There are 2 master commands that the brain is wired with, how good enough you feel you are, and how worthy you feel you are. These commands form the overall algorithm of your brain, creating the neurological wiring that governs your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Not feeling worthy enough means you don't feel special enough to receive love, this is often wired in early childhood. However, this can be trained out of someone and replaced with a much more powerful algorithm for self worth. For now, he's a short visualisation to get you started. Repeat this over and over again until it begins to sink in. ❤️ _ I have a background in neuroscience and biochemistry from Queen Mary University, London. Your brain can go from “this is fine”, to “this is hard”, to “this is too much I want to quit” - really quickly. The key here is to understand that your brain is wired to avoid danger. It does this by constantly predicting negative futures based on the struggles of the present. When we're just at 40% of our capabilities, our brain will estimate that this isn't sustainable and make us feel that we're at a 100% of out potential and therefore we should quit now. The goal is to get your brain to zoom right in to the present moment and takeaway and internal conversions about the future. ❤️ _ I have a background in neuroscience and biochemistry from Queen Mary University, London. Feeling guilt is a normal and healthy response. It's designed as a moral compass to guide our social behaviours for the sanctity of our circles. The brain is a remarkable device, it's formed with layers upon layers of algorithms wired from our years of existence. Many of these algorithms help us, but many of them also hold us back, as much as 70%. The goal is to wire your brain with powerful commands that overwrite the existing wiring of our minds and enable to aim much higher by changing our relationship with fear. This powerful command I share has enabled me to unlock many things in my life that I once would have perceived as impossible. It can feel like you're keeping so many tabs open at the same time in your brain. It's a result of the brain worrying about a countless number of issues that you're facing at the same time. This leads to the feeling of overwhelm, which in turn can result in things like memory and focusing issues and also what people often refer to as brain fog. It's time to release these unnecessary weights through a powerful visualisation. Dear beautiful heart, I want to tell you that sometimes our brain plays tricks on us. We hold onto so much pain from a heartbreak because our brain is trying to keep some type of attachment to that person - in the hope that we'll find our way back. That's of course not healthy. Reframing the pain and understanding that the lessons from the experience was the object of that relationship can help us move forward. It's time for your heart to let go and move forward, you deserve a love that lasts. ❤️ _ I have a background in neuroscience and biochemistry from Queen Mary University, London. Have you struggled with forming good routines? Like a great morning routine, exercise or even reading before bed? It's really easy to give up on routines, and think they just work for us. Instead it's important to understand that our brain is wired with patterns, including a pattern of abandoning routines when things get tough. As a result we often stop trying to set routines, because we know it just won't work for us in the long run. The issue stems from the design of our brain - it's goal is to prevent us from cognitive discomfort - so it will try to avoid sticking to routines if that means you experiencing any form of cognitive pain. The goal is to understand that behind routines is the science of commitment. You need to wire your brain with the goal of committing to the hard times upfront - visualising what could go wrong and training your brain to fight through it -before it's even happened. ❤️ _ I have a background in neuroscience and biochemistry from Queen Mary University, London. Our brains aren't built for success - they're built to keep us alive. And that for our brain means keeping us within our safety zones - which are our known states. So on one hand you want to achieve so many things - but your brain is often trying to stop you - sabotage you - in an attempt to keep you away from something your brain doesn't already know through experience. In order to overcome this - we need to train our brain to pre-experience the future you want to create and bring that emotional biochemistry in to our bodies ahead of time- so our brain doesn't repel what we want - instead it creates it. ❤️ - I have a background in neuroscience and biochemistry from Queen Mary University, London. Sometimes it just takes one significant person in your life to tell you a corrective command that your brain holds onto and forms a coping response in the form of a mask. A correct command starts with “you are…” ie you are too quiet, too shy; too loud etc - and this can go very deep within the person. This mask then hides your true self - and you become more and more distant from the world, others and even yourself. How long have you had your mask on for? What is your mask? Who made you put this mask on? And isn't it time to let this go and be truly yourself? ❤️ _ I have a background in neuroscience and biochemistry from Queen Mary University, London. There's a voice that's been deeply programmed into our central nervous system, we called it our intuition. It's there to guide us and keep us safe. Overtime, because of all the noise around us, we either don't listen to it, or we stop hearing it. It's a trainable skill to be able to go deep within and listen to the answers to those meaningful questions. There are a number of factors that can disturb our sleep. I find that usually the brain is in the beta waves state, concerned with either the day that has gone, or with the day that's coming. The human brain is built for survival - therefore the brain will develop a fear of ageing because it associates ageing with the end of life. When this happens the brain sees signs of ageing around it and incorrectly concludes that it is experiencing these changes and the body responds to this by feeling these changes as it ages - focusing on signs that may not be there. In order to overcome this we need to make a conscious decision to reframe age as we see it - to something that we're grateful for, rather than something we fear. ❤️ _ I have a background in neuroscience and biochemistry from Queen Mary University, London. Our brain often holds on to events that we perceive to be negative in a self-blaming and regretful way. It creates a firm cage around this in a bid that this constant emotional pain will prevent us from repeating this in the future and also to punish ourselves. This isn't living. This isn't life. It's time to let go. It's time to forgive yourself.

Missing someone who has passed is a deeply human experience, intricately tied to the cognitive and emotional frameworks within our brains. Neuroscience tells us that the bonds we form are etched into our neural pathways, with memories and emotions activating specific regions, such as the amygdala and hippocampus. This is why the absence of a loved one can evoke a profound sense of loss, manifesting both physically and emotionally. It's a testament to the depth of connection we shared, a connection that transcends mere physical presence. However, the process of letting go is equally important for our psychological well-being. Holding on too tightly to the past can hinder our ability to live fully in the present and embrace the future. It's a delicate balance between cherishing memories and finding the strength to move forward. This doesn't mean forgetting but rather integrating this loss into our lives in a healthy way, allowing us to carry forward the love and lessons they imparted. In releasing this emotional hold, we open ourselves to new experiences and connections, honouring their impact on our lives by living fully and loving deeply._Instructions1. In of our daily lives, we often seek solutions in the external world, forgetting that the most profound answers lie within the quiet sanctuary of our own brains. By closing our eyes and turning inwards, we embark on a journey to the core of our being, a place where the noise of the world fades into a hushed whisper. This introspective voyage is more accessible than it appears; it begins with a gentle inquiry into our current state of being. Questions like “How am I truly doing?” and “What do I need in this moment?” serve as keys to unlock the deeper truths of our existence, revealing what is and isn't serving our highest good.As we delve deeper into this inner dialogue, we discover the power of discernment—recognising what needs to change, identifying what we should embrace more of, and understanding what must be let go. This process of self-reflection isn't just about identifying needs; it's about taking decisive action towards a life that resonates with our true selves. The magic lies in realising that the wisdom to transform our lives is already within us, waiting to be harnessed. In the intricate dance of social interactions, many of us inadvertently shrink ourselves, masking our triumphs in a shroud of modesty. This isn't merely a social faux pas; it's a neurological conditioning that etches a deep-seated belief in our psyche: that celebrating our successes is somehow wrong, even dangerous. This phenomenon isn't just about humility; it's rooted in a primal fear of abandonment, possibly tracing back to early life experiences. Our brain, in its complex algorithm, equates achievement with potential social alienation, thus setting up an internal sabotage mechanism to avoid perceived threats, effectively dimming the brilliance of our potential.Yet, in this intricate web of human emotions and relationships, it's crucial to pivot towards a mindset that not only embraces but celebrates our achievements. Prioritizing the comfort of others over our own progress can lead to a paradoxical outcome—diminished accomplishments and a growing resentment towards those we sought to spare. It's about striking a delicate balance: reveling in our victories privately, while judiciously sharing them in spaces where we feel supported and unjudged. This shift isn't just about personal growth; it's a retraining of our neural pathways to associate success with positivity and safety, paving the way for a future where we're unafraid to shine fully, unencumbered by the shadows of others' perceptions._Instructions1. The inclination to avoid speaking one's truth can be traced back to the brain's fundamental survival mechanisms, where the fear of negative social repercussions, such as judgment or abandonment, activates a protective response. This behavioral pattern is rooted in the brain's evolutionary function to avoid risks that could threaten social bonds, crucial for survival in early human societies.Addressing this requires retraining the brain to prioritise honesty, despite potential short-term discomfort or fear. This process involves reinforcing neural pathways associated with direct communication and self-respect, gradually teaching the brain to recognize the long-term benefits of honesty, such as improved personal integrity and more authentic relationships. Over time, consistent practice in truthful expression can override the initial fear responses, leading to a healthier, more transparent mode of interaction._Instructions1. There are moments in life when the weight of the world feels heavy on our shoulders, and the thought of getting up and facing another day seems daunting. But within the depths of our brains lies a remarkable reservoir of resilience and strength waiting to be tapped into. When you engage your emotional brain and internally declare "It's time to get up," you're activating a cascade of neurochemicals that ignite your inner fire and propel you forward with renewed energy and purpose. At the forefront of this biochemical symphony is cortisol, the body's primary stress hormone. While often associated with negative emotions, cortisol also plays a vital role in mobilising our resources in times of need, giving us the push we need to face challenges head-on. Additionally, neurotransmitters like dopamine and endorphins flood our brain when we take action, creating a natural high that boosts mood and motivation. By embracing the chemistry of resilience, you can harness the power within to rise above adversity and give your best each day, no matter the circumstances. So, when life knocks you down, remember that within you lies the strength to rise again, ready to conquer whatever challenges come your way._Instructions1.
