This may sound redundant but another first for the pod with this episode. We were honored to have this young man on our platform and help share his story and journey. To say he's got a bright future might be an understatement. Just to name some of the accolades: Gatorade Player of the Year Nominee, 3 star QB, 5A AIA Offensive Player of the year, humble individual and more. The D1 offers are steady coming in as the young buck starts to prepare for his senior season. Representing Cactus Shadows and Cave Creek, AZ, it was dope to have @donivanndixonn on the show. Lot of gems and football talk in this one. You don't want to miss it!

Food shelves are essential for addressing food insecurity in communities, providing vital support to individuals and families who struggle to access adequate nutrition. They offer a safety net, especially during times of economic hardship, by distributing donated and surplus food to those in need. Food shelves help reduce hunger, promote health, and foster a sense of community by ensuring that no one goes without the necessity of food.  Leigh Zydonik and Lory Olsson from the Foothills Food Bank and Resource Center in Cave Creek, AZ join the podcast to help us better understand the terms "food deserts" and "food insecurity," to deliver an honest picture of the food landscape within the US, to highlight their facility's services, and to discuss how their new building will help aid in the nonprofit's capabilities.

Welcome, friends, and I have to tell you right away how much I love spending time with you all every week. It's such a pleasure to record these episodes for you. I am so moved and so lit up by the amazing people I meet through this podcast that it's just become such a pleasurable part of my life. I was recently at a conference that was just other women physicians, more than 1200 of us, and I attended it with two of my best friends from medical school who still inspire and support me now. The whole week was so uplifting and I thought how amazing would it be if we as women just came together to lift each other up in the outside world. And that's why I invited the beautiful Frankie Kououho to the show today. Frankie is a Professional Coach at the Space Wellness and Yoga Sanctuary in Cave Creek, Arizona, who works at helping people reclaim their confidence by mastering their mindset and conquering depression.Frankie shared some of her story with me and it involves a very terrible loss in 2006 that dropped her into a deep depression where she lacked self-esteem and self-confidence and was suffering so much she questioned everything. She shares how she came out of it and how she then began to recognize when other women were struggling with the same things, intense loss, deep depression, and so she dived into becoming a mindset coach to help them. Frankie and I talk about how to understand that we each matter, how to give ourselves grace and find our purpose. She talks a lot about personal confidence in accepting herself. How being healthy emotionally, mentally, and physically starts in our minds and works out from there. Frankie shared so many beautiful thoughts on how to embrace ourselves and reject the criticism of others, how to be patient with ourselves, and how to make the decision to champion ourselves. This conversation was so meaningful and full of inspiration and insight and I'm so excited to share it with you. Frankie is just a wonderful communicator and positive light and I loved talking with her so much.__About Frankie Kounouho:Frankie Kounouho is an International Coaching Federation, Master Level Certified Professional Coach. She works virtually and in person at The Space Wellness/Yoga Sanctuary in Cave Creek, Arizona, where she helps individuals reclaim their confidence by mastering their mindset and conquering depression naturally. Outside of coaching, Frankie enjoys yoga, pilates, travelling, and curling up with a great book.__Resources mentioned in this episode: “Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It” by Kamal Ravikant__Learn more about Frankie Kounouho:Website: MBTCoaching.orgInstagramFacebookLinkedInLearn more about Dr. Michelle Tubman and Wayza Health:Website: www.wayzahealth.comFollow me on Facebook and InstagramEmail Michelle: michelle@wayzahealth.com

Sometimes when you meet a person you sense a little something that sets them apart from the gen pop. The way they carry, or present, themselves - maybe a clear sense of comfort in a room full of senior members, the assortment of military tattoos unashamedly inking across the forearms, the dogged determination demonstrated every time they are presented with opposition. Tori sits down with Babes Golf Founder Alex Andersen, and Dobson Ranch Golf Course instructor Natalie Farahani.  Listen in as Alex and Natalie join us to answer listener questions and give their best tips on playing and planning golf events on a budget, and how to deal with feeling intimidated as a female golfer when entering this new world!  Key Takeaways ●      (8:38) Finding Clubs on a Budget as a Beginner: You don't need the latest and greatest toys to grow as a player. Sporting goods stores such as Golf Mart in San Diego and 2nd Swing in Arizona can offer you a decent beginner or used set of clubs. You can get by just fine with a wedge, a 7, an 8, and a driver. And while it may not be the most exciting activity, just practicing your putting on a regular basis makes a big difference to your golf game in the long run. ●      (16:02) Lessons on a Budget. A coach doesn't need to have trained a bunch of pros to be considered high-quality. If you're on a budget, the best kind of coach is one who you feel comfortable around. More coaches are offering the first lesson for free. Shop around and find the right match, because trust and relatability goes a long way. ●      (21:25) Rounds and Courses on a Budget: Consider joining one of the smaller clubs in your area. They may not have the greatest views, but it isn't difficult to find reasonable deals relative to what you'll find at the more prestigious courses. In Arizona, you can get city passes at Encanto 18, Cave Creek, Aguila, Palo Verde, which give you discounts on green fees. ●      (28:16) Hosting Events on a Budget: A growing number of golf courses are eager to see more women on the green. Connecting with these clubs and sharing your vision-mission with them can do wonders when it comes to keeping event costs down. ●      (29:52) Plan early morning or early evening lessons. Most people have to navigate busy schedules to fit golf into their lives. Many golf enthusiasts are moms with full-time jobs. Try looking for coaches that do night training and driving ranges that are open late. Also note that a lot of courses offer junior golf programs. ●      (35:32) In a man's world, knowing your golf game is vital. It can be really intimidating as a first-timer to begin your golf journey. It's natural, and everyone goes through it. The best thing you can do is get familiar with the process and your own golf game as soon as possible. When you're looking at a country club, ask the women there how the culture is before making a decision.  Connect with Our Guest: Alex Andersen: BabesGolf Website | Instagram Natalie Farahani: Instagram Subscribe to our FREE Female Golfer Facebook Group: First T Crew [Behind the Scenes of Women's Golf]  Get in touch! Tristan Petricca, originator and CEO of Sojourn Properties LLC, has always had a passion for helping others. As a twenty-seven year old, he started his first venture in digital marketing and since then has developed two more companies based in California which advise small business owners on market strategies to promote and sell their specific goods and services. His focus on having a strong Internet presence has helped many struggling companies navigate the complex world of website development that ultimately connects potential customers/clients with their businesses. Tristan's passion for business development emanates from a family of business owners and entrepreneurs who started a journey of their own through hard work and dedication. His family values and code of ethics is the rudder that has steered his companies' abilities to compete fairly and with integrity in the workplace. As a testament to that passion, Tristan's grandfather, Basilio Petricca immigrated to New York from Italy at the age of 16, unaccompanied, and knowing no English. He carried a small backpack and a big dream; that one day he would have his own company. In 1936 Petricca Construction was founded with the humblest of equipment, a wheelbarrow and a shovel. Over the course of many years, the company grew under the leadership and vision of Basilio's three sons, Peter, Basil, and Robert. Following great educations, years of strategic planning and the hiring of an outside board of directors, the evolution of Petricca Construction into Petricca Industries was inevitable as new phases of business, as well as new markets, opened the door to many years of growth and success. Tristan's father, Robert, the youngest son, spent 30 years at the helm, retiring in 2007. In addition to the technical aspects of business development, aesthetics play a supporting role in Tristan's latest venture, Sojourn Properties LLC. Art and interior design were and still are his mother's passion and business which inspired a sensibility in him. His regard for interior and exterior space adds a special dimension to what Sojourn Properties offers as surroundings must be safe, pleasant, and functional. Each property must meet or exceed these criteria to be part of the Sojourn family. While Sojourn has evolved from his heritage and DNA, he aspires to build this new venture to a level that benefits property owners and guests alike. Tristan lives in Cave Creek, Arizona with his wife Rachel, their son, and their three pets. He coaches boys' lacrosse at Cactus Shadows High School as well as in the Cave Creek Youth Lacrosse program. He is a competitive pistol and 3-gun shooter and enjoys playing sports including lacrosse, ice hockey, and golf.   Get in touch: https://www.sojournaz.com/about-us/

How do you identify synchronicities when you see them? Perhaps more importantly, what do they all mean?   Today, we take a look at how you can use the power of co-creation (not manipulation) to manifest what you desire and develop a daily practice of awareness so that you can tap into this divine guidance.    We also share some specific examples of how these kinds of synchronicities have manifested in our own lives, how we have put these tools and techniques to the test, and what we mean when we say that patience is faith in action.   Synchronicities are a powerful wink from the universe, telling you that you're on the right track. Sometimes, we must dig deep into our subconscious and bring our fears to awareness before we can co-create with vibrations of love and keep our hearts open enough to receive those messages!    Topics discussed in this episode:   The synchronicity of numbers and how to interpret them Tuning into your divine plan Allowing the precision of co-creation to work for you Why you can't force the life force! We normally end the day at a private location where the Patron Members enjoyed a catered dinner by Law Abiding Biker Media!  We look forward to doing a Patron Meetup Ride on our next summer trip.   NEW FREE VIDEO RELEASED: Harley-Davidson Sena 50s, 30K, Apple Car Play, Boom Box Infotainment System-Compatibility Issues! Official Website: https://www.lawabidingbiker.com In this episode, I'm joined by Lurch and Patron Member Brad Johnston. Harley Davidson sent us their entire Empire Collection for review.  We reviewed the collection and then decided to give it away to a mid-level and above Patreon member.  Brad was the winner.  Check out our video review here.  The Empire Collection is a well-designed collection in which all the pieces play well with each other.  It is available in chrome, black, and machine cut.  The machine cut is black with chrome highlights and is the collection Brad received.  The Empire Collection is modern looking and updated the look of Brad's bike without being over-the-top.   SUPPORT US AND SHOP IN THE OFFICIAL LAW ABIDING BIKER STORE We also talk about the S&S Cycles cam chest upgrade kit Brad recently installed in his 2017 Road Glide Special.  Popeye bought a 465 cam kit for his 2019 Street Glide Special after talking to Brad.  We installed the installation on Popeye's bike, and of course, we filmed it.  Keep an eye out for that video on our YouTube Channel.   CHECK OUT OUR HUNDREDS OF FREE HELPFUL VIDEOS ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND SUBSCRIBE! As usual, we got off topic and into some good old biker talk.  For us, this is the fun part of these podcasts.   NEW FREE VIDEO RELEASED: The New 2022 Harley Nightster! Bang or Bust?

Today we briefly revisit a story we covered in Killafornia Dreaming's first year before we get into today's story.  Both cases involve bad husbands with even worse attempts at covering their tracks.  Two men who decided murder was a better option than divorce - Vincent Brothers and Earl Morris.  Brothers was a bit more elaborate than Morris' attempt at getting away with murder...and Morris...his attempted cover up of his wife's disappearance was almost as bad as his attempted cover up of his male pattern balding.  LINKS: Patreon:  https://www.patreon.com/killaforniapodPayPal:  https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/killaforniapodMerchandise:  https://killaforniadreamingpodcast.threadless.com/Website:  https://killaforniadreamingpodcast.buzzsprout.com/Facebook Group:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/1296620370450345/Facebook Page:  https://www.facebook.com/killaforniadreamingInstagram:  https://www.instagram.com/killaforniadreamingpod/?hl=enTwitter:  https://twitter.com/killaforniapodEmail:  killaforniapod@gmail.comSOURCES:https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/32909037/clyde-b-williamshttps://www.magazinefeatures.co.za/event/en/1/1638896.162715/HUSBAND+SHOOTS+WIFE+IN+BED+AND+THEN+BURNS+HER+BODY+ON+THEIR+BOAThttps://forensicfilesnow.com/index.php/tag/ruby-morris/https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1992-03-05-me-4760-story.htmlhttps://corrections.az.gov/public-resources/inmate-datasearchhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KMA-2l1nZA

Official Website: https://www.lawabidingbiker.com This is part two of a two-part series and is all about our 2021 West Coast motorcycle trip. In June 2021, members of Law Abiding Biker™ Media along with members of the Sworn Few LEMC embarked on a 9-day, 2019-mile, 4-state cross-country motorcycle trip. This trip would take us out of Washington State and into Oregon, California, and Nevada. We stayed over in cities such as Newport, Oregon, Eureka, California, San Fransisco, California, Lake Tahoe, California, and Diamond Lake, Oregon. You can find the Harley-Davidson Ride Plan HERE.  We took a day trip from San Fransisco to Santa Cruz, California which turned out to be a great ride and a lot of fun.  You can find the Harley-Davidson Ride Plan HERE.  There will be a motorcycle documentary film released later this year on this entire trip and experience! SEE ALL LAW ABIDING BIKER MEDIA DOCUMENTARY FILMS HERE! During our West Coast trip, we met up with our beloved Patron Members outside of Placerville, California.  We usually meet up with our Patrons for a day ride.  This year, our Patrons traveled with us for part of our trip. They joined us from Placerville to Lake Tahoe where we enjoyed some food and drink at a local park.   Our Patron Members support us financially, so we can continue to help as many bikes as we can worldwide. Of course, our Patron Members get benefits and exclusive access such as meetups like this. There was an awesome day ride prepared for the members. We all met up in the morning and we all went on a beautiful day ride together. We had plenty of time to visit and get to know each other on a more personal level. We ended the day at a private location where the Patron Members enjoyed a catered dinner by Law Abiding Biker Media!. We ate, drank, and visited and it was a great time. SUPPORT US AND SHOP IN THE OFFICIAL LAW ABIDING BIKER STORE We visited many places and saw a ton of great country on our West Coast motorcycle trip.
