In this episode, I sit down with Kelly Grace Mae to discuss the rollercoaster of her twenties, moving out of survival mode, and starting to feel the pressure of having kids as she approaches thirty. We talk about having ADHD and struggling with executive functioning, feeling childlike, and Kelly's experience with losing her partner at twenty years old. She shares how she moved through grief, how she met her husband after that turbulent period, and how they have kept her former partner's memory alive.
