The rebels begin investigating the case of Dr. Anton LeFevre, a doctor who appears to be conducting unethical experiments on the elderly patients in the hospital, researching life extending drugs backed by the shady medtech startup Grail Technologies. Harly keeps the doctor under surveillance, while Katie, Lucid and Jocasta work together to infiltrate the university hospital labs. After a hard days work, Lucid, Jocasta and Harly go to an experimental art exhibition at the Black Box, while Katie records some adverts to keep the wolf from the door.

Hearts of Wulin is an upcoming PbtA game by Lowell Francis, which had a successful kickstarter campaign last year. It is a game set in the wulin of a legendary China, where the players assume the roles of wuxia warriors with complex and messy relationships. While fighting happens and duels break out, they occur because of longings, thwarted desires, and terrible duties. In a melodrama, reactions and responses are heightened, nothing is simple, and there’s always something at stake. You express and communicate through fighting, revealing things through those struggles. We gather our heart strings, weaving intricate relationships with each other. There is found family, complex desires of the heart, and stunning revelations. BALIKBAYAN: Returning Home is a Tabletop Roleplaying Game set in a Cyberpunk dystopia running on supernatural machine-magic that's ready for revolution! Play as Elementals, beings of Filipino folklore and legend, who are running away from the Corp that enslaved them for centuries. Can you bring about the rebirth of magic in a dying city before the corp enslaves you again? Can you bring about the revolution and save the city, and finally return home? In this series we have a TIKBALANG,DIWATA, SAINT, and SANTELMO. We created our characters, city, and setting elements. Every part of it was fantastic, but I especially loved where we went in setting element generation! Everyone had fantastic ideas and we have a truly Noir feel to the game: in neon acid rain, there are shades of grey everywhere. Can our Elementals hold out when all their support systems are compromised and the CORP is so horrifying? We'll play to find out next time!
