Mattox and Kevlar Kate are battling global warming by taking down three films. First up is the Marilyn Monroe classic, Some Like It Hot, then they crank the thermostat for Heat Wave and things cool back down with Back to the Beach.

We’re not in the army now, but neither were the stars of Commando, GI JOE: Rise of Cobra or Hot Shots Part Deux! That’s right. Kevlar Kate and Mattox have the extra cheese of these military-based films on the newest episode of Earth Nerds Are Cheesy. Arnold vs a steroid raging Freddie Mercury lookalike; GI Joe vs Cobra; Charlie Sheen vs A Mole. We cover it all this week!

Things are all sugar and spice and onions in the eggs as Kevlar Kate and Mattox dish about three of their favorite (John) Candy movies! This week on ENAC, the hosts discuss the recent passing or Carl Reiner before partaking of the Candy buffet that includes The Great Outdoors, Uncle Buck and Wagons East.

It’s trucks and ducks this week on Earth Nerds Are Cheesy. Kevlar Kate and Mattox first look at the John Carpenter/Kurt Russell collaboration Big Trouble in Little China, a movie Kevlar Kate says is part love story between a man and his truck. The Earth Nerds then jump to an early Marvel Character Film, Howard The Duck and all the craziness that unfolds including a love scene for Howard!

You know what bugs the Earth Nerds? Bugs! And this week the movie selections of Insecticidal and The Wasp Woman are infested. Kevlar Kate praises Wasp Woman for female leads and a very fashionable film, wile she and Mattox both dismiss Insecticidal a hallow exoskeleton of a film.

Mattox and Kevlar Kate travel into the scary spiderverse with a Hero(es cast member) starring in Big Ass Spider. The infestation has been around for years, and the cheesy nerds even often extermination hints from 1958’s Earth vs The Spider! There’s also a binge and purge and the hosts share phobias!

We got it all this week on ENAC. We have flying poodles, The Nanny, Conan the Librarian, the firehose, a mop and even Spatula City! It’s a Weird, Weird, Weird Al world as Kevlar Kate and Mattox tune their antennas to Channel U62 and the 1989 cult classic UHF.

Mattox drags Kevlar Kate into the swamp this week and The Earth Nerds are Cheesy hosts run for their lives from Swamphead and Attack of the Giant Leeches. Listen and see if they made it out alive.
