We are continuing our series on a renewed Vision for 2020 as we celebrate our 30th year of ministry at Christ Covenant. We have considered many topics in this series as we have sought the Lord to give us a renewed vision. We will now take a deep dive into what it means to have a renewed vision for the gospel.

Join us as we continue our current series, "Renewed Vision for 2020" So far we have sought the Lord to bring renewal in several areas. We will now seek the Lord to bring a renewed vision for generosity. As you study the New Testament you see that the Holy Spirit brought a great movement of generosity to the Early Church.

We are continuing our Renewed Vision for 2020 series by seeking the Lord for a renewed vision for the Word of God. When speaking about the Word of God we are referring to the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments commonly known as the Bible. The Word of God teaches what to believe concerning God, what duty God requires of us, and is the only rule to direct us how we may glorify and enjoy God.

Join us for the third sermon in the Renewed Vision for 2020 Series. We will get a renewed vision for local church ministry. It only takes a short summary of the New Testament to see that the Lord has ordained the local church to be the main instrument of His grace to reach the world with the Gospel and to see people grow in their faith. Let's take a stroll through the New testament to see exactly how that is done.

Join us for the third sermon in the Renewed Vision for 2020 Series as we gain a vision for shepherding the flock. The metaphor of the people of God being sheep under the watchful care of a shepherd is used throughout scripture. In order to understand the metaphor one needs to understand sheep.
