Veg out with some clips from Downtime Broadcasting’s promotional audio cassette magazine from the ’80s and ’90s, right here on the world wide web. Exclusively at PromoCorner.com! Flashback Tracks is a collection of audio clips from Downtime Broadcasting's audio magazine, Specialty Tracks. It was created by Joel Schaffer in 1986 and had a distribution of 5,000 tapes every 3 weeks. The announcers were professional radio personalities, Valerie Smaldone and Paul Springle. In 1992 Downtime Broadcasting became Soundline and music became their primary product. Specialty Tracks ceased publishing in 1993.
