Confessions of my morning cardio
I got engaged during the last rave that I went to. I wanted to share a little bit about that with those who couldn't be there. What I didn't consider was how hard it was going to be to hear what I was saying during my proposal. So, I thought I would share a summary of it with you. There have been a lot of changes going on in my personal life. I've adjusted my training routine in order to make the best use of my time. Life is good, I recently started a new relationship and with that came two wonderful kids. I'm grateful to be in their lives they make me feel like I belong. Other than that, I will be attending EDC. It's important that we actively make adjustment to the things we do everyday. If something isn't working then we have to make the decision to change it. As we see the results that we are looking for then that will provide reassurance that our daily habits are working. It all comes down to our habits. Especially when no one is around, how are we spending our time. Do we actually follow through with our commitments. You can't put this in a pill, it's much more than that. This weekend I really took the time to work on my personal life goals. The hustle doesn't end after our 8 hour shift. It begins when we take charge of the free time we have and use it more productively. I made a few changes to my eating habits and training routine. That has helped me find a more manageable way of doing things. My current plateaus have been broken. With every dip there are also peaks. We are going through a peak right now in many different ways. I finally had the chance to record another episode. I'm happy to be back to provide an update on how things are going. I was able to attend a couple different shows in the past few months. They have been so much fun and they have provided me with purpose. Recently my training has lead me to focus on calisthenics. Something that anybody could work on and build from there. Each type of training has its benefits. And this is one of those things we'd like to focus on right now. Our conscious mind may have its own limitations but when we learn how to bring out the subconscious, then we can truly see our full potential. Its about creating a positive dialogue with ourselves and how we can push through those hard moments together.
I'm currently doing the Summer Sizzle again. This is a great program which I've used to lean out in the past. In this episode I share 3 different forms of cardio to really get you burning those calories. Pushing our body beyond its limits we can also create a pace which influences other facets of our life. With things opening up, its what we need to do to keep up with everything. This time around we will pick up the pace but in a healthy way.

Guys we made it through another year. 2020 felt like it went by so fast. A new year seems to be a collective thought on starting fresh. I hope that we can all take the time to create things we can look forward to. I have taken the time to write some of these things down. I also would like to work on bad habits that I've developed. It's important that we take care of ourselves. Self love is something we could all use more of. Here's to another trip around the sun.
What I've learned from these alternate methods of treatment, is that by giving ourselves the time to feel what is needed. We can work through the pain that we carry. Its not about suppressing our feelings but facing them. They have helped me gain an appreciation of the things that I have. My mind has been reset through seeing things with new eyes. And I've learned to fall in love all over again.
With my many years of experience facing my demons, I had naively misunderstood them. I wrote about them many times after each restless night. Until one day I could come to the realization of what they were trying to teach me. It was an internal battle that brought forth stability and strength. Which then presented itself in this physical world as love and acceptance. To give people a chance once again and learn to open up.
There are ways we can be more productive even from the comfort of our own home. I practice a process in which our ideas can be brought down to earth to be better understood. It takes a few steps which can be done in order to follow through. By writing it down, seeing it, creating a plan and pushing through to the end, you can enjoy its gratifying feeling.
Some of the best conversations that I have, happen on the weekends. They are shared with friends when I finally have a moment to personally talk to them. So I thought I'd bring you along to listen to how some of those conversations might go. It fills my soul and recharges my energy to better take on the week ahead. To feel safe means I can drop my walls and feel whatever there is to feel in that moment. That makes life much easier to handle.

In our journey to better ourselves we may begin doubt the longer we try and stay consistent. How long can we really keep up the momentum? The more we are aware of the more we add onto our plate. Eventually we will hit a breaking point which will test our will. Then and only then will we find the strength and answers that we need to keep us going.
Learning to plan ahead is key to accelerating our progress. It is through our true intention that we create a clear path to work on. By writing down what's in our mind we allow our thoughts to become organized. It is through this writing that we improve in an accelerated manner.
Our happiness is our own responsibility. We cant change people but we are in control of how we use our time and how we react to let downs. When we take charge of our own happiness we will gain confidence by finding out exactly what works for us.
The way we begin our mornings can directly influence the turn out of our day. It is important that we decide what we listen to, read, or write down whatever we would like to focus on. By choosing what is most important for us we will actively work towards our goals. Success comes when we create momentum from the desires, goals, plans and action we follow through on each and every day.
We carry a connection which is more than skin deep to our ancestors. We can learn a lot from them if we just look into who they were and how they lived. Once we have a better understanding of all things as a whole we can then influence our lives and those who come after us.
What is energy? At its most basic form it can be seen as food for our survival but that is only the beginning. We produce energy in other ways that are interconnected with different aspects of us. When we are searching for something outside of us we realize the answer has always been within us.

Fear can be a paralyzing emotion when we want to succeed. It is through many attempts that we finally find what works for us. Sometimes we need to drop our ego and look at the big picture. Success brings genuine joy and provides us with the feeling that it was all worth it.
One of the real world applications from my experience with dreams has been overcoming fears. Dreams can be strange and hard to understand but when they happen so often and they are so vivid we can learn from them. Master your mind from the inside and everything else will follow on the outside.
If it wasn't for my skin affecting me the way that it did in my teenage years I would have never put such an importance on taking care of it. I have learned a lot from cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing and the various forms of treatment. If I only understood this when I was younger I could have prevented and treated my skin in a much more effective way.
