All My Friends with Justin Flaskerud

 Ali and i went to high school together, i am a few years older than her and I don't think we talked to each until after I graduated high school. Ali talks about growing up on a ranch, family life and moving around to a couple different states after high school but ending up back in Laramie years later.  

This epidode is about the best Wrestling Tag team ever and a few other topics that are about tag team wrestling. the guests are Marcus, Ty, Jeff and Jimbo. Some of greatest wrestling mind I know.

I went school with Jeremy from 8th grade threw high school. We had around three hundred Students in our graduating class at Laramie High School so i didn't know Jeremy all that well until this episode. I played Football with Jeremy for a couple of years and I thought he was a pretty good football player, but he stopped playing after our sophomore year. You will find out why he stopped playing football in this episode. 

I am pretty sure I met Callie when I was DJing At Lovejoy's or the Buckhorn in Laramie Wyoming, we had some mutual friends back in the day.  I learned so much about Callie, like I do with most guest, including growing up in a small town,  working in Jails, Her journey to get a college degree to her trip to Australia

During the late 90's i worked at a Summer Camp called Camp Echo. I had a blast working there and it open my mind up to a world beyond what I knew. I meet a lot of great people and made a lot of great friends and it lead me to living in New for 3 and ½ years. Michael was one of those people I met at the camp and we became friends and with the help of facebook we stayed in touch. He is  also the first person that went and worked at Camp Echo that has been on this podcast.

I was totally blown away by all the accomplishments that Bridget has achieved in the Theater and Dance World, and I am sure there are many more to come.  If You are a fan or interested Theater and Dance, this episode is for you. 

When I first met Shawn, I would have never guessed that he would have a military career when we got older. During the interview you will fill you in on why he signed up and who influenced him in his decision.

 Music is such a wonderful thing, I have made so many friendships from music, from being a DJ and going to many many shows over the years. Matty is one of those people that I meet through music. Today's guests are a few of my friends that are pro wrestling fans. Two sets of siblings, 1 former pro wrestler and a female wresting fan plus a few other guys. Being a long time DJ and now an internet radio station owner has led me to meeting interesting people and acquiring some great friends, Pat is one of them. This interview is different from the normal history of the guest's life because we are starting in the middle of Ellen's life, with a life changing moment that lead to big adventures.  

I definitely learned a lot about Kyle in this episode from him growing up in Fort Collins to becoming a snow powder hound, plus I learned a few terms and sayings as well. You will here me point them out in the episode.

I went school with Traci in Laramie but we didn't get to know each other until high school when we were apart of a school club. It was very interesting to hear where Traci's life took her after graduating from Laramie High School and the University of Wyoming. 

I have met so many great and interesting people as a DJ, and Genna was one of them. It was so much fun catching up with Genna since i last saw her many years ago. 

It was a lot of fun catching up with Ashley and hearing about where life took her since I knew her as the Freshman neighbor girl in the Cheerleading uniform that walked to the bus stop. Yes we lived on the same street in our younger years but didn't become friend until later in life

I went to school with Sydra from 8th grade to graduating high school with her. We didn't run in the same circles but knew of each other mostly through sports. I knew I wanted Sydra on the show after we started working together on our 30th high school reunion. She has some good energy and an infectious personality. 

I learned so much about Guy during the interview and so will you. He went from being a ranch kid on the plains of Colorado to playing in NFL Europe to co-founding a marking company

Reese and I talk about many things from him growing up in Gillette Wyoming and the twist and turns in his life to him living in Colorado.

Robbie is my first friend that I met through my radio station CBJRadio.com, you may have heard of it. If not please take a listen, I think you will like it.  We do explain how we became friends during the interview. Robbie has lived a very interesting life from growing up in Canada to working for an airline to finding love in a coffee shop.

I did go to high school with Kristin but she was a sophomore when I was a senior so I don't remember her from those day, just my post high school  days. You will learn all about Kristin from going up in a rural house to meeting her husband on a blind date. 

You will learn that Barry and I went to school together, 8th grade through high school and were at the University of Wyoming at the same time as well. My College dorm Roommate Travis Daniels (episode 72) was good friends with Barry and they later became roommates in college. So I saw him quite a bit, but then we all graduate and lost track of each other, no facebook back then so it was great to hear what happen to Barry after College.  

Nick is another great friend that I met through music, he is the first guest from Georgia on the show. We talk about his life, music and a bit of religion. 

I went to high school with Michele, she is a few years young than me so I really didn't get to know her until our college years. During that time she became an assistant manager at McDonald's and my friends would grill her about working there and what it would take to own a McDonald's franchise. As you will learn she did not go down the path to becoming a McDonald's franchise owner, she became a lawyer. 

Marc has lived an interesting life from growing up on a ranch to Bull fighting on the Rodeo scene to studying pharmacy for a bit. 

Austin and I are huge pro wrestling fans and we do talk about it and how we became fans.  I did learned a lot more about Austin doing this interview and we have know each other for nearly 20 years now.    

I have some good memories with Emily from back in the day. I moved back to Laramie in 2003 after spending 3 ½ years in Long Island New York, and needed some good friends to help me get over a divorce. Emily was part of that circle because she was married to one of my friends from the broadcasting world.

I can't remember the last time i saw Amanda face to face so it was great catching up with here and learning all about her life.  Amanda has live a very interesting life from being born in Massachusetts, to moving all around the US with some time in Wyoming and finally settling down in Colorado.   

Tonya and went to school together in Laramie Wyoming, back in the day, she is a year younger than me. We have so many friends in common and run in to each other in Laramie every so often. Tonya is also a esthetician and has a spa in Laramie call Tonic Salon. 

I have know Brett for a very long time and we have many funny and interesting experience together. We cover so many subjects in this episode including 90s music. 

Justin has had a very interesting life from growing up with 2 older brothers and when it came to studying and comprehending information in Justin's younger year, it was more challenging than most people experienced.         

It's hard to believe that I haven't seen Rae Anne in person for over 25 years, she was such a staple at social events in my early 20s, then she was off to the east coast to start a life changing adventure.  As you will learn in this interview Rae Ann is a fellow podcaster, her podcast is called Balance, Fit and Free and you can find it on all the major podcasting platforms. 

you will hear in this episode I went to school with Kurt and he was one of the first people of my age I met in Laramie, when I moved from Gresham Oregon to Laramie at the age of 13. We both lived on Arnold street in Laramie and a lot has changed in that neighborhood and our lives since we lived there.  

If you grew up in Laramie you have probably heard the Names Deti, the high school stadium is called John Deti Stadium. John Deti Sr and John Deti Jr coached football for Laramie high school for decades and were very successful at it. I played for John Deti Jr in the early 90s and he shaped my life more than I truly know. So just imagine growing up a Deti and having all that history attached to your last name. 

You will learn in this episode I played high school football against Lee in High School and then he went on to play for the Wyoming Cowboys.  I thought it was pretty cool that a guy i played against got a scholarship to play football at UW and was very successful on that level, he even got drafted to the NFL.   

 It is so fun catching up with friends I went to college with and seeing what their experiences were like at the university of Wyoming. You will learn in this episode how drew got in to broadcasting and how it took one comment from a TV station supervisor to change his career path. 

You will learn in this episode that sometimes a major change in life can lead to bigger and better opportunities. Leslie has seen the world and it's great to hear how someone from Laramie has accomplished so much with their life. 

Martha Reisch and I had a lot of fun in our 20s at the university of Wyoming, our paths did cross when her roommate dated the lead singer of a Laramie band( Medicine Tree), and that band would practice at my buddies apartment in  downtown Laramie, Those days are kind of blurry to me but you will learn in this episode how mine and Martha's paths crossed again later in life. 

It had been way too long since I last saw and talked to Travis and I was excited to do this interview. As you will learn Travis and I move to Laramie from other towns, me in 8th grade and him in 10th grade. Our high school was pretty big for a Wyoming High school, our graduating class was around 300 people so I didn't know Travis that well but I knew of him. We became better friends in college.   

Eve and I went to school together in Laramie Wyoming(Jr high, high school and college). we didn't run in the same circles but knew each other. You will learn that Eve explored the world before ending up in New York as a university professor. We have a lot of relatable experiences working in higher learning but different paths got us in to our respective fields.

Kody and I went to school together well from 8th grade on in Laramie I don't remember having any classes with Kody but he was an athletic trainer and I played sports so our paths crossed many times.  Kody also grew up with one of my best friends Rey White(episode 4), so I have heard some stories of the their younger years and well it was time to get him on the show.

Bevy is a friend I made in 2021 through another friend. I didn't know much about Bevy, but I learned so much about her during the interview, from Her small town beginnings to her beat a major health issue.  

I learned a lot about Erika during the interview, we were both pretty dedicated to sports in High School so we hung out in some of the same athlete circles, but I really didn't get to know her then.  I think it was are class reunions when I got to know her more and when I started this podcast, she was a guest I wanted to have on the show

Tory was a broadcasting major at UW, a major that is no longer available…that shocks me still in this world of podcasts and youtube. As you will find out Tory took his broadcasting skills in the world of Hollywood production and things took off from there.

A mom, a wife, a realtor and a fun friend to hang out with.  Get to know more about Effie from being born a Texan to growing up most of her life in Laramie Wyoming.

Tyler is from Kaycee Wyoming (population 263) and has a had a very interesting path to living and working in San Juan, Puerto as a chiropractor.      

I love talking to sibling of my good friends because you get the other side of some of the stories you heard most of your friendship. Paul story has very similar to other interviews where he was born in the same town he lives in now but life took to many different places to get him back to his home town again.

Kile spent a lot of his youth moving around from different towns in his life. Our paths have crossed at many different points in our lives mostly around Lovejoy's bar and grill in Laramie.
