AND THE BEST PICTURE IS... is a weekly podcast free for all where host Scott Thomas and one special guest pick one new bright and shiny film release...then arbitrarily award  it the Best Picture Oscar. Crazy? Maybe! But as they stir up trade paper buzz, establish montage moments, and pick apart Oscar winners past, they'll remake the prestige canon and have tons of fun doing it. So retire your side, Robert Redford; there are new gatekeepers now.
