Diet culture has made losing weight really confusing, conflicting, full of deprivation and just really freaking hard.Once upon a time I wanted to lose weight so badly that i would spend HOURS googling anything I could to figure out how I could lose weight and fast. I because so overwhelmed with conflicting information so I tried everything. It was really discouraging when everything failed and I'd end up in a binge. I felt like there was something wrong with me.Through my recovery and education I have learned some truths about what it takes to truly lose weight and be healthy.
