The Christian Podcast Community: A people working together for a common goal: Exalting Christ as truth
Christian Podcast Community - Striving for Eternity
The Christian Podcast Community podcast is an incredible resource for anyone seeking to deepen their faith and grow in their understanding of the Bible. I have been thoroughly impressed by the wide variety of topics covered and the quality of the content provided. This podcast brings together many of my favorite Christian shows, creating a radio-like experience that is both enjoyable and informative. Additionally, I appreciate how this community introduces me to new shows that I may not have discovered on my own, expanding my horizons and allowing me to explore different perspectives within the Christian faith.
One of the best aspects of The Christian Podcast Community podcast is its ability to cater to a diverse range of interests and preferences. Whether you're interested in theology, apologetics, personal growth, or practical advice for living out your faith, there is something for everyone here. The hosts are knowledgeable and passionate about their respective topics, providing valuable insights and perspectives that can greatly enhance your understanding of Christianity. Furthermore, this community ensures that all programs are based on Holy Scriptures and adhere to core doctrines such as salvation by grace through faith in Christ alone.
However, one potential downside of this podcast is that not every episode may be relevant or appealing to all listeners. While the community strives for high-quality content, it's understandable that personal preferences may vary when it comes to certain topics. It would be helpful if episode titles indicated the specific show being featured so that listeners can easily identify which episodes align with their interests and skip over those they aren't interested in. For example, as someone without small children or an interest in movies, I would appreciate being able to quickly delete episodes focused on these topics in order to create a more personalized listening experience.
In conclusion, The Christian Podcast Community podcast is a highly recommended resource for anyone seeking solid biblical knowledge, wisdom, and discussions rooted in Jesus' name. The combination of various shows within this community offers a wealth of information and perspectives from committed Christians who share a core belief in salvation by grace through faith. While not every episode may be personally relevant, the overall value and quality of this podcast make it an excellent choice for truth seekers looking to grow in their faith.

On today's episode, I discuss the recent Theonomy Symposium hosted by Future of Christendom in Lancaster, PA. While there I was invited to serve on a three-judge panel that was given a mock trial/case to adjudicate. The specific problem we were presented with was a noise complaint. Aside from going over the trial and how we reached a solution, on this episode I also look at the related issue of zoning laws. Now, if you have not read your local zoning code, I would encourage you to do so. Not only will you see just how ridiculous it is, you will probably be surprised by how many times you have violated the code without even realizing it. Such is the nature of man's attempt to solve problems apart from God's law.And if you have not done so yet, please sign up to attend the Future of Christendom conference from October 9-11 in Lancaster, PA. The theme of the conference is No Other Name and includes an address by Pastor Jeff Durbin. Summary:In this episode, George Binoka and Jeff Musgrave unpack Jesus' metaphor of salt—not as a compliment to human decency, but as a powerful spiritual calling. Believers are meant to live in such a way that people around them become spiritually thirsty—for the living water only Christ can give. You'll learn how God is already at work in people's hearts, how to join His mission effectively, and why authentic relationships are essential in today's shifting culture. This conversation challenges every Christian to live joyfully and compellingly so others begin to ask, “What do you have that I don't?”
The discussion centers around the concept of false converts, a critical issue in evangelism that hampers genuine outreach efforts. Andrew Rapoport and his friend Randy dive deep into the characteristics of false converts, highlighting how these individuals often believe they are saved while lacking true understanding or commitment to the gospel. They explore the complexities of church dynamics, where many attendees may outwardly appear to embrace faith yet remain spiritually blind to their own need for salvation. The conversation also touches on the implications of self-righteousness and the dangers posed by a superficial faith that fails to recognize the gravity of sin and the necessity of repentance. Listeners are encouraged to reflect on their own faith and discern whether their beliefs align with a true understanding of Christ's sacrifice and the transformative power of genuine conversion. Throughout the episode, the hosts maintain a light-hearted yet profound tone, making it both engaging and thought-provoking.In this eye-opening episode, Andrew Rapoport and Randy Atkins tackle the perplexing issue of false converts within the Christian faith. Their relaxed, colloquial banter does not diminish the gravity of the topic, as they delve into the intricacies of what it means to truly follow Christ versus merely adopting a title. Rapoport brings his expertise as the executive director of Striving for Eternity into the conversation, outlining the historical and theological implications of false conversions that have plagued the church throughout the ages. They discuss how cultural trends and modern evangelism tactics have often led to shallow commitments to faith, where individuals mistakenly believe they are secure in their salvation based on emotional experiences rather than a deep, scripted understanding of the gospel. The duo emphasizes the necessity of self-examination, encouraging listeners to reflect on their own spiritual journeys. They utilize biblical texts to illustrate the dangers of being a false convert, noting how the New Testament is rife with warnings about self-deception and the importance of genuine repentance. Rapoport's anecdotes about evangelism experiences serve as cautionary tales, highlighting the need for churches to foster environments where authentic faith can flourish rather than simply counting numbers. Through their lively dialogue, listeners are encouraged to not only scrutinize their own beliefs but also engage in conversations about faith with others, challenging the status quo of mere nominalism in the church. The episode is both informative and entertaining, merging deep theological insights with a warm, approachable style. Rapoport and Atkins remind their audience that understanding the gospel is a lifelong journey, one that requires diligence, humility, and a sincere heart. As they wrap up, they leave listeners with a powerful exhortation to seek after true conversion, making it clear that a relationship with Christ is not about ticking boxes, but about a transformative experience that changes lives.Takeaways: The podcast episode dives deep into the topic of false converts, emphasizing the struggles evangelists face when engaging with individuals who mistakenly believe they are saved. Andrew Rapaport reflects on the historical context of false converts, discussing how the visible church has often been filled with those who do not truly believe. Listeners learn to differentiate between true salvation and mere profession of faith, highlighting the importance of self-examination in the Christian walk. The speakers stress the significance of understanding the gospel correctly, warning that many who claim to be Christians may not grasp the true implications of their faith. Through personal anecdotes, Rapaport illustrates the dangers of relying on superficial markers of faith, such as decision cards or

This episode is part 15 in a series going through the story of the Book of Mormon. This episode covers chapters 4-8 of the book of Mosiah. King Benjamin passes the crown of Zarahemla to his son Mosiah. The people all covenant with God and take on the name "the children of Christ."After King Benjamin passes away three years later, King Mosiah sends a band of men to the land of Nephi to find out what happened to others they had sent. Some stay near a hill in Silom outside the land of Nephi while Ammon and his three brothers enter. King Limhi of the Nephites arrests them and asks why they're there. When Limhi finds out they're from Zarahemla just as his grandfather was, they rejoice. The Lamanites had subjected the Nephites to burdensome taxes.Ammon and his brothers learn that some Nephite travelers had retrieved some golden plates from a more ancient civilization. We also find out that a "seer" is superior to an "interpreter" and a "prophet."Further research:Book of Mormon in videoJoseph Smith: The Prophet of the RestorationThe Book of Mormon online: Mosiah [chapters 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]*** Please contribute to the Hurricane relief fund for A.M. We live in a world that is in desperate need of prayer. The church is in depurate need of falling on her face before a Holy God crying out for mercy with a repentant heart. Christians should make prayer their first priority, not a last resort. Before trying to network their way out of a difficult situation, they should go to the mat in prayer. Prayer is the God-ordained means by which He works through His people in the life of the Church.

The primary focus of this podcast episode is the recent scandal involving Dr. Josh Buice, who has been removed from his position as lead pastor of Praise Mill Baptist Church and president of G3 Ministries due to serious allegations regarding anonymous social media accounts that he operated to slander fellow believers. This episode delves into the ramifications of such actions, emphasizing the profound impact they have on the church community and the necessity for accountability and transparency among leaders. As we navigate this weighty topic, we reflect on the importance of maintaining integrity within the church and the need for true repentance, which extends beyond mere acknowledgment of wrongdoing. Furthermore, we encourage listeners to consider their own lives and the potential for sin to affect not only individuals but the broader body of Christ. Ultimately, we seek to foster a spirit of prayer and restoration for all parties involved, recognizing the need for healing and unity in light of these events. The discourse presented in this episode of Apologetics Live delves into a profoundly disquieting incident involving Josh Buice, a prominent pastor and the president of G3 Ministries. The discussion is initiated by the hosts, who express their solemnity regarding the sensitive nature of the topic at hand, which centers on the revelations of Bice's anonymous online behaviors that included slandering fellow ministers and church leaders. The hosts recount the irrefutable evidence uncovered against Bice, which led to his resignation from both G3 Ministries and his position as lead pastor at Praise Mill Baptist Church. This troubling revelation prompts a deeper examination of the implications of such misconduct not only for Buice himself but for the wider evangelical community and its leaders. The conversation emphasizes the need for accountability and transparency in church leadership while acknowledging the pain and hurt that such scandals inflict upon congregations and the body of Christ as a whole.Takeaways: The podcast episode delves into the serious issue of church leadership failures, particularly focusing on the case of Josh Buice, which has caused significant turmoil within the community. Listeners are encouraged to reflect on their own lives and doctrines, recognizing that sin affects not just the individual but the broader community and church body. The speakers emphasize the importance of genuine repentance and the need for church leaders to be held accountable for their actions to maintain the integrity of the church. There is a call to prayer for those affected by these events, including the families and congregations who face the consequences of leadership failures. The discussion highlights the importance of supporting local churches and their pastors while being cautious of celebrity culture within church leadership. Overall, the tone of the episode remains serious and somber, with a focus on the need for healing and restoration within the church community.
Did Pope Leo XIV really call Mary “our God”? In this follow-up to his previous video, Justin Peters issues a correction—and a firm clarification. After reviewing the original audio and receiving insight from a missionary interpreter, Justin acknowledges that the Pope likely said “Mary, our mother,” not “Mary, our God.” But does this change anything about Rome's doctrine? Not really. In this episode of Didaché, Justin reaffirms that, despite this translation error, Roman Catholic teaching functionally deifies Mary—praying to her, attributing divine titles, and even asking her for saving grace. With direct quotes from Catholic sources and historic prayers, Justin demonstrates that the issue isn't merely about wording—it's about worship. Whether the Pope uttered the phrase or not, Rome's exaltation of Mary continues to rob Christ of His exclusive glory.
I read an article today about growing controversy surrounding the Catholic Church and the confessional. One particular statement caught my attention and stirred something in me. Many people often say, “The Catholic Church is a Christian organization.” But when I read this, I couldn't help but pause:“The practice of confession isn't just ‘therapy for Catholics.' It's a sacrament where we believe God extends His forgiveness for our sins, which we must lay out to a priest, Christ's representative on earth. It's a ritual: You list your sins in conversation with a priest, often anonymously or from behind a screen, and in return, the priest assigns a penance and grants absolution.”This is where the line becomes clear for me—the fundamental difference between Roman Catholicism and biblical Christianity. The statement “we must lay out [our sins] to a priest” highlights a key theological divide.According to Scripture, we confess our sins directly to God through Jesus Christ, our true and only High Priest. No earthly mediator is required for forgiveness—Christ alone is sufficient. That's the heart of the gospel, and that's where I stand. This episode is sponsored by Revo Financial https://revofinancial.com/

Today's chat dives deep into the intricate dance of defining primary and secondary issues of faith, a topic more important than finding the right taco truck in a city full of them. Andrew Rapaport, the host, brings his A-game as he engages in a spirited discussion, shedding light on the critical distinctions between what believers should stand firm on versus what might be better left to the side. The duo tackles the common pitfall of majoring in minors while encouraging listeners to focus on the essentials that truly matter in their faith journey. They explore the nuances of how different interpretations can lead to spirited debates without losing sight of unity in Christ. As they navigate the complex web of doctrines, they serve a hearty reminder that understanding and grace should be at the forefront of our discussions, especially in an age where social media can turn a simple disagreement into a full-blown theological throwdown.Takeaways: In the podcast, they dive deep into the distinctions between primary, secondary, and tertiary theological issues, emphasizing how misplacing these can lead to unnecessary conflicts within the Christian community. Andrew Rapaport shares his journey from a Jewish upbringing to becoming a pastor, illustrating how one's background can shape their theological perspectives and interactions with faith. The hosts discuss the importance of grace and understanding in theological debates, suggesting that Christians should strive for civility and openness when encountering differing views on faith. A lively discussion unfolds around the implications of charismatic gifts and their cessation, highlighting how these beliefs can significantly affect one's understanding of Scripture and church practices. The episode addresses the need for believers to differentiate between essential doctrines that are explicitly taught in Scripture and those that are more nuanced, which can lead to meaningful and respectful dialogue. Listeners are encouraged to reflect on their theological presuppositions and be open to re-evaluating their beliefs in light of Scripture, fostering a more inclusive and understanding church environment. Episode Description:In this episode of Gospel Talks, George Binoka and Pastor Jeff Musgrave dive deep into the biblical and practical foundations of relational evangelism. Using Acts 11 as a model, they explore how the early Church of Antioch built bridges that led to lasting discipleship—and how we can do the same today. You'll learn four powerful verbs from the original Greek that reveal the natural flow of gospel relationships: start with conversation (laleo), share the good news (euangelizo), invite others into your life (parakaleo), and instruct in the faith (didasko).Whether you're a pastor, a church planter, or just someone wanting to reach your neighbor for Christ, this episode will inspire and equip you to turn everyday moments into eternity-shaping opportunities.Chapters:00:00 Introduction to Relational Evangelism07:31 The Church of Antioch: A Model for Bridge Building18:01 Four Verbs of Communication in Evangelism30:01 The Role of Instruction in Discipleship
Did the new Pope just refer to Mary as “our God”? In this episode of Didaché, Justin Peters examines a moment from Pope Leo XIV's inaugural address that has sparked global controversy. Was it a translation error—or a stunning revelation of what Rome truly believes about Mary? Whether the Pope said “our God” or “our Mother,” the deeper issue remains: Roman Catholic doctrine ascribes to Mary divine attributes, welcomes prayer directed to her, and elevates her far beyond Scripture's teaching.Justin walks through Catholic prayers and official sources that plainly deify Mary, revealing the blasphemous claims hidden beneath the surface of tradition. This isn't mere theological quibbling—it's a matter of worship, idolatry, and the sufficiency of Christ alone. If you've ever wondered what Catholics really believe about Mary, or how far Rome has drifted from biblical Christianity, this sobering episode will clarify.Watch now and be equipped to speak the truth in love to your Catholic friends—with Scripture as your authority, not tradition.

We articulate that the enemy, commonly recognized as Satan, employs various insidious tactics to sow doubt and confusion among believers. Furthermore, I emphasize that our spiritual opposition is not merely a metaphorical concept, but a genuine battle that requires discernment and vigilance. Through our dialogue, we aim to equip listeners with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate these challenges, ensuring that they remain anchored in their faith and unwavering in their convictions. As we progress, we will explore the foundational principles that guide us in this spiritual confrontation, underscoring the paramount importance of unity and community in resisting the enemy's influence.Takeaways: In this episode, we delve into the concept of spiritual warfare, emphasizing the importance of understanding the enemy we face. The enemy, identified as Satan, employs various tactics such as deceit and temptation to undermine our faith and trust in God. We discuss the significance of community and accountability in the Christian walk, highlighting that we are not meant to fight our battles alone. The ultimate victory over the enemy has already been achieved through Christ, providing believers with hope and assurance in spiritual battles. We reflect on the necessity of discernment in recognizing spiritual opposition, urging listeners to remain vigilant against the enemy's schemes. The role of the Holy Spirit is pivotal in guiding believers to discern truth from lies, reinforcing the need for continual renewal of the mind.
A Christian leader recently confessed to writing anonymous posts criticizing fellow ministers. The worst part was lying about it for over two years. Why did this happen when it doesn't seem to make sense? We need to examine ourselves for pride. Pride is the dangerous original sin that can make you do strange things to hold onto the things you hold dear for the wrong reasons. Pride leads to other sins and covering them up like lying and adultery that bring down ministers and reduce ministries to rubble. This episode isn't meant to be criticism. It's about examining our own hearts to stop pride in its tracks. We also need to ask ourselves what is the purpose of Christian ministry.Sources Cited:"Statement Regarding Josh Buice," Prays Mills Baptist Church, May 12, 2025."Statement Regarding Josh Buice," G3 Ministries, May 12, 2025."A Statement Regarding Josh Buice," Founders Ministries, May 12, 2025."Update Regarding Josh Buice," G3 Ministries, May 13, 2025.Scriptures Referenced:Proverbs 13:10; 11:2; 16:18Numbers 32:23John 3:301 Corinthians 3:5-7, 10-11, 211 Peter 5:2-3Philippians 1:15-18*** Please contribute to the Hurricane relief fund for A.M. This podcast episode delves into the critical question of whether we can trust the Bible, which resonates deeply with believers and skeptics alike. We engage in a comprehensive discussion surrounding the various challenges posed by critics who assert that the Bible is unreliable due to textual variants and alleged contradictions. In a follow-up episode from last time, I had the opportunity to chat with David Fowler on the topic of parental rights and responsibilities. David has been a previous guest on the podcast and is a former state senator from Tennessee. He also just recently retired from his position as president of the Family Action Council of Tennessee. Today we cover topics such as child abuse, parental rights, the right to life and limb, and the role of the common law. More specifically, we discuss how many of the current, well-meaning, attempts at protecting the rights of children and parents is a form of compromise with a secular worldview. If you have any questions or comments about our conversation, please email me at thegbgpodcast@gmail.com.You can follow also me on Facebook or Twitter, or go to http://www.ericluppold.com/And if you would like to support the show, please consider becoming a patron!

My wife Chelsea returns to Truthspresso and our oldest son joins us to chat about Colorado's radical gender bill that has provoked national attention.HB25-1312, also known as the "Kelly Loving Act," seeks to transform society to "protect" "rights" for people who identify as a gender contrary to their birth certificate. The original version of the bill sought to bias courts to grant custody to children to whomever would "affirm" alternate gender identities and punish parents who stand for reality. It would forbid schools from enforcing gender-specific dress standards. It would punish school staff for "deadnaming" or "misgendering." Millions of public documents would need updates to allow a new "chosen name" to usurp a person's legal name. Many Coloradans have expressed deep concern and outrage at the bill's unapologetic social engineering and unconstitutional violations of First Amendment rights.Although some of the original Orwellian sections have been removed from the final version, the bill still poses serious risks to public education and society from an anti-Biblical agenda. Please pray for God's mercy and salvation for the state of Colorado. We ask you to consider contacting the office of Governor Jared Polis by calling the phone number listed and urge him respectfully not to sign HB25-1312 known as "The Kelly Loving Act" because it unconstitutionally suppresses the freedom of speech, favors treating children in a way that could harm them for the rest of their lives, and is plainly against what the Bible teaches about God's design for humanity, parenting, and education.Sources Cited:Colorado House Bill 25-1312 [Original text, Final text]House Judiciary [Apr 01, 2025 - Upon Adjournment]Colorado House 2025 Legislative Day 087Scriptures Referenced:Proverbs 1:7-8; 16:22*** Please contribute to the Hurricane relief fund for A.M.
