Nathanael and Valerie take their time fleshing out their arguments and have fun looking for common ground. They discover they share more beliefs than you might think, but they also have their fair share of fiery and entertaining (and friendly) disagreements. In an age of political polarity, this is a conversation between the two sides that you won't want to miss.
In this unique mini-episode of We The Patriots, Nathanael and Elijah bring you some big and very exciting news!!Last month, unbeknownst to outside audiences, Nathanael sat down with a Democrat acquaintance to have a conversation about politics. They discussed everything from abortion to BLM to free speech to past and present presidents; identifying common ground where they could and hashing out the rest in (rather entertaining) style. In this special installment of their podcast, the two bros preview the debate and Nathanael gives the audience a sneak peek into the inner workings of the conversation, which will air in its entirety on the first Saturday of next month (October 1st). Make sure you stay tuned and come back to give it a listen!NOTE: You can view the the trailer on Instagram by visiting the following account: @realnathanaelgreene.
It's bad news for the Left, which at this time unfortunately means bad news for the country as well. But no worries, Nathanael and Elijah are here to break it all down and have a fun time while they're at it. The two best friends kick off Season 3 with some analysis of the Dems' projected 2024 presidential candidates, before diving into a humorous story surrounding Jill Biden and a slightly more humorous story involving AOC, after which the bros close it out with some thoughtful discussion covering America's two-party system. Stay tuned until the end for a very special announcement and make sure you come back for next month's episode for a teaser!
In the final episode of Season 2, Nathanael and Elijah examine the current political scene, commenting on everything from gas prices in the United States to gun rights in Canada to Joe Biden's mental decline and the decline of basic decency during Pride month. Yet in the midst of all the bad news and discouragement, the two best friends continue to stay forcefully optimistic. It's a dose of realism mixed with plenty of grounded hope; the combination that makes We The Patriots the podcast that it is, which shines through in this episode. Take a half-hour out of your day and join the two guys as they talk politics and have a fun time while they're at it. The price might not be right in America right now, but the price of freedom is always on the up and up, so celebrate the good in the country this 4th of July and have pride in something actually worth being proud of.
In the aftermath of the Uvalde shooting, Democrats and the media resort to impractical calls for gun control, while the extravagant silliness of a celebrity trial continues to escalate, because just when you think things can't get any stupider, they do.Join Nathanael and Elijah as they discuss the societal response to mass shootings and talk about which are legitimate and which aren't, and stay till the end to here them offer their expert analysis on the publicity feud between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Men are playing in women's sports and traditional masculinity is under attack, while the Left's worldview of perfectible humanity continues to imbue societal relations between the two sexes with the hideous bane of inequality. But is inequality always wrong? Are gender concepts evil? And how do we interpret both?Hang out with Nathanael and Elijah for a half-hour as the two best friends challenge many of today's establishment beliefs regarding men, women, and the differences between them. It's classic We The Patriots, with spirited conversation, injections of humor, and an unadulterated desire to get to the root of the matter. It's podcasting. In style.
Two weeks ago Russia invaded Ukraine. We're here to talk about it. What else do you need to know.
We live in the age of online factcheckers. They're all over social media and seem to be kept quite busy throwing 'misinformation' labels at content producers who stray from the mainstream narrative, and by eventually throwing them out of their jobs as well. Conservatives who want to keep their audience have to stay in line or else suffer the consequences.Unhappily for establishment liberals used to getting away with everything they say, someone decided to play the reverse card and start factchecking the factcheckers.Enter us. In this twenty-first installment of We The Patriots, Nathanael and Elijah dig deep, discussing the events surrounding January 6th and commenting on Joe Biden's recent press conference. Along the way the two best bros debunk several false storylines coming from national news outlets and flag numerous lies emanating from the nation's not-so illustrious Commander-in-Chief.This is an episode no one will want to miss. Whether you want to become enlightened to the lies propagated by the President and the media or if you prefer just owning the libs, you've come to the right place.Party on y'all.
A lot happened in 2021. (Don't worry, we're not going to try and cram it all in to one half-hour episode). As the world looks forward to the New Year, We The Patriots decided to take a quick look back on the past year. In this pleasant yet spirited episode, Nathanael and Elijah take a creative route and share several stories of the past year they think symbolized parts of the last three hundred and sixty five days of political craziness. The best bros don't shy away from a blunt, realist approach, but they also find signs of genuine encouragement that they hope will lift spirits heading into 2022. Stick around to the end to hear the two friends make predictions for the coming year! Cheers to the New Year!
Nathanael and Elijah are back. But that's not all. They're ready to party too. In honor of the holiday season the two best bros have decided to take a quick step away from the political news cycle and have some fun with each other. Quizzes, games, and reactions are all in the works for this light-hearted and entertaining episode of We The Patriots. What are the guys' political personalities? Who is their inner movie villain? Freedom used to be cool. It used to be normal. It used to be expected. Then the Left took over.In an abhorrent divergence from the hard-won, trailblazed path of liberty laid down by generations of Americans, Democrats have begun to reveal their true authoritarian tendencies by cracking down on our most basic and fundamental rights. The list of of republican ideals now under attack from the nation's radical elites is so extensive and the items themselves so critical, one wonders whatever happened to the age-old political promise to defend the Constitution of the United States. Was this pledge sincere and were its positive effects intended or did the ruling class ever really care about freedom in the first place? Targets of the Left now include parents concerned about the education of their children, conservatives resistant to accepting woke ideological rigmarole, individuals uncertain about the efficacy of the vaccine, and taxpayers worried about the safety of their earnings. In this unprecedented eighteenth installment of We The Patriots, Nathanael and Elijah take it back to square one and have a genuine, no holds barred conversation about our national crisis and freedom under fire. This is arguably the friends' most critical and relevant discussion yet. Who knows how long they'll be free to have it.
It's a question that many Americans are asking themselves these days. What is going on?Joe Biden isn't even nine months into his administration and the country continues to be met with flurry after flurry of disastrous policies and tragic results, ranging from blundering mishaps on a good day to avoidable crises on a bad one. In this saddening yet enlightening episode, Nathanael and Elijah dive into a number of the White House's poorly prepared and poorly executed plans, ranging from the response to the dramatic surge of illegal immigration at our southern border to the budgetary infighting of the Democratic Party to the President's proposal of a federal vaccine mandate to Uncle Sam cutting off the supply of valuable COVID treatments to a popular red state. On top of this the nation has had to reckon with AOC's tears and virtue-signaling, General Milley's potential treason, and YouTube's censorship of hunting videos. The two best bros react with incisive wit and intelligent commentary as they discuss the continued delinquency of Joe Biden and his derelict administration. You won't want to miss this important and relevant seventeenth installment of We The Patriots.
It's a fascinating question to ponder.Let's say, for argument's sake, that you are the head of the most powerful nation on the planet. Let's also assume, as part of this hypothetical situation, that you want to pull your troops out of a foreign country. Finally, let's pretend that this nation was inhabited by a terrorist organization that was your sworn enemy. How would you go about the withdrawal?Would you announce that you were leaving months ahead of time? Would you extract the military first and evacuate the citizens second? Would you allow the terrorists to oversee security? Would you give them a list of the people you needed help getting out? Would you say the operation had gone perfectly after over a dozen American servicemen were killed as a result of your poor planning? We doubt so, and that's why we decided to spend this episode talking about the worst possible ways to conduct a military withdrawal. It might seem trivial and pointless, but after listening to this exciting and enthralling installment of We The Patriots you'll know how to do things the worst way possible. It's foreign policy for dummies, after all.
Covid-19 has been around for a year-and-a-half. Since then, everything has changed. At the same time, nothing has changed at all.In this forceful and commanding episode of We The Patriots, Nathanael and Elijah examine the growing madness of a society that has given all control over to the medical experts and the benevolent state. After months of mask mandates, social distancing guidelines, and government shutdowns, the vaccine was finally made available and proved to be incredibly successful, yet now, after a natural rise in cases, "science" is telling us to mask up again and get ready for more government interference in our daily lives, for no justifiable reason at all. So to kick off Season Two of their show, the two best bros decide to cut through the clutter and shine a light on the facts of the matter. This far-reaching conversation ranging from internet censorship to so-called "voter suppression" to the true meaning of freedom is one that's simply too good to pass up. Make sure you don't!
With the Fourth of July right around the corner, Nathanael and Elijah take a moment to celebrate America's independence by looking back at our country's history of freedom and overwhelming success. From the first settling of North America to the establishment of the Thirteen Colonies to the Civil War, the World Wars, and the informal war for civil rights, the United States' legacy of greatness is one that cannot be ignored or underestimated. This distinctive fourteenth installment of We The Patriots not only honors the tradition of American history (with all its warts and wrinkles), but observes how this country's heritage of opportunity and self-sustainment have made this nation one worth being proud of.Bring on the fireworks. NOTE: The World War II Pacific arena casualty statistics listed by Nathanael were prospective estimates of the time, not historically documented figures. They said Joe Biden would be a moderate President. They said he would fight for all Americans. They said all he wanted was unity and healing. They were wrong. In just three months, the United States, now feeling the tremors of disruption, has faced a historical surge of illegal immigrants at its southern border, a societal reckoning on gender within its national consciousness, and a negligent spending spree affecting its economy. In this astute and hard-hitting episode, Nathanael and Elijah not only breakdown these Biden administration failures and analyze the danger they pose, but also discuss the hope they still hold for America in the midst of this national disaster. We might be falling apart, but we're not broken yet. Contact us at wethepatriots2020@gmail.comFollow us on Instagram at wethepatriots.
Climate change is a crisis of epic proportions, a global emergency that threatens human existence as we know it.But is it really? In this subtle and enlightening twelfth installment of We The Patriots, Nathanael and Elijah discuss the growing trend of climate alarmism, analyzing its origins and commenting on its sinister purpose. You hear it more times than you can remember.Guns are killing people all the time. If we just enact a few commonsense gun control measures, we'll be able to protect our families and end this national bloodbath.Sounds nice and simple, doesn't it? It's an ugly monster that has reared its head in American political life and doesn't show any signs of going away anytime soon. Unless, of course, we come together to defeat it.In this episode, Nathanael and Elijah break down the dangerous phenomenon of cancel culture: examining its origins, commenting on multiple real-life examples, and discussing the alarming and perilous threat it poses to our society today. Amidst a culture of political correctness and smothered debate, this compelling episode offers a refreshing reminder that as a patriot there is always hope.(Don't forget to contact us at wethepatriots2020@gmail.com with any questions, thoughts, or comments. Nathanael and Elijah are finally together! After recording separately for more than eight episodes spanning six months, the two friends finally come together in the same room at the same time! After beginning with some thoughts and analysis on President Biden's cabinet, the two dudes play a second headline-guessing game even crazier than the first one (is that even possible?) Then, after playing a lively game of Would You Rather, the best bros finally air their big announcement and then finalize the ending to their $50 bet. You won't want to miss one of the fullest and most hilarious episodes of Season 1!NOTE: We The Patriots apologizes for the poor sound quality of this episode. Due to the unfamiliarity of the situation, the audio setup was not ideal and the editor was unable to fix the internalized issue. The issue should not recur again moving forward.
In this dynamic episode, Nathanael and Elijah analyze one of the most tumultuous weeks in recent American history, breaking down the factors that led up to the events and analyzing their historical context. Finally, the friends present, (and in one case), vent their opinions on the Capitol Hill protests, discuss the the use of force, and comment on the possible future of our country. In an age of division and polarization, you won't want to miss this critical episode; a constructive political conversation between We The Patriots.
With the election over a month in the past, Nathanael and Elijah update you on suspicious voting irregularities, inform you of President Trump's most recent lawsuits, present their thoughts on the topic, and talk about their hopes for the future. Then chaos descends... Nathanael tests Elijah's grasp on reality with a headline guessing game and the two best friends take a quiz together to find out who's more presidential. You won't want to miss this episode; the funniest and most entertaining of Season 1. NOTE: When Nathanael and Elijah took the quiz originally, there were twenty questions they answered. In the interests of brevity and general amusement, about half of the Q and A's were edited out. However, the final scores still reflected the completion of the entire quiz and were based off that ratio. This should explain all discrepancies and clarify why the final score did not correlate with the amount of questions answered in the final cut of the episode.
In a second round of reactions to the presidential elections, Nathanael and Elijah give you updated information on the Electoral Vote count, further discuss their feelings on the presumed result, talk about potential fraud, bring up some Election Night positives, and address the future of both the Republican Party and their $50 bet. You won't want to miss this important follow-up to Battle for the Nation: Round 1.
Nathanael and Elijah react to the 2020 presidential election, and comment on the inconclusive results. They also provide you with recent, up-to-date statistics and polling data to project possible outcomes while talking about a potential Joe Biden presidency and pondering what that might mean for both America and Trump voters. Correction: Wisconsin and Michigan are in the Biden column, not the Trump column.
In Part 2 of their most consequential episode yet, Nathanael and Elijah analyze the presidential and vice-presidential debates, commentating on the performances of the candidates themselves as well as their moderators. Nathanael also does some electoral number-crunching on each candidate's chances of winning, and the two friends have some competitive fun predicting who they think will win the White House as the nation's next President. Stay tuned until the end for some amiable wagering!
In Part 1 of their most important and defining episode so far, Nathanael and Elijah share their personal opinions on President Trump and Joe Biden, breaking down the candidates' stances and evaluating their policies as patriots and unabashed Americans.
