We often turn simple, ordinary things into something mystical, when the truth is usually much simpler. The black belt in martial arts wasn't born from magic — it began as a white belt that was worn down over years of training, sweat, falls, and perseverance. Its transformation came from consistency, not mystery. Life works the same way: confidence, wisdom, strength, and success aren't special gifts, but the result of showing up, putting in the reps, and staying disciplined long enough for the work to change you.

Today we present two piano instrumentals that explore the mysteries of Mist. Strictly speaking, a “mist” can be defined by some water vapor that obscures your vision, but how many more evocative instances can you think of where a mist appears in a story or film, usually preceding an arrival of some spiritual manifestation? There was a video game called “Myst” (spelled with a Y) which featured a series of puzzles saturated with a heady whiff of the arcane. Your sight is always obscured; your emotional restlessness is never assuaged. Erroll Garner and Bix Beiderbecke were two jazz titans writing compositions separated by 30 years that hint at this other-worldly quality inherent in the idea of the Mist. Their music excites the senses and tugs at the heart simultaneously; it's music that lifts off and keeps insinuating an urge to maintain altitude in an unresolved quest for landing, but never deciding on a perch.ERROLL GARNERMost of you probably know Johnny Mathis's version of Misty, with lyrics by Johnny Burke, that was a monster hit of 1959, but Erroll Garner wrote the song as an instrumental 5 years earlier, on a plane flight to Chicago's OHare airport, after seeing a rainbow through the airplane window. That's a fitting image for the complicated feelings invoked here: a glimpse of hope through tears. Influenced by Earl Hines, Garner played with spontaneous timing changes, liquidy octaval melodies, and improvised chordal voicings, and his contribution to jazz evolution was to reconcile the gap between BeBop spontaneity and Orchestral formalism. His style was so free that he was dubbed “the happy man” because this joy he exuded was so palpable. Misty was concocted from the eternal music of the spheres - maybe because his feet were not on the ground when he composed it.BIX BEIDERBECKEThe comet of Bix Beiderbecke's talent was a mystery in itself: dead from alcohol in 1931 at the age of 28, his cornet style and compositional originality continues to fascinate almost 100 years later. A self taught musician, Bix appeared from podunk Iowa and immediately became a ragtime sensation at the height of the Jazz era with The Wolverines, then with Paul Whiteman's orchestra (along with Bing Crosby). He was a white man playing a traditionally black form of music, which was a novelty, and that made him easier to market to middle America - but such genius is color blind.Although renowned for his horn playing, he composed In a Mist on piano in 1927 (he was 24), and it's here that you see the influence of the impressionist composer Claude Debussy, the creator of such sensuous works as Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun and La Mer. Is this Jazz? How did he do it? Clearly, Bix was in touch with mystical forces beyond human understanding, or maybe, like Robert Johnson, he just made a deal with the devil. Either way, the spiritual quest suggested by these chord changes transports us into a misty continent of emotional confusion.

Have you ever felt that your heart knows more than your mind, that quiet intuitive wisdom that guides you when logic can't? In this week's episode of HEAL with Kelly, I sit down with the incredible Estelle Bingham, a fourth-generation psychic, holistic healer, spiritual teacher, and author of Manifest Your True Essence, for a conversation that goes straight to the soul. We talk about the courage it takes to truly feel, the shadow work that helps us meet the parts of ourselves we've long avoided, and why our next evolution as humans is a revolution of the heart. We explore everything from somatic healing and reparenting the inner child, to shame, grief, the Divine Feminine, and even AI, and how in the face of so much change, it's our connection to love and source energy that keeps us grounded and whole. Manex Ibar feels like ancient wisdom wrapped in warmth, wonder and a major dose of otherworldly badassness. A mystic, shaman, and visionary entrepreneur, he bridges sacred tradition with evolutionary science, guiding individuals and organizations to awaken higher consciousness and remember who they truly are. It was such an honor to welcome him back to Intimate Conversations to close season 13, "Heart Broken Open." Our dialogue was a tapestry of mysticism, science, and raw humanity — exploring near-death initiations, divine downloads, and the creation of his revolutionary system, The Sphinx Code. In this extraordinary and soul-stirring conversation we explored how Manex's life has been shaped by profound initiations, from being struck by lightning to literally drowning and being brought back to life with the help of a whale. He shared how these experiences opened channels of divine communication and seeded his lifelong devotion to integrating ancient teachings with modern understanding. We explored the origin story of the Sphinx Code, a system he downloaded that weaves together archetypal psychology, sacred geometry, numerology, and the Fibonacci sequence. It maps the subconscious architecture of the soul and reveals each person's unique blueprint for transformation. What began as a mystical insight became a tangible app and oracle system that has transformed lives worldwide. Manex revealed how the Tarot, once dismissed by him as a "fun game," became a sacred frequency map guiding human evolution. He described how each archetype vibrates with a specific frequency, forming a dance between the masculine and feminine energies within us. Together, we looked at my own Sphinx Code chart — and how "Death," my harmony card, symbolizes transformation, transcendence, and the pure joy of spiritual rebirth. He spoke of meeting his wife, Victoria, and how her mathematical and astrological brilliance expanded the Sphinx Code by integrating it with the I Ching, Kabbalah, and astrology. Their co-creation revealed that wisdom is not meant to be owned but shared, evolving through union and humility. We also touched on the sacred lessons of being human — divorce, fatherhood, and love as initiation. Manex shared how heartbreak, like the lightning and the waves, can strip us bare only to reconnect us to the Divine pulse of life. He reminded us that pain can be sacred when it humbles the ego and reawakens devotion to purpose. This conversation is a portal — a remembrance that we are each an unfolding code of consciousness, pulsing with divine intelligence. It invites you to honor both your mystical and human nature, to dance between the seen and unseen, and to live as your full embodied light. You can explore your own archetypal blueprint and the Sphinx Code at sphinxcode.com. ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! About Manex: Manex Ibar is a global leader in spiritual consciousness, shamanism, and human energetics. The Love, Happiness and Success Podcast With Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby
If you've been hearing more about psychedelic therapy and wondering whether it's a genuine breakthrough for healing—or just the latest mental health trend—you're not alone. Many people feel curious, hopeful, and skeptical all at once. This conversation is meant to help you slow down, understand what the research actually shows, and think clearly about whether this path is right for you. In this episode of Love, Happiness and Success, I'm joined by psychiatrist and MDMA-assisted psychotherapist Dr. Scott Shannon, founder of Wholeness Center, the largest integrative mental health center in the U.S. Together, we talk about how psychedelic therapy works differently from conventional psychiatric treatment, why it can help disrupt rigid trauma patterns in the brain, and what researchers are learning about long-term healing—not just short-term symptom relief. We also spend time on the parts of this conversation that matter just as much: the risks, the ethical boundaries, and the importance of preparation, professional support, and integration. Psychedelic therapy isn't appropriate for everyone, and it isn't something to pursue casually or without careful guidance. This episode offers a grounded, responsible look at how people can think critically about safety, readiness, and what to look for in a qualified provider. As you listen, I invite you to reflect on a few questions: What kind of healing are you actually looking for? What does feeling “better” really mean to you? And how do you decide which growth paths deserve your trust, time, and care? Episode Breakdown: 00:00 Psychedelic therapy explained: promise, research, and real risks 02:31 Why psychedelic therapy differs from traditional psychiatric medication 04:55 Trauma, brain patterns, and how psychedelic therapy disrupts stuck loops 07:00 MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD and why healing can continue long after treatment 12:21 A paradigm shift in mental health: supporting the brain's capacity to heal 19:30 What MDMA actually does in therapy: safety, self-compassion, and trauma processing 25:47 Mystical experience, meaning, and the spiritual dimension of psychedelic therapy 30:09 Ethical concerns, safety risks, and how to evaluate psychedelic therapy providers 38:00 Preparation and integration: why psychedelic therapy is more than the experience itself If this conversation leaves you thinking about your own healing or growth, I want to be clear that Growing Self does not offer psychedelic therapy. What we do offer is thoughtful, evidence-based therapy and coaching for people who want to grow with intention and care. If you'd like, I'd love to help you think through what kind of support would actually be most helpful for you. I've created a simple, private way to do that. By answering just a few quick questions, we can help match you with the right therapist or coach for a complimentary consultation—someone who understands what you're navigating and where you'd like to go next. In this Christmas special episode, Alyson and Breht reinterpret Jesus through Jewish mysticism, Christian contemplative traditions, and Buddhist conceptions of Enlightenment, offering an understanding of his teachings and words as attempts to articulate the ineffable and non-dual, rather than metaphysical propositions to be believed. Drawing heavily on the Gospels, the Gospel of Thomas, the Christian concept of Agape, and early Christian scholarship, they explore the possibility of a Christianity beyond fear, hell, and conceptual belief -- one rooted in a radical transformation of consciousness, a revolutionary confrontation with injustice everywhere, and an embodied love for all creation. Dear Friend, In this powerful and far-reaching episode of Gateways to Awakening, Yasmeen Turayhi sits down with writer, historian, musician, and esoteric scholar Ronnie Pontiac, one of the most important living voices on Western mysticism and hidden spiritual lineages.Ronnie's life was shaped by decades of work at the crossroads of hermeticism, occult philosophy, Rosicrucianism, and alternative American history. From 1981–1987, he served as research assistant and designated substitute lecturer to the legendary teacher Manly P. Hall, gaining unparalleled firsthand access to the inner currents of Western esoteric thought. We explore his latest book, The Rosicrucian Counterculture: The Origins and Influence of the Invisible Society. We explore the Invisible Schools, illuminating the mysterious lineage that has quietly shaped philosophy, science, art, politics, and spirituality for centuries.“The universal reformation begins with personal reformation. You cannot transform a society if you have not already transformed within yourself.”— Ronnie PontiacTogether, Yasmeen and Ronnie explore:• The hidden metaphysical roots of America and why much of U.S. history has been misunderstood, and how esoteric currents quietly shaped early American philosophy, science, and political life.• Rosicrucianism beyond the myth - Who the Rosicrucians truly were, why their manifestos electrified Europe, and how their vision of a “universal reformation” still echoes today.• The alchemical process of inner transformation, a rare, grounded look at how real alchemy was practiced and what its steps mean for modern seekers.• The Hermetica, ancient Egypt, and the metaphysical revival - Why astrology, sacred geometry, and ancient esoteric philosophy are resurging today • The battle between America's spiritual openness and its shadow - A candid exploration of Christian nationalism, pluralism, and the long-forgotten mystical side of America's origins.• A profound personal story of grief, love, and spiritual revelationRonnie shares the moving, intimate account of losing his wife and lifelong creative partner and the extraordinary experiences that unfolded afterward, reshaping his understanding of consciousness, death, and the continuity of the soul.Tune in to Gateways to Awakening for more conversations with leading thinkers, creators, and spiritual pioneers shaping the future of consciousness. Ep. 213 (Part 1 of 2) | The 16th dialogue of the A. H. Almaas Wisdom Series is about the absolute, the source dimension of all manifestation, deeper than any other dimension, the vastness beyond vastness. In Part 1, Hameed gives a wonderful description of the majesty and the blackness of the absolute, and tells the story of when he first experienced being one with the absolute himself. When Roger Walsh asks him, what are the doorways to the absolute, Hameed talks about mystical poverty and also the way of the heart. “When the true beloved shines through the heart, it's an amazing ecstasy… a mindblowing kind of beauty,” he says. He discusses the fear people often feel as they approach cessation of all perception, and the need for the basic trust we were born with (which often gets clobbered as we grow up) to proceed. What changes after an experience of the absolute? John Dupuy asks. If one abides in this realization, it cleanses the soul of all impurities, and our action embodies the virtues, Hameed answers. In Part 2, which will be released December 25th, Hameed delves into the paradox of the absolute (the absolute is the elimination, the annihilation, the cessation of all things—and the source of all things), the nonduality of emptiness and awareness, and explains that mystery is the essence of the absolute: the absolute IS mystery, he says. There is laughter all around when Hameed says you can never completely “get” it, because there's nothing there to get! Your mind disappears as you're trying to get it. Towards the end, the conversation relaxes so deeply into the subject of the absolute, you can just about feel its presence. We become intimate with everything in the absolute, Hameed says. It is the soul's final resting place, our true home, where the search ends. Recorded October 9, 2025.“The absolute itself is majesty, and the universe that emerges is beauty.”Topics & Time Stamps – Part 1Introducing dialogue #16 in the A.H. Almaas Wisdom Series, focusing on the source dimension, the apex of Hameed's book The Inner Journey Home (00:41)“By simply witnessing the process of manifestation… the soul experiences itself as a vast silent witness… discovering a dimension deeper than any other, the absolute” (02:18)Being the absolute, one experiences an emptiness so empty there is no sensation (05:29)Cessation of perception, as the Buddha called it, was exactly Hameed's experience (09:57)Neglected teachings of Nisargadatta: awareness that is not aware of itself can be experienced as “rock-like” (11:26)The story of Hameed's first experience of the absolute (15:19)Is the absolute the destination? What is cessation? Is it the same as the absolute? (16:47)What changes after an experience of the absolute? (21:00) The absolute is majesty, the universe that emerges is beauty (23:18)The flowering of virtues follows true realization (24:24)The spiritual path has two sides: knowing who you are and living it (26:03)Moving towards cessation, people feel terror (26:53)Trust is essential; the more we are loved as an infant, the more we trust (28:25)What are the doorways into the realization of the absolute? (32:02)Mystical poverty is one doorway; the recognition that the soul has nothing of its own—it all comes from the Source (35:29)There is also the way of the heart, finding the true beloved within...

Every year, right at the edge of the calendar turning over, we gather for something that has become equal parts tradition, adventure, and high-frequency reconnaissance mission: the annual “Looking At…” livestream call with yours truly, Inelia Benz.If you're new here: welcome! If you've been with me for years: yes, we're doing it again, and yes, you know to bring your cup of tea, some snacks, your notebook, and this year possibly a seatbelt. This December 31st, 2025, we'll be doing what we've done for almost a decade now. We are looking at the global plans, frequencies, trends, surprises, and opportunities waiting for us in 2026. And if history is any indication… it's going to be both illuminating and unnervingly accurate.A Quick Flip Through the ArchivesSome of you remember the early years of these calls, when it was just me, a mic, and a radio host asking, “so, Inelia… what can you see for next year?”From there it grew into a yearly ritual. Then a community event. Then a “you better do this call, Inelia, or else!”I am not sure what the “or else” is about, never bothered to ask. Maybe this is a question I will ask Larry and the Wisdom Keeper panelists during our drivingtotherez.com podcast :)Every year, we've covered everything from energetic shifts and geo-social trends, to personal sovereignty waves, to those delightful timeline hiccups that only make sense six months later. And—let's be honest—sometimes we've said things that sounded more than a little insane at the time… only to watch them unfold precisely, dramatically, and occasionally with popcorn-worthy timing. Remember the nanobot filled needles going into arms by their own hands, one? Talk about crazy. Not crazy. Real. And deadly.Last Year's Call: Looking at 2025Ah yes. The Dec 2024 call was about 2025. Remember that one?We talked about:* 1. Politics* 2. ETs, UFOs and religion* 3. Covid & jabs* 4. AI* 5 Finances* 6. Mystical seeings* 7. Miscellaneous* 8. Cards (Yes I do a card reading for the year to come)And then 2025 very politely said: “Hold my tea while I...”I've received so many messages this year from people saying things like:“Inelia, HOW did you know?”“That thing you mentioned? It happened exactly like that.”“I literally made a major life decision because of what came through on the call.”“When the crisis you mentioned hit, it didn't affect me because I knew what it was really about.”Which is why I always remind you—these calls aren't predictions, prophecies, or doom scrolls. They're what our human collective is planning during this world split. The plans are carried out and how it affects us personally is all down to understanding what is happening. The real reasons behind the news items. Some of the plans have been implemented for decades. Some are brand new. The plans from the dark-side are loud and obvious when they come about, but the ones from the light? Not so loud. Just a rumbling under our feet, pushing us to take responsibility for the job we came here to do.Think of it as checking the weather before we go for a hike, but for reality itself. Rain won't stop your hike, but you will wear rain gear and won't get soaked. And have a great time. Why This Year Is a Big One2026 isn't a small year.It isn't a filler year. And it isn't a “just keep doing what you're doing and hope for the best” year. It is not a year you can enter unprepared.No.2026 is a pivot point—one of those years where the work we've been doing, individually and collectively, starts showing up in visible, tangible, no-more-excuses ways. If we prepare for it, we will have huge results at the physical level of reality. This upcoming live call will explore things like:* Where the split's trajectory is heading (and where it's wobbling)* The high-frequency opportunities ready to anchor and how to do it* The places where awakened individuals need to pay attention to and what to do about them.* What's dissolving* What's rising* And where your personal power plugs directly into the global momentum* No spoilers here… but if you've ever wanted a clearer map, this is the year to have one.As tradition dictates, I will be taking a look at both the dark/light side of the split as well as the light side and what we can do to both accelerate the split and solidify our light in the physical Universe. Why You Should Join LiveCould you watch the replay? Of course. But the live call has a different frequency to it—because you are part of shaping it. All my calls are dictated by what energies the audience brings. This is not an unknown. The more people in the call, the broader the seeing can become. So, don't be a passive listener of the recording when it pop up in my store, but an active participant of the live call itself. The group energy always influences what the WE chooses to highlight. Did I mention that his year the WE will be more active during the call?Questions asked, topics requested, shifts in the field… all of it adjusts the information in real time.Plus, starting the new year in a high-frequency container with a global community? Not a bad way to say goodbye to the old timelines and “hello, 2026, we see you.”And - yes, we will absolutely keep it practical. You'll walk into 2026 with clarity, confidence, and a sense of “I've got this… and I know where I'm going.”Join Us on December 31st, 2025Make yourself comfortable. Prepare your favorite drink. Open the door to a whole new year with intention, awareness, and connection. This is one of my favorite gatherings of the entire year, and with 2026 being the pivot it is… you'll want to be there, live, on the line, with us.Let's look at 2026 together — clearly, consciously, and with just the right amount of humour.Subscribe to the Wisdom Keeper Hour or get a One Time TicketThe discussion doesn't stop here - listen to the full podcast episode for unfiltered insights from Inelia and our panelists. In this second part of the archival conversation, Hareesh continues his dialogue with hosts Stuart Goodnick and Dr. Robert Schmidt, turning toward the dynamics of the energy body, emotional digestion, and the long arc of integration. They explore how unresolved impressions (saṁskāras) shape our sense of self, why true digestion requires presence rather than suppression, and how imaginal practices in Tantra awaken a more fluid and responsive relationship to experience. We're continuing the Priestess Pilgrimage re-release series with one of my favorite conversations I've ever had — recorded in a tiny pink hotel room in Athens with my best friend, the brilliant and beloved Layla Martin. In Part 3, we travel through Crete, one of the last known matriarchal societies on Earth. Layla and I explore what happens when feminine spiritual authority isn't erased but honored — and how cultures change when women and men hold power side-by-side. We dive into the serpent priestesses of ancient Crete, the origins of Kundalini, the hidden role caves played in feminine rites, and what it means to turn up the dial on your own divinity in a grounded, embodied way. We also share the very human, very messy, hilariously sacred moments inside the cave ceremony — a reminder that sometimes the divine arrives with sweat, fear, laughter, and tourists stumbling through your initiation. If you've ever felt the pull toward ancient feminine wisdom or sensed there's more to your own divinity than you've been taught… this episode is a homecoming. In this episode, we explore: • Ancient Crete & what true feminine leadership looked like • Why high priestesses held political, spiritual, and cultural authority • The serpent priestesses & how Kundalini was encoded in art • How caves became temples for birth, fertility, sexuality & magic • Using psychedelics intentionally to awaken—not escape • Preparing your body and nervous system for spiritual expansion • The real, messy moments behind mystical experiences Key Moments: [00:01:13] Returning from Crete & why this leg of the pilgrimage mattered [00:03:59] The soul memory that called Emily & Layla to Crete [00:04:47] Gnosis: the ancient queendom run by priestesses [00:07:21] Minoan matriarchy & serpent priestess symbolism [00:22:39] Entering the cave — the womb of the earth [00:28:11] Sacred sexuality & psychedelics as pathways to the divine [00:30:27] The cave initiation: fear, clearing & cosmic humor [00:36:03] Preparing your body for spiritual expansion [00:52:21] Mystical states without substances [01:00:08] Meditation as the foundation for integration About Layla Martin: Founder of the VITA Method, Tantra teacher, and internationally respected guide in sexual, emotional, and spiritual awakening.
