A Conduit’s Diary is a scary story podcast told by me - Rachel - as I investigate paranormal activity in my hometown of Phoenix, AZ.
The A Conduit's Diary podcast is an immersive and clever storytelling experience that keeps listeners engaged from start to finish. As someone who listens to many hours of podcasts each day, I often find my mind wandering, but that's not the case with this podcast. The narrator takes the story in intriguing directions, leaving me excited to see where it will go next.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the great stories and writing. The episodes are well-written, with intriguing plotlines and interesting characters. Each story has just enough spookiness to keep you on edge without being too scary. The mythology that Rachel is building throughout the series adds depth and intrigue, making it a delightfully light-horror experience for fans of casual spookiness.
Another aspect that sets this podcast apart is the narrator's talent and relatability. Rachel's voice and storytelling style are engaging, making you feel like you're listening to an old friend recount their experiences. Her humor and imagination add an entertaining flair to the episodes, keeping you hooked from beginning to end. Additionally, her ability to create a spooky atmosphere is commendable, as the stories genuinely frighten at times.
If there were any flaws in this podcast, they would be hard to find. However, one possible downside could be that some listeners may find similarities between The A Conduit's Diary and other paranormal podcasts like Ghosts in the Burbs or Ghostly Thistle shows. While there might be some similarities in genre or style, this podcast still manages to maintain its unique charm and storytelling.
In conclusion, The A Conduit's Diary podcast is a must-listen for fans of supernatural storytelling. With its captivating stories, relatable narrator, and perfect balance of spookiness, it delivers an irresistible fiction experience. Whether you're a fan of Ghosts in the Burbs or looking for a new podcast obsession, this series will leave you eagerly anticipating each new episode. Don't miss out on this gem of a podcast and the incredible stories it has to offer.

I have come down with the VID so this is a short episode - The Sleepover. When I was in 1st grade I went to a birthday party that ended with a sleepover. At that sleepover I may have let it slip to a parent that I could see the ghosts that walked the halls of their home. Prior to this I'd shown some proclivity for the weird...this was the proof my mother needed to set her sights on me as her heir to the weird. As always, follow me on twitter to get new updates on aconduitsdiary ! I'm working on a website right now too that will have transcripts of all the episodes for those of you who are readers instead of audiophiles. This is pending my ability to use the internet, which is tenuous at best. See you in 2 weeks for the next episode!

With Delta on the rise, I'm spending most of my time inside and away from the crowds. Enjoy this story from the vault - back when I first started to investigate weird occurrences in the home. Early episode drop! Thanks for being patient while I took a short break. I thought I'd release this little guy - a story that's really a response to a message I received on Twitter asking if the Superstition Mountains are real. I've mentioned them a few times...and they're real. They also have some amazing lore behind them I thought I'd share! Consider this a mini-sode, just a quick little story time about one of my favorite places in Arizona. As always, follow me on twitter at twitter/aconduitsdiary to know when new episodes drop. It's also a great place to reach out to me, since I'm the type of Elder Millennial that never got into Facebook and was too old for Instagram. Don't get me started on TikTok - I know it's great for advertising, but I still have a flip phone so it's not gunna happen.
We're back! And here's a little backstory. I've mentioned Vince - a local show boating paranormal investigator - but I never mentioned HOW I met him. Welcome back from our short holiday break! Today I'm bringing it back to 2017, on account of COVID and being in isolation. 99% of the reason I don't have children is because sometimes they do scary things, like talk to ghosts on their baby monitor.
Are your things going missing? Only to appear later? Are random gifts being left on your window sill? I take you back to a pre COVID story where I find a haunting of the not so ghostly type.
Have you every been thrifting? Me neither - I don't have the patience. Also, you never know what you're going to find. oh, and you kinda meet my mom.
Episode 10 we head down to Eloy. Yep - Eloy. After a too long car drive I found myself investigating if the kids are all right or not. Spoiler alert - they're not.
So there's a lot of ... other ... things? Out there than just me. And ghosts. And whatever that shadow demon thing is. You've already met one.
Episode 8 brings us to a little suburb of Phoenix called Gilbert, where Stephanie found a house she wants to buy. Unfortunately, it's already occupied. Nothing like a "Hey lets get lunch!" phone call that ends in "Can you exorcism this home for me?"
