The answer from the greatest Sufi Attar is No!A Sufi is a person that can surrender to every rule/morality and can break every rule.Because every enforcement is a veil in front of the Lord. Every morality can be a hindrance to see/communicate with the Lord. And without our morality, we can't reach the Lord. You don't need to be a Sufi to break a rule. If we break our own standards/moralities, ugly things/demons will surface … And if we are confronted with our dark sides then we get purified from that. Remember, we suppress our emotions/thoughts to stick to our rules. Every suppression will lead at the end to something negative and that blocks our heart our love our surrender to God.Many People think why I can live under so hard rules, (be a raw-food eater since 30 years, don't take any drugs, meditate and exercise every day, try my best to be always honest, fair and justice…)Because I stick to be a Sufi who can surrender to any rule and break any rule. If I see that I become too dogmatic I break for a short time some of my rules. For Instance:After some years, when I meet my friend Oskar in Germany we drink usually 2 bottles of wine…  Or to be one day totally lazy… or to make something very weird… Learn to break on purpose your rules to get free.Look what happens. And then you can continuously stick to your rules again. It is just so easy and my life proofs that it works to break for a short time my rules.  My Video: Should we always stick to our morality? https://youtu.be/qkVTWygfeeEMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/Should-we-always-stick-to-our-moralities.mp3

If we are growing old we dislike more and more any challenge… And for the Hindu Religion is that we change from Raja to Tamas. We change from activity, passion, to laziness, to be deluded… And this is even true when we are young and desire to live a calm and peaceful life…. Because we don't like challenges. For the Hindu Religion is the goal to be in Satva or in a state of harmony, balance, joy, and intelligence.Without facing our worldly desires we never can reach that state of Satva. Even we meditate like crazy still our worldly desires bring us to fall, like all the well-known Gurus with their Sex scandals.Through meditation, we can reach temporary the state of Satva, and afterward, we still have our worldly desires. After the Hindu teaching there exists nobody on this planet who doesn't have all 3 Gunas,- Tamas, Raja, and Satva. We can see every challenge/conflict as a step forward to peace and more balance.Because we can use the conflicts and challenges to purify ourselves from our worldliness. If we have contact with God we deepen in our worst times our relationship with God and even find great spirituality much easier than in peaceful times. So that every challenge will be on purpose.  Sri Aurobindo said: God will drive you out of every oasis to go through the desert to find even a better oasis. And if you want peace in life, remember when you are in the box… you will have that, but no life anymore. We can find peace, serenity, and bliss only inside of ourselves and for that God has created the meditation. We should participate total in a worldly life and find our peace, serenity in our meditation….  My Video: Should we live a quiet life or a life full of challenges? https://youtu.be/qItDv7pBRJwMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/Should-we-live-a-quiet-life-or-a-life-full-of-challenges.mp3

Here's 7 interesting stats and knowledge for my real estate friends from NAR.1. 44% of people turn to the internet before contacting an agent (psssttt you should be publishing more educational content, yesterday)2. 70% of homebuyers interviewed only 1 agent.3. 47% of buyers and 44% of sellers, ranked responsiveness ahead of professionalism and expertise.4. It was found that many agents miss appointments with their clients and even set appointments, which was a key factor to them losing the deal.5. And the other day I chatted about scripts. One of the key reasons people chose their realtor was their negotiation skills to sell and persuade. If you can't sell and persuade someone to work with you, some consumers felt that they aren't going to sell and persuade for their property deal.6. The two main things people want to know realtors areA – How much is their home worth now?B – Should they refinance? So if your marketing isn't currently speaking directly to what their homes worth in today's market, you are missing out.7. 95% of consumers research the housing market online to buyPS: When you're ready… here are 4 ways we can help you grow your business:1. If you struggle with procrastination – and who doesn’t at some point? – this is the episode for you! Tim discusses one of his favorite books “Eat That Frog” and tells listeners his top 3 takeaways from author Brian Tracy’s insights on avoiding procrastination. If you have never heard it, the concept of eating a frog comes from Mark Twain who said that you should eat a frog at the beginning of your day because anything you do after that cannot possibly be as bad as eating a frog.First, it is important to know the 6 P’s: proper prior planning prevents poor performance. Understanding and implementing this idea into your daily life is easiest when you follow the 7 Steps:Decide exactly what you want.Write it down on. (Think on paper).Set a deadline.Make a list of everything required to meet your goal.Organize your list into a plan.Take action immediately and avoid analysis paralysis. REMEMBER: “An average plan vigorously executed is far better than a brilliant plan on which nothing is done.”Resolve to do something every day, even if you have to ask for help. The second important tidbit Tim gleaned from “Eat That Frog” is the ability to say “no.” If you say “yes” to too many things just to make other people happy or because you feel like you should, you will get to the point where you have to say “no” to something that you really want to do because of your time limitations. Finally, Brian Tracy outlines a helpful system for setting priorities that can keep you on track and able to pursue your goals. Tracy describes this as the ABCDE system, but Tim lists it backwards to help the categorization.E – Eliminate. There are probably 3-4 things right now that you can take off of your plate.D – Delegate or outsource. Let go of some of your control and come to peace with the fact that “good enough is good enough.”C – Nice to do. These could be things such as networking, or having lunch outside of the office.B – Should do. In contrast to things in the previous or next categories, these are almost imperative items such as proper reporting.A – Must do. These things are very important because of their serious consequences. You may want to number these as A1, A2, A3, A4, etc. based on their exact priority.Links:Audible trial promotional link: http://www.audibletrial.com/thHubSpot promotional link: https://www.hubspot.com/th “Eat That Frog” book: https://amzn.to/2XFICD6Brian Tracy website: https://www.briantracy.com/Connect with Tim:https://timherriage.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/herriagehttps://twitter.com/timherriage https://www.facebook.com/timherriage/ https://www.instagram.com/timherriage/ With business questions: ask@timherriage.comWith BBQ questions: bbq@timherriage.com
