If no one close to a man or the man himself isn’t on the edge of death it’s hard to motivate a man. If you aren’t doing one of the 3 fs (feeding, financing, or f-ing) me then don’t look for me to motivate you. I bring RJ to the table to discuss the mental side of men & their self motivational mindset. ig @therealrjwright
This has been a week for me. Finding peace, creating joyous moments, creating my own space has been a challenge because I am a people pleaser especially to my family. Somewhere somebody came up with “owing”.

Leaving NY left me in tears just because I met so many people in the pursuit of their dreams. They were also having fun doing it. My rant of sorrow of having to leave my dream behind echo to so many people. You’ll be surprised how you inspire others. In the nick of time these people did just that for me.
What started off as a bet end up being a dilemma for me. Being the “I am what I say I am” kinda person and life making me sway from that made this bet a lot harder. I’m a strong believer in black love until I came to NY. Yikes!
Issa Quickie!!!! Do you have to compromise your freedom in a relationship? This quickie is about compromising your joy and peace for your mate or balancing it out. I’m pretty selfish at the moment, but check it out. Some of y’all understands the need to be selfish, or are selfish in order to love yourself.

Growing up Black always meant there was a distinct line between Africans and Blacks. Something us melanin people have created. In this episode you’ll learn that there is really no difference between the two. One has more origin as the other is seeking origin, well not all of us. That alone divides the two. I invited a young King Jason (ig @yungmba) to represent for the African continent who’s roots come from Nigeria, but America born. We speak on customs & traditions.
Self evolution foundation is gratitude. Being grateful for where you came from, where you are, and where you are going in life. Showing gratitude on the journey helps soothe the depression and anxiety.
Excuse my quality this one time, but the content is authentic. Evolve everyday ! I am learning my wants from myself everyday. I’m in elevation mode. Self consistency and self evolution are keys to true self love, healing, and purpose. Don’t be stagnant out here with these nothings.

Twerking and how a man distingush if he’s going to respect you or not goes hand and hand starting in our adolescent years. Maybe even pre adolescences but here’s my (Karnesha) theory on how the two collides.
Listen to the beautiful Ms. Donna joys and pains in raising her son as a single mother.
As children we grow up needing permission to do certain things in life, which then transpire in our adult life without knowing. Well we know that we do not need permission as an adult to do things, but do we know that as an adult we have the permission to be ourselves. Like literally be exactly who you are with your own permission. Ebony and I jump right into our, well mostly hers, black relatable experiences in permitting ourselves to flourish in being who we are.
