In this bonus episode, Henry K and Sia tackle the pressing need for accountability and authenticity within the reggae community, lamenting the lost opportunities for meaningful dialogue and action due to the pervasive influence of gatekeeping practices in digital spaces. They recount instances of censorship, such as the removal of petitions advocating for justice for Peter Tosh, which highlight the disconnection between reggae's cultural origins and its contemporary representation. The conversation culminates in a passionate assertion of the importance of reclaiming reggae's narrative from those who seek to profit from it while neglecting its foundational truths. Ultimately, the episode serves not only as a critique of the current state of reggae media but also as a rallying cry for fans, artists, and advocates to champion the voices and stories that have historically been marginalized, thereby ensuring that reggae's legacy remains vibrant and true to its roots. We know it's a short show this week, but we will back in 2 weeks. Bless for the support. In this episode, Hazel welcomes Talos researcher Ashley Shen to discuss the evolution of initial access brokers (IABs) and the importance of distinguishing between different types of IABs. We talk about the need for a new taxonomy to categorize IABs into three types: financially motivated (FIA), state-sponsored (SIA), and opportunistic (OIA) initial access groups. This taxonomy aims to improve threat modeling and defense strategies by providing a clearer understanding of the motivations and behaviors of different IABs.Ā For more details, check out the blog that Ashley co-authored with other Talos researchers https://blog.talosintelligence.com/redefining-initial-access-brokers/

Take a minute to fill out our listener survey! It helps us get better sponsors and make the show even more your vibe."I just want to point out we're already 40 minutes in and we're not done with Pyramid. Guys the tea is hot the season." It certainly says something that the first episode of Season 4B is so am packed with things to talk about that we still had to cover this episode over two weeks! But don't fret our little Bitchettes, because we have more behind the scenes to talk about than ever before thanks to the Producer's notes being leaked back in the day. So if you didn't think our tea was hot enough already as is then you haven't seen anything yet. And "Double the Moms, Double the Trouble" is an episode you'll want the tea for as things quickly heat up with the Select Team.Christy emerges as an annoying voice of reason amongst the new moms, in that she's right about everything but can't find a way not to be annoying! In the previous competition Abby meddled with the scoring so that Chloe would lose, and only Christy seems to find that odd. The rest of the Select Moms are more concerned Abby hasn't gotten rid of Christy, and Tami insists her daughter is ready to take Sarah H's solo if Abby changes her mind. In turn Christy insists that she and Tami throw hands and a fight ensues. things get messy fairly quickly, but do they get kicked out of the ALDC or get the cops called on them? Of course not! If Abby is consistent about one thing it's being inconsistent with how she applies the the ALDC rules.QuotesāKelly, could you not file your toenails on the podcast?!" (10:51-10:55 | Christi)āLater on in life I become friends with Traci and she is so mad that I called her Frumpelstiltskin on national television!ā (24:55-25:02 | Christi)āI don't think Sia would have been thrilled having Abby be there on set." (31:03-31:07 | Kelly)āBecause they had a fist fight the Producers didn't need a fight that day. So we didn't have to work! It was the greatest day of my life!" 05/04/2025 Rev. Paul Bang Nehemiah 7:5-73 Ā Ā 5Ā Then my God put it into my heart to assemble the nobles and the officials and the people to be enrolled by genealogy. And they had 245 singers, male and female.Ā 68Ā Their horses were 736, their mules 245,Ā 69Ā their camels 435, and their donkeys 6,720. 70Ā Now some of the heads of fathers' houses gave to the work. TheĀ governor gave to the treasury 1,000 daricsĀ of gold, 50 basins, 30 priests' garments and 500 minasĀ of silver.Ā 71Ā And some of the heads of fathers' houses gave into the treasury of the work 20,000 darics of gold and 2,200 minas of silver.Ā 72Ā And what the rest of the people gave was 20,000 darics of gold, 2,000 minas of silver, and 67 priests' garments. 73Ā So the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, some of the people, the temple servants, and all Israel, lived in their towns. And when the seventh month had come, the people of Israel were in their towns.

This time around, we have a bit of a different format, featuring the book that started it all for me, The 4-Hour Workweek. Readers and listeners often ask me what I would change or update, but an equally interesting question is: what wouldn't I change? What stands the test of time and hasn't lost any potency? This episode features two of the most important chapters from the audiobook of The 4-Hour Workweek. The chapters push you to defend your scarce attentionāone by saying no to people, the other by saying no to excess information.Sponsors:David Protein Bars 28g of protein, 150 calories, and 0g of sugar: https://davidprotein.com/tim (Buy 4 cartons, get the 5th free.)Our Place's Titanium Always PanĀ® Pro using nonstick technology that's coating-free and made without PFAS, otherwise known as āForever Chemicalsā: https://fromourplace.com/tim (Shop their Spring Sale today!)AG1 all-in-one nutritional supplement: https://DrinkAG1.com/Tim (1-year supply of Vitamin D (and 5 free AG1 travel packs) with your first subscription purchase.)*For show notes and past guests on The Tim Ferriss Show, please visit tim.blog/podcast.For deals from sponsors of The Tim Ferriss Show, please visit tim.blog/podcast-sponsorsSign up for Tim's email newsletter (5-Bullet Friday) at tim.blog/friday.For transcripts of episodes, go to tim.blog/transcripts.Discover Tim's books: tim.blog/books.Follow Tim:Twitter: twitter.com/tferriss Instagram: instagram.com/timferrissYouTube: youtube.com/timferrissFacebook: facebook.com/timferriss LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/timferrissPast guests on The Tim Ferriss Show include Jerry Seinfeld, Hugh Jackman, Dr. Jane Goodall, LeBron James, Kevin Hart, Doris Kearns Goodwin, Jamie Foxx, Matthew McConaughey, Esther Perel, Elizabeth Gilbert, Terry Crews, Sia, Yuval Noah Harari, Malcolm Gladwell, Madeleine Albright, Cheryl Strayed, Jim Collins, Mary Karr, Maria Popova, Sam Harris, Michael Phelps, Bob Iger, Edward Norton, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Neil Strauss, Ken Burns, Maria Sharapova, Marc Andreessen, Neil Gaiman, Neil de Grasse Tyson, Jocko Willink, Daniel Ek, Kelly Slater, Dr. Peter Attia, Seth Godin, Howard Marks, Dr. BrenĆ© Brown, Eric Schmidt, Michael Lewis, Joe Gebbia, Michael Pollan, Dr. Jordan Peterson, Vince Vaughn, Brian Koppelman, Ramit Sethi, Dax Shepard, Tony Robbins, Jim Dethmer, Dan Harris, Ray Dalio, Naval Ravikant, Vitalik Buterin, Elizabeth Lesser, Amanda Palmer, Katie Haun, Sir Richard Branson, Chuck Palahniuk, Arianna Huffington, Reid Hoffman, Bill Burr, Whitney Cummings, Rick Rubin, Dr. Vivek Murthy, Darren Aronofsky, Margaret Atwood, Mark Zuckerberg, Peter Thiel, Dr. Gabor MatĆ©, Anne Lamott, Sarah Silverman, Dr. Andrew Huberman, and many more.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

The Old Xtina of "Back To Basics" was gone and she's feeling brand new, embracing a futuristic and experimental electronic-pop chapter. 2010 was an epic year for our Caggie Aggie, not only was the new mum back stronger and sexier than ever with a new album but she's also making her film lead role debut with "Burlesque" (Has anybody looked up the air rights?) Joel and David pick things up in 2008 where Our Cagz was starting her new musical journey with the single for her Greatest Hits, 'Keeps Gettin Better'. From there begins the two-year voyage into "Bionic" with an eclectic, "crotch-stirringly exciting cast of collaborators" * that include Sia, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A., Peaches, Le Tigre, Ladytron, Santigold, Linda Perry, Tricky Stewart (Beyoncé, Mariah), Ester Dean (Rihanna), Polow Da Don (Ciara, Fergie), Claude Kelly (Kelly Clarkson, Jessie J) and more. From sex positive bangers like 'Woohoo' to strutting anthems like 'Prima Donna', 'Glam' and 'Vanity', through to left-field electronic-pop experiments ('Elastic Love', 'My Girls') and soaring ballads ('You Lost Me', 'Lift Me Up') - this album is definitely Caggie's most ambitious body of work. So let's get glam and hop in our electronic, supersonic rocket set for the year 2010 and make it pop-pop-pop! * = paraphrased from a Digital Spy review by Nick (Live Laugh) Levine Follow Right Back At Ya! https://www.instagram.com/rightbackpod/ https://twitter.com/rightbackpod https://www.facebook.com/rightbackpod Follow Joel https://www.instagram.com/dr_joelb/ https://twitter.com/DR_JoelB Follow David https://www.instagram.com/lovelimmy/ https://twitter.com/lovelimmy Email us rightbackpod@gmail.com
