I know if you're a successful broker and looking to grow, you're always looking to get higher quality, higher spending clients and you want more leads, clients or more sales. That's an area that I've had massive amounts of success with. I'd like to share with you the why and the how around how you can generate free mortgage leads using social media, using content marketing and doing it completely free. What is covered Why do you want to use social media and content marketing to generate free mortgage leads for your mortgage business. You can write a blog article that can go onto your website that you can use specialist keywords for search engine optimization, what pops up in Google when you search mortgages for first-time buyers. Sharing my knowledge to helping others enabled me to write a book. The Mortgage Pro free group where we've got the collective mortgage advisors all sharing ideas and helping each other grow businesses, placing cases and everything else. By sharing your knowledge, you become an expert. You become an expert in your niche. Putting that content out into the world, this is all about generating free mortgage leads. Build relationships with people, know, like and trust. By sharing your value and sharing your content and putting that out into the world, your in your client's mind before they even want to buy. The other reason why you want to be producing content online and investing in social media and taking the time to learn the tools and the tactics around this, which is something that I can help you with, is you're building assets. People buy people. If you look at some of the biggest brands that are out there now, you think Virgin, you immediately think Richard Branson. You think Tesla, you think Elon Musk. I think Under Armour, I'm thinking The Rock, Dwayne Johnson. The biggest brands are linked to somebody. Why you don't have to talk about mortgages in order to generate mortgage leads.
