This week on Kliq This, Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver settle into a wild mix of stories, opinions, and observations that only these two can deliver. The episode opens with a look at the shifting landscape of TV and wrestling distribution, which sends the conversation down a path that blends media changes with Kevin's dry, cutting perspective on how the business is adapting. It sets a tone that everything is on the table today. As the show gets moving, Kevin drifts into a run of personal stories that are funny, sharp, and sometimes unbelievable. A CPAP repair visit turns into a reflection on age. A routine oil change becomes a miniature saga about wiper blades and tire pressure. Long drives in the snow transform into beer math, cops in the rearview, and Kevin explaining how 18 beers somehow equals a quarter of the way to intoxicated. These stories flow fast, and they go places only Kevin can take them. From there, the conversation shifts into the world of wrestling. Kevin breaks down the physical reality of entrances, ring conditioning, performance rituals, and the small details most fans never get to hear. The talk deepens as they move to the mystery man from Survivor Series and the current discourse around wrestlers blowing up during matches. Kevin offers perspective that can only come from decades inside the ring and backstage. The episode also features a run of stories about legends like Harley Race and Andre, memories from the road, and reflections on working styles across generations. There are surprising detours involving stem cell treatments, Mad Men production errors, the structure of episodic wrestling, and what happens when you find yourself backstage with wrestlers who still believe in ritual and rhythm. Every few minutes brings something new that you did not see coming. By the end, the show swings from humor to industry insight to cultural commentary with a pace that feels effortless. Kevin and Sean move between TNA announcements, JCW talk, questions about who belongs under a hooded mask, and even a stark discussion about class and race in America. It is a heavy, hilarious, surprising, and wide ranging conversation that captures exactly why Kliq This remains one of the most unpredictable shows in wrestling media. Wrestling Soup: WarGames 2025 - The "Vision" is BlurryJoe Numbas, Anthony, and Jon Draper (@iamjondraper @spitball_media) break down a chaotic night at Petco Park where cages were locked, legends were embarrassed, and masked men ruined the finish. We're NOT a wrestling show, we're a show that happens to witness John Cena get hit in the yam bag.Women's WarGames (The "Nostalgia" Pop): AJ Lee proves she can still go (and make people tap), Iyo Sky attempts to murder herself with a trash can dive, and Team Ripley picks up the win over Team "Why is Lash Legend here?".The Retirement Tour Detour: John Cena does the honors for Dominik Mysterio. We discuss the "passing of the torch" (or just passing of the heat) and whether Dom actually needs the Intercontinental Title.Liv Morgan's "Shocking" Return: The swerve that wasn't really a swerve. Liv returns, teases a face turn, and immediately low-blows Cena. The Judgment Day soap opera continues forever.Stephanie Vaquer vs. Nikki Bella: A match that happened. Vaquer retains the Women's World Title, and we question if the "Bella Army" still has any recruits left in 2025.Men's WarGames (Old Guard vs. The Vision): The "Bloodline & Friends" reunion tour hits a wall. Brock Lesnar collects a massive paycheck to throw a few suplexes, and The Vision (Breakker, Reed, McIntyre, Logan Paul) actually gets the win.The Masked Man Mystery: Who helped Bron Breakker pin CM Punk? Was it Seth? Austin Theory? We fantasy book the worst possible options and complain about interference finishes in a cage match.Final Thoughts: Was this "Cinema" or just a very long episode of Raw with a fence?Listen to the show that HAPPENS to talk about wrestling.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/wrestling-soup--1425249/support.

The 2025 Survivor Series: WarGames, also promoted as Survivor Series: WarGames San Diego, was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) and livestreaming event produced by WWE. It was the 39th annual Survivor Series and took place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Petco Park in San Diego, California, and held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. This was the fourth annual Survivor Series based around the WarGames match, a team-based steel cage match where the roofless cage surrounds two rings placed side by side. Four matches were contested at the event, including two WarGames matches. In the main event, which was a men's WarGames match, Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, and The Vision (Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed) defeated CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso), while in the women's WarGames match, which was the opening bout, AJ Lee, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, Iyo Sky, and Rhea Ripley defeated Becky Lynch, Lash Legend, Nia Jax, and The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) by submission. The event also featured the return of Liv Morgan.Hosted by Ausha. See ausha.co/privacy-policy for more information.

Jey Uso picked up a big win over The Miz, which sparked discussion about why Miz—Cena's most frequent opponent—wasn't included in the legend's retirement tour. Meanwhile, Rusev stunned Damien Priest, and Matt Cardona (formerly Zack Ryder) made his surprise return as a mystery challenger before falling to LA Knight, just as #FBCBeKnowin predicted. Is Cardona officially on his way back to WWE? Sheamus toppled Nakamura, while upcoming matches include GUNTHER vs. Je'Von Evans and Solo Sikoa vs. a mystery opponent on Raw, plus Carmelo Hayes vs. Bronson Reed and Penta vs. Finn Balor on SmackDown. The crew debates who got “snubbed” from the tournament after Cena captured the Intercontinental Championship to become a certified Grand Slam Champion. Attention then turns to Survivor Series War Games, with predictions nearly finalized. Team Punk—CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, The Usos, and a mystery partner—are slated to face The Vision's crew of Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and another TBA. Bang's bold call: Damien Priest joins Team Punk while Aleister Black aligns with The Vision. Could Lesnar and Reigns return to shake up the card? And more importantly… do we care? Women's War Games is heating up as Nikki Bella's shocking heel turn against Stephanie Vaquer sets the stage: Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Alexa Bliss, and two TBD teammates take on Nia Jax, Lash Legend, and The Kabuki Warriors. Meanwhile, SmackDown may stage a classic 5-on-5 Survivor Series Elimination match featuring MFT versus Sami Zayn, Rey Fenix, Nakamura, and The Motor City Machine Guns.

NXT Halloween Havoc Review and More! Andrew Zarian is back with the latest Sunday edition of Wrestling Observer Live, talking about the latest news in professional wrestling. With a busy weekend of wrestling, I break down all the shows, including NXT Halloween Havoc, which featured an unexpected win in the women's division, a very good Lucha-style match with Ethan Page, and the return of the Hardys to NXT in a match that didn't live up to the expectations they led you to believe. I break down AEW Collision as a continuation of the story between Hangman Page and Samoa Joe, leading up to Full Gear. Additionally, I discuss the development of the women's division as they get ready to crown AEW Women's Tag Team Champions. AAA Heroes Inmortales took place last night, featuring Dominic Mysterio retaining the AAA Mega Championship. I talk about how he is positioned to be one of the biggest stars in WWE for years to come. Plus, a preview of upcoming shows, including AEW Dynamite, next weekend's Saturday Night Main Event, and IYO Sky's wins in Japan. All this and more!
