Sob - Rage Yoga Feat. Tuco Ifill (Original Mix) 4. Sob - Trainwreck (Original Mix) Behind Sob, we find Martin Zimmermann, also better known as Beat Bizarre. For years, he has been developing his sound field, experimenting in a direction many of us didn't know existed. On his first Sob release out on Sofa Beats, he joins forces with a lifelong pal, Tuco Ifill. Knowing each other from ground school and both having a broad musical background, this makes the perfect match. Tuco is a Danish/Barbadian singer-songwriter who is transforming dub grooves into soulful melodies with his vocals and lyrics. Tuco is known for collaborations with Lulu Rouge, Djosos Krost feat. Turbotito & Pharfar, and NoN + with Ronnie Vindahl & Robin Hannibal. This is the introduction to a long musical journey down the Sob art cave. We can't wait to share his unique sound with you, starting with the chapter 'Days of Disbelief'.

The second of the "White Thaw" series, a group of special episodes with some of host Keith Cohen's favorite deep cuts from the past few years. Parmesan Posse member Ben suggested doing this as a way to show the listeners some great, older songs they might not know since Mom's Spaghetti wasn't started until December 2018! As we move From the Freezer to From the Fridge and, finally, to From the Cooler, the songs get progressively "less chill." JP Saxe is on this episode of BEHIND THE FAME with Jana Rosenberg and Tony Moras. We talk to JP about his hit songs with two powerhouse female artists in the music industry - Julia Michaels and Charlotte Lawrence. He tells us how these collaborations happened and how the songs came together. JP is an incredible songwriter, musician and vocalist. He's been writing songs for as long as he can remember. His first song that got his fans attention was a song written right after a breakup called "25 in Barcelona". He explains how the song was so personal to him, he didn't feel like it would resonate with others. However, it did quite the opposite. JP dives into the topic of heartbreak and relationships with us on this episode. You do NOT want to miss it! Not everyone may know his same at the moment, but it will not be long until JP Saxe is a household name. JP Saxe is a Los Angeles based R&B and pop singer/songwriter from Toronto. Saxe’s debut single “Changed” has over 4 mission streams on Spotify and was the 19th most viral track globally on Spotify in additions to the US and Canada Viral 50 Charts. In October, he recently released “If the World Was Ending” featuring Julia Michaels. JP started his career as a songwriter, working with other singer-songwriters such as Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, Foxes, Cool & Dre, Jacob Banks to Louis the Child, and Robin Hannibal. Saxe grew up in a creative family as the grandson of Grammy award-winning cellist Janos Starker. He initially studied the cello as a teenager, but later switched to the piano and guitar after discovering jazz and R&B. By the time he was in his twenties, he was posting his songs online and started performing weekly in Toronto. He caught the attention of producers in California, who invited him to record some of his songs, which led him to relocating to Los Angeles. Learn more about your ad choices.
