They are working with parents, educators, students, developer communities, and organizations to create a responsive educational system that can adapt to the changing needs of the local communitiesSam Quansah is the founder & program director of algopeers in Ghana, Africa. He founded @algopeers to nurture talents in Africa for problem-solving and the future of work through STEAM education. They are piloting a 12-month coding training with micro:bit to 68 children from 34 suburbs in Cape Coast -Ghana, with over 10,000 children and 5000 educators within reach in the next 2 years. We talk about his childhood in Ghana, lessons from his grandfather, and his career with IBM and Pepsi. Anthony is a supply chain and procurement professional with over 7 years of experience.  Anthony is responsible for multi-million in spending at PepsiCo in his current role as global procurement manager. Anthony also has past experience with semiconductor, pharma and chemical companies.He holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing  from Rutgers University- Newark and a Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Cape Coast- Ghana where I had the privilege to serve over 18,000 students as president of the university's branch of National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) - the largest umbrella students body in Ghana.He has strong interests in strategic leadership, finance, and operational effectiveness.When he is not working, he spends time with his wife and 2-year-old daughter.
