This is the 5th and final conversation in my #mentalhealthawarenessweek series around Nature - with Grace Kelly. During today's conversation we talked about , 'Loss, living life, and Nature'. Grace is a colleague of mine, who's community I have been a part of for a few years. Last December in 2020 she lost her fiancė suddenly and unexpectedly from a heart attack. Today Grace talks so beautifully to the extraordinary experience she has had navigating her way through her grief over the past 6 months. The quote Grace mentioned was by Sydney Banks "If the only thing people learned, was not to be afraid of their experience, that alone would change the world" You can find out more about Grace here https://www.gracefulcoaching.net/ Go gently with yourself if you are experiencing grief - you can find my free support group here

Today Grace and Libby discuss their view on abortion and what the Bible says about it. This episode is not meant to start arguments or cause offense, but to instead start a discussion on the topic. Little side-note from Libby:If you're wondering why I introduced Grace in the beginning and asked for her testimony, it's because we filmed this episode before we decided to host this podcast together. At the time I was just the host, but then we decided to have a joint podcast so just pretend the beginning of this episode didn't happen haha.
