ROC is back with our weekly Podcast along with our brand new Podcast host Shane Fredricks! This week the crew talks about struggling with our self-image and viewing ourselves the way that God views us.
It's the final podcast of the academic year which means that graduation is just around the corner. Each year ROC says "good-bye" to a group of seniors even as we are preparing to welcome in a new class of freshmen. Transition is a part of the life cycle of the ministry, but that doesn't always mean it's easy. Join the ROC crew this week as we discuss some of the changes happening and how we can not only trust God during these times, but even learn and grow from them.

College students are some of the busiest people we know. How can busy people manage to maintain meaningful connections with God and his people in the midst of such a hectic time of life?
This week the ROC crew discusses an issue that hits close to home for a lot of us. Isolation and loneliness. Why is prolonged isolation bad for us and how can our faith communities be an important part of helping people get through times of loneliness? With graduation fast approaching, students are thinking about transitioning from college to careers. For many it's a time to put all of their gifts, abilities, and education to use in their careers. It's also a great time to consider how God may be using these exact same things to grow the Kingdom.
There is plenty of bad advice when it comes to college being the time to make dumb decisions, live wildly, and "find yourself", but what if it were possible to actually get the most out of college while growing in your faith?
