From July 2019 to January 2021 I hosted The Business Show on Lake District Radio, bringing guests onto the show to talk about their businesses. I have now moved to the Monday evening slot of 5-7pm but will still have opportunities to talk to business people from the area. It's all about recycling......this evening I speak with Scott Keenan from Keenan Able Construction about a project to re-use, re-cycle and re-purpose a 45 year old conservatory that they are currently removing from a guesthouse in Windermere.

It's the first Monday of the month so it's food time and we talk to chef Cameron Castle and talk through his recipe for a Chicken Tikka. There's also a quick chat with Anthony Smith from Progression Solicitors who are currently offering 3 hours of free legal advice to Cumbrian businesses.
This evening saw us launch a new show. From now on we will be on air on Lake District Radio every Monday from 5-7pm. A-Z of music, looking back at the charts from this week, and tonight we introduced our first Meal of the Month, chef Cameron Castle gave us a recipe for a starting from scratch Chicken Tikka Curry (with a vegan option) for people to cook at home either this week, or live with us on next weeks show.
